Back then, the so called Pastor's would say my distant family are the ones behind my woes. Was always running from one pastor to d other.. I later stopped believing dem. Around 2012, wen nysc posting was drawing near. My dad took me to one of his Pastor's, who claims to be seeing future.. My dad told him nysc posting will soon be out, let him pray so God would not post me to d north (boko Haram were serious dat time) although, I'm from borno state too. Na so d man start dey speak in tongues o. Wen he finished his incantations, him tell me say dey go post me to Ogun state. I will serve in one big company, be retained, I go travel out well well, den I would get married to a white girl .. I didn't really bliv him o. But I was more interested in d travelling out nd d white girl part. Wen call up letter finally came, lo nd behold, I was posted to katsina.. Called my dad, told him his fake predicted rubbish.. The pastor defended himself by saying God has a new plan in my life. Since den, I dont bliv Pastor's anymore..

I don't feel special, i am special. Nothing wrong with that is there? My lifestyle change is tangible and for the better,my family,neighborhood, colleagues and friends know it and feel it. The inner peace and joy is not what money can buy for me.I looked for it like Forever but i found it in Jesus. That is good enough for me and i will sure enjoy and testify, thank you. All my fears and anxiety and even eternal questions are also taken away, something my money and education could not sort. All these happening because of God,and there are many more who will testify forever. You're looking for a wrong definition of God.i don't need the miraculous to believe or trust God. BTW, my life is very miraculous but i know you wouldn't believe if i shared so i wouldn't even bother. However, the point is,you don't need power and miracles to believe in God.

I only have a question for you brov, I'm not science inclined, but from the basics, it is scientific that energy cannot be distroyed, neither can non existing energy be created. What then is your thought about consciousness, is it not a form of energy, even though it is powered by the 5 senses. But it still remains an energy. So, the question is, does consciousness really ceases after death, or only get recycled according to a natural process not yet known, proven or discovered by science?

HardMirror, the question you have asked in your OP stem from a poor understanding of who God is. God created man autonomous as it were, what they call freewill. He gave man the domain, dominion and knowledge to conquer his world. He seldom interferes, in fact His interferences are what we call MIRACLES. His interference comes in three main ways, by Sovereignty, by our asking for it, and by His laid down principles followed. That is primarily for our little 70-100yrs here on this cursed earth BTW. He's made plans for those who are interested in living with Him in the afterlife and those uninterested. That one sure pass, that's WHERE GOD IS, saving sinners,forgiving the penitent, giving righteousness and transforming lives. This is the PRIMARY purpose He sent His Son and gave His life. It is unfortunate that what we refer to as the "prosperity gospel" has given many a sick and disabled view of God.

Of course, God is ambiguous and the Bible clearly says so, great is the mystery of godliness. This is my exact point, you want God to be as straight and simple as ABC else He don't exist. You're disappointed He's not visible or shouting from the sky to prove His existence. He doesn't need to. Without FAITH, it is IMPOSSIBLE to please God, and those that worship God MUST worship Him in spirit and in truth. Plainly on HIS terms. He's not desperate.
There are manifestations and miracles and the supernatural if you care to look for them. The problem is will you believe? When you listen to testimonies, do you believe? Do you believe that the Bible miracles happened? Why waste then the effort if miracles didn't save them in the past or present?

Don't mean to throw a spanner in the works, but it appears to me that the God you are trying to prove here using facts is the deist God.

Deists believe that we all have a deliberately intelligent source, and usually provide common sense reasons like what you're doing right now.

Abrahamics like yourself go one 419 step further than that, no offense. They actually claim that the deist God ignored the deists and decided to SPEAK with them! So when a Christian uses the word God, he's not talking about an unknown creator entity, but the well known one who not only commissioned the Bible but is even speaking TODAY.

As you prove your God, don't forget to also provide evidence for the conversation which led to the instruction manual called the Bible. Because outside of the Bible, we are left with the deist God who, like mother Nature, doesn't write textbooks for human beings.
