Breakfast today, Yam and Fried egg. Incorporated my tomato, onion, peppers and Panla fish. Got to my PPA late cos of this..... twas worth every lateness though

Chop up your tomato, Atarodo(scotch bonnet), tatase and onions. I use lots of tomato and pepper cos I love colour in my cheap food.
Stir Fry all in oil for about 5 mins. Add like a pinch of curry and all.
Break your egg, salt, Maggi and add to the oil.
Let it fry and settle a but b4 you stir fry.

We had one roommate, we were all in the room, next the we heard was shhhiiii... and then smell of insecticide. We we challenged her spraying insecticide with us in the room. The Apostolic Faith in Nigeria I know is a holiness church that abhors anything near fornication or adultery. Members also do not wear jweries nor thier Female member wear trousers. The Apostolic Faith Church that know gas it international headquarters in Portland Oregon.
However in some countries like Zimbabwe, I am aware there are different types of organisations answering Apostolic Faith.
