since he has made this year's payment, you can either tell him that you won't accept his next payment, that's if you don't want him as a tenant anymore, so he can start now to make arrangements for a new apartment or you can pardon him and caution him to always make his payment on time, that's if you still want him as a tenant.

you have to understand that your facial expression is just natural, some people frown while others keep smiling faces, but it takes only those who are socially experienced to know that it doesn't tell your current mood. First her kidney, second she died after the boss traveled, third this wife died six years ago, fourth she agreed to do such a thing for someone she barely knows, fifth you don't know anything about it. It only takes an exposed family to understand all your explanation, but let me guess, they are not.

My roommate told me about one of his guy who just got admission and we'd accommodate him for a short period.. long story short naso him turn roommate..

No wahala.. but this guy bring the least foodstuffs and barely contributes to anything.. buh I'm not bothered until when exam done dey near (that period wey sapa dey red).. each of us done call house na money we dey expect..

This guy it was his brother that was sponsoring him and that him brother na per time student somewhere too so we dey always bear with am.. my guy man receive 2k alert!!

Guess what!?.. this guy go buy secretary general form for him department to become exco.. brethren no be small thing we show that guy.. na the first time I dey see person drink raw red oil like juice.. hunger nearly kill am
