Before this election, he said he won't work with an opposition dominated HoA. So let's see as it pans out.
If he goes against the law, he will be impeached. He won't feel too comfortable in that seat because he doesn't have the house in his pockets.

- made farmers pay taxes to criminals so they can farm in peace
- made the youth lose interest and hope in this country thereby fueling the JAPA syndrome.

How can government be paying teachers less than #100k and think it's okay? It's even worse in private schools where some teachers are paid less than #50k.

When I was serving and needed extra income, I applied at a school to teach mathematics based on say I be maths grad. I wrote further maths exam together with general mathematics that same day I was applying before I was allowed to write and submit an application letter.

FMCs are FG project and not a northern project. That's why we have the primary, secondary, tertiary healthcare system.
You should hold your state and local govt for it's failure to provide and also equip PHCs and also refusal to build SHCs. The secondary health care centres are your general hospital which is handled by your state govt. The design was for every community to have a PHC, every local govt area to have at least one general hospital in each district which is the secondary health centres, while the university teaching hospitals, specialist centres, FMC handles critical health issues. Go and study it..
For there not to be at least a secondary health system (general hospital) in daura says a lot bout the government there.
For kastina to already have an FMC which is now upgraded to be a teaching hospital is even a plus compared to other FMCs.
Now adding another FMC to the state when other state doesn't have is practically bad. Maternal mortality issues can be handled by the general hospitals while critical issue sent to the tertiary unit.

And secondly, using #500m for an FMC is practically a joke... Aside building, equipment alone is gulp billions except they want to do another state house clinic without paracetamol in daura..

The govt should focus more on SHCs for now which FMC kastina handles critical issue

At the time of his death, we still had regional governors butbit was gowon who implemented it and changed the status quo from regions to states to maintain control and power.

The Catholic Church is a universal church and not just the regular church you see around.
The hierarchy placed is used to maintain order just as your daddy GO has his Asst GO them.

A priest is in charge of his parish and reports to the bishop of his diocese. The bishop inturn reports to the arch bishop of the arch diocese. He in turn reports to the cardinal and the cardinal to the pope.
The pope can't be everywhere like your GO and authority has been delegated down to the parish priest.
If the parish priest can't manage his parish, the congregation reports him to his bishop.

The pope is a representative of St Peter and still carry out the instructions given by Christ before he ascended. Upon this rock I will build my church and the gates of hell shall not prevail. Back then, Peter was seen as the leader of the Christian faithful and he delegated duties to the missionaries in his letters.

We are maintaining the instructions given by Christ until he returns which is always in our Creed.
