Actually they don't require teaching cert but experience of at least two years, as they'll train you themselves. But I talked about HND cos they required first degree (Bsc). So I wasn't sure if they see both as same.

Irrespective of eligible qualification you possess you may be compel to evaluate your qualification via UKVI approved qualification assessor.eg Enic or Naric as the case may be.

But the irony of this offer by UK Govt is that civil servants embarked on uncountable strikes in recent time.They were clamouring for pay rise to cushion the effect of high cost of living.
Many of their workers including qualified teachers could no longer cope with the economic realities so they quit working.
Looking at the mass exodus of workers the govt decided to engage the services of non residents.
Perhaps they know fully well that migrant workers will accept the pay threshold rejected by their working class citizens.
Recall they offered similar work opportunities for health career workers recently which led to exodus of our health providers.Nigeria qualified doctors and nurses were offered jobs in HC, HCAW,PSW,Social Work and care giver etc.Again this level of work was rejected by their qualified citizens in health field cos the annual salary threshold could not mitigate the high cost of living expenses.
My own submission tho on why they intend to outsource for teachers from 9 nations including Nigeria.

That is even the sole reason why many chose study route in disguise.Last time UK govt threatened to make visa application more strict because they found that many applicants are gaining admission into cheap schools or low cost tuition institutions so when they arrive they abandon their studies then switch to tier 2 visa..Therefore,that also played a major part in getting COS for outside UK difficult.So your opinion is correct.
Note also that a reasonable number of persons that got COS outside UK actually studied there in the past.

Since the employers resorted to engaging those on ground to avoid the stress associated with workers outside UK it has become difficult to get sponsorship.A friend told me that people are paying huge amount to secure COS for non UK resident applicants.So it has become the highest bidder gets it.

As noted in my earlier post, the fund manager is not concerned about your naira amount. The investor must bring in the intended fund in dollars. You have to find a way to convert your naira to dollars. The fund managers are not involved in currency conversion because they don't have such licence

Once you have the dollars, you can open the dollar fund account and make your transfer.

And for this information which MMF is best in terms of ROI.I have gone through GTB Dollar MMF that's why I want you to clarify something for me first.
