Thanks .So resetting will fix it .The guy above suggested overhaul of the software of the phone but I will loose personal items if done.

I am experiencing challenges with my Techno CAMON X.Just recently the phone doesn't respond to incoming calls.A caller will dial my number and it will be ringing in his/her hear showing that call is going thru but me the receiver will not see anything on my screen to indicate an incoming call let alone a ring tune.But I can call someone and they pick and answer me but the reserve is case with my phone.What should I do pls.
Note:I have checked phone volume is not in mute mode.
