I agree with you about the dress mode of the Zulus.But society is dynamic as such you don't wear animal skin as clothing nighter do you go to your office bare chested.Some dressings should be limited to certain occasion like a cultural display but not in a metropolitan settings. |

They will not succeed in this one,never. If Saraki is eventually made president of Nigeria then this country will be balkanized with each region going their separate ways. The constitution is explicit on the issue of succession and no matter how the Northern cabal tries,their efforts will fail. What I know is that 90% of the South east Igbo people will disagree for disintegration when asked privately. This people are scattered all over the country and beyond like no other tribe, with major business investments and homes built outside their region where they have been integrated into.It is never in their best interest for them to pull out now. Biafra would have been best achieved in the late 60s,not now. Also considering that their population is more than the land mass,the Niger Delta also will never join them thereby limiting their resources to survive as a country. The only ones shouting this Biafra are mainly artisans and market men and women as those who have invested heavily in other regions stay away from the so called Biafra. Nnamdi kanu should stop deceiving the ordinary Igbos and ask for something that can be achieved and beneficial to his people. Let everyone region sit down and talk to resolve issues. Never again shall we witness the ugly events of 1967-70. |

Nigeria is a funny place and the only place on earth where crime pays para-para. Militants are given amnesty,paid huge sums and awarded contracts. Kidnappers are given amnesty. Government give amnesty to known cultists who have unleashed terror to the citizens. There is a bill sponsored by the legislative Assembly to grant amnesty to looters. The Judiciary is the most corrupt arm of government. Just commit any crime and bribe your way to freedom. In Nigeria, nobody is punished for crime except you don't know the right button to press. This man have shared part of the loot with the trial judge. Nigeria is completely finished! |

What evidence does he or anyone need again to proof that Buhari is dead. According to reports,he died on Saturday night /Sunday morning at 2:22am Nigeria time and that was the reason his wife Aisha left for London on Sunday in a hurry. The northern elites are putting up every strategy to make one of their own the President, that's the reason they tried to make Saraki President on Tuesday. The senate is the problem we have in Nigeria.90% of corruption is from the National Assembly and the senate in particular. Saraki is seriously positioning himself to the presidency since the unannounced demise of Buhary on Saturday night but this will tear down this country if he goes ahead with his plans with his Northern brothers and southern collaborators. The end is near....God save us from imminent breakdown of law and order which could culminate to civil war. |

Not only shops but houses,the entire property market have fallen.In my area Woji,Port Harcourt, you hardly see a vacant shop on the road or 1/2 bedroom flat in the past no matter how poorly constructed they may be. This is the effect of the economic recession as people don't have money to move or hire new places.Jobs are lost on daily basis and no money to pay rent therefore leading to the property market crash.
