I am not in Nigeria but when I was in Nigeria in my own little corners as a teacher, I preach and practice positive change and values. Even when I am presently, I still do the same. It begins with me Cromagnon: |

Our leaders don see us finish. What is the meaning of palliative? We don't need all these. Just make the system work and everything will flow naturally. The problem with Nigeria is that we don't have good systems and that is the difference between Nigeria and the developed world. Stomach infrastructures have never helped to develop a nation. 6 Likes |

I don't understand this people. Those days, if you go to Lasu to register, you will find 3 or 4 computers for the whole LGA. How is it feasible to achieve the deadline not to talk of bribery and corruption |

It's very common. If you listen to any former presidents or ministers or governors. When they are in offices, they will be bereft of solutions but once they leave, they will be proferrring solutions to the incumbent ones 7 Likes 3 Shares |

My dear, I feel your pain. I was a teacher in Nigeria before I resigned in 2019. It wasn't easy because of the salary and work environment. I won't blame them. We don't have good labor laws in Nigeria, especially for teachers. Just find online teaching jobs through LinkedIn and if you can teach English, get CELTA or TESOL. There are lots of schools in Asia and South America that might need your service 3 Likes |

My dear, don't try and leave Nigeria with a Tourist or visit visa oo. They won't tell you the truth now until you get there. A lot of Nigerians came to Kazakhstan with Tourist and business visas and now they are running for police and if you are caught, na bye bye. Cool down and follow a sure route or go through studies. If you have a good result at University, you can try the USA or Australia for a scholarship 1 Like |

My dear, it is in Nigeria that Governors will pay salaries and people will be happy.please try and read the following books; Why Nations Fail and How the Tropics Underdeveloped the Negros. Infrastructure is not an achievement. It is the duty of the governor to do such. Have you checked the poverty level in Akwa Ibom state or the rate of employment in public service during his administration? If you live in a sane country, you will know that building roads is a responsibility and not an applause. zagaina: 2 Likes |

For others, I don't think they are also qualified. It's better to have that space empty than to occupy it with the wrong people. The last Senate president was an example of inefficiency. Tevez1: |

Nigeria is a very strong country oo and Nigerians are quick to support mediocrity. Imagine placing religion over competencies because the president and vice are Muslims so the senate president should be a Christian. I don't understand the rationale behind this. Imagine Akpabio who almost crippled NDDC with corruption is coming out to be the Senate President. I weep for Nigeria and Nigeria |
