And these people are no where close to Nigerians when it comes to religion. Road accidents are preventable, it just takes effectively implemented laws and heavy punishments for defaulters, everyone would sit up and watch as such accidents wld cease happening.

But we, Nigerians, keep allowing people with no license to take cars into the road, if they are caught they can bribe their ways out of it; and people can enter the road with any car they like whether it is road worthy or not and drive anyhow they like.
