PoliticsRe: David Mark Gets New Leadership Role In Senate by HectorTroy: 6:16pm On Oct 23, 2015
master strategist...master poltergeist...all na for mouth. we keep hailing decrepit politicians who have succeded using corruption and bribery. Why did he not use his master brain to remain the Senate president? why did he not make APC lose the election? All I see here is an embarrased thief who is only a senator in order to avoid persecution. Buhari will surely get him. The people who died as a consequence of his embezzlement and self-aggrandizement will ensure he has no peace.

CelebritiesWhich Celebrity Do You Dislike? by HectorTroy(op): 5:39pm On Jan 22, 2015
Let's reveal that celebrity you dislike or even hate for no reason. I will go first.
My hatred for Ini Edo started so suddenly that it startled me. I was watching NTA one day (forgive my joblessness) when I saw a hollandia advert with her dancing like she just inhaled expired marijuana. At that moment, I realized I never want to drink any hollandia product because of her. It may seem stupid but I don't like her @ all and I don't know why. I hope she gets married again and I wish her success in her endeavors but that does not mean I like her. Is there another so-called celebrity that you dislike in this way?

RomanceRules For Single Women Seeking Husbands. by HectorTroy(op): 4:47pm On Oct 07, 2013
The guidelines for a happy marriage or
relationship are as follows:
1) Don't try to change Us: Many women want to fix their men and control him. They want to turn their husbands or boyfriends to their own 'robots' forgetting that the men had lives
before dating them. A woman should not try to separate a man from his friends, she should not stop him from hanging out with the same people he was friends with before they got married. This is one of the reasons many married couples quarrel because the woman is trying to restrict the movements of her man.
2) There is no wife versus mother but wife
AND mother: Some women feel their husbands prefer their mothers to them and try to compete for the man's affections with her. This should not be the case because the way a man loves his mother is different from the love he has for the wife.
3) Money Loving B*tches-Some women think
marriage is a money making venture and try to suck their husbands dry. The same women are claiming independence and clamouring for gender equality. If you want to be treated
equally, bring your own share of money to the table. Take care of some bills and buy some things for yourself then we can talk.
4) Withholding Sex- Sex is supposed to be fun
and should be loving but it has been turned as a means of blackmail by wives and girlfriends. A woman who withholds sex or refuses to try new things in the bedroom is giving husband the license to cheat. Settle your differences with each other and leave sex out of the equation.
5) Take The First Step-Don't be shy to ask a guy out who knows he might just be waiting for you to take the first step.
Good luck as you continue your ultimate search.

RomanceA Reply To The Special Message For Unmarried Women. by HectorTroy(op): 4:18pm On Oct 07, 2013
It was with apprehension that I read the special message for unmarried women. That apprehension later turned to laughter when I saw the league of Nairaland feminists with their leader Ogugua coming to castigate men for being men. Is it our fault for being caring and enquiring about the location of our loving partners? Should we remain hungry and starve to death just because the wife is pregnant? If all young women obey that message, I am sure churches would start paying men to get married because no man would want to get married to a female dictator.

I was not surprised to see Nigerians insult Kola who posted this video-
http://www.youtube.com/watch?
v=8TA4AYQ2mFU on issues concerning Nigeria. A common thing with Nigerians is dodging the real issues and focusing on minor things like physical attributes, tribe, religion or sexual orientation. When a serious topic about the problems facing Nigeria is posted, comments about GEJ/PDP vs Fashola/Tinubu/Buhari/APC comes up. Comments about religion or Igbo vs Yoruba is brought to the surface and that's the reason our leaders find it easy to do nothing about those issues. Let us all stop for a moment and think. Let us attack the problem instead of attacking one another. Back to the matter, do you agree with the points she raised? How do we start the process of cleaning up the mess our leaders call development?

PoliticsRe: Obasanjo Visits FRSC For His Driving License by HectorTroy: 9:34am On Mar 10, 2013
Organisations/Government offices in Nigeria are too one dimensional...They could have used his visit to generate massive awareness on the importance of the new driver's licence...If the fingerprints of Nigerians are well documented, it would be very easy to find criminals and can also be used for identification purposes. It can also help weed out amateur/incompetent drivers. Naija we still have a long way to go..
