He is such a cool dude. You have to be a sadist to hate him. |
There's a law about 'selective generosity' in Robert Greene's legendary treatise, the 48 Laws of Power. In a wild country like Nigeria in particular, you have to know how to send money on errands. How to use money to buy and maintain influence. But there's an art to it. Mindless and thoughtless generosity would only earn you contempt. But if you know how to use it, boy you would be above the law. The key is, be sporadic about it. Be unpredictable about it. But most of all, be intentional about it. NEVER be generous out of pity or kindness. Unless it is pure anonymous charity. People have to earn your generosity. You have to be selfishly generous, lol. It doesn't make sense right? Haha. That's the point. It's only for the initiated. |
Black is just a colour... Like blue, yellow, red, or white. Lots of people wear only white. Have you asked why? Some people have a favourite colour, and it really is as simple as that. Besides, anyone is also free to attach spiritual or superstitious symbolisms to their choices. |
powerhouse3:We're saying the same thing. In other words you realise the folly of this stupid thread. If states can't be 'one' within themselves, why would any idiot come out to gloat about how the SS and SE aren't one? The joke is on y'all. |
I'm already patiently waiting to deal with those of them in my path. Even some so-called 'friends', mostly of the oily stock, would smell their anuses. Fools who have no access to government patronage, even under their Tinubu, would be shouting themselves hoarse in support. Waiting to see how every Yoruba (Muslim) graduate would get jobs at CBN or NNPC, or even get contracts from government under Tinubu. They will meet us here and I would be at my unforgiving best. |
Even the so-called South South isn't one, so what's your point? The fools gloating about how Akpabio's expected emergence as Senate President represents a win for the South South are quite funny. If any geographic space would benefit in any way from an Akpabio Senate Presidency, it is likely to be strictly Ikot Ekpene, not even Uyo.. Not to even mention other parts of Akwa Ibom... Nothing like the so-called 'Akwa-cross. Before you start telling me what is Akpabio' s business with one Esan man from Edo State or one Kwale somebody from Delta. South South my ass. |
iwaeda:Some of us fought tooth and nail to ensure that GEJ continued in power, because we recognised the stabilising effect of his democratic and very tolerant and accommodating nature for the polity. I'm not sure we will enjoy that kind of stability again in the near future. Just look at how polarized and volatile the country is now - which would get worse in the unlikely event that Tinubu becomes president. |
Nzeribe's opinion piece is quite chilling because of it's almost complete accuracy. The points raised by Nzeribe are prophetic, given the same attitudes and indications we're witnessing today. |
Look at his rustic face. |
Any talk of subsidy removal without first ensuring that local refining is more than adequate to meet our domestic fuel needs sounds very foolish and vexatious. Fix local refining capacity and ensure that locally refined fuel is same or even cheaper than the price of fuel currently, BEFORE you remove subsidy. Thankfully we don't have to import crude to supply the refineries. I don't know why this is rocket science. All the armchair 'experts' talking rubbish need to be lynched. You can't tell us rubbish about the purported gains of subsidy removal without first addressing local refining. The hike in fuel price that will happen with subsidy removal as things stand is simply impractical and would completely destroy this country. |
Knew it had to be in Zimbabwe. |
deeptechcool:Picked up for clarification of something that is publicly available information? Has the same DSS picked up the likes of Onanuga for clarification of their hate speech against an ethnic group? Some of you idiots can be very annoying. |
Such vulgar, uncouth language by a supposed campaign spokesman. These animals must not be allowed to capture power. Something MUST happen to them before May 29. |
A true statesman and nationalist. |
I've already given up on this short man even before swearing in. Someone that left who he is supposed to acknowledge and starting gloating about his wife being the "incoming First Lady of Abia State". All these egotistical people sef. Okay you won on your own strength. That's the point, right? Enjoy. |
Levels2:Fool. In a sane country, could the retarded bastard BAT even qualify to run for any election, let alone win it? |
I have doubts about him already. The failure to acknowledge the Obidient movement's role in his victory (and chipping in a word of support for the recovery of the stolen mandate) and his needless fawning lionization of his "incoming first lady of Abia State" wife. These are obvious red flags to a discerning mind. Sad. But I already believe this one would disappoint, and might end in ignominy. Nobody can be like Peter Obi, unfortunately. If only he could have run on an independent candidacy for the presidency. |
Hope of Deltans how? You mean Deltans wanted a notorious and shameless mace thief to become their governor? How is he or the APC better than Sheriff or the PDP? Stop playing. |
Na so. $200m blood money paid to the bastard that heads INEC was enough to make him unlearn any lessons learnt. But they will all learn the ultimate lesson soon. Particularly the sophisticated idiots from a particular agberoism-inclined ethnic group who are endorsing and glorifying this evil for merely tribalistic reasons. |
helinues:A two term governor of oil rich Rivers State and a minister of a Grade A Ministry for eight years. What could he possibly miss out on again? He tried his luck for the big one (presidency). Other than that, there's nothing your rogue BAT can offer him again. So he figured it is better for him to speak out and say the truth no matter what happens. |
His action wasn't necessarily driven by honesty, but more by good old common sense and pragmatism. So I commend him for having common sense, not for being 'honest'. |
Elliotwaveforec:The IGR you fools like gloating about, have you bothered to ask yourself where it comes from? Is the IGR raised from only Yoruba people in Lagos? If the Igbo people in Lagos collapse their businesses and all leave the godforsaken state, would your useless IGR be even up to N10m a month? Of course you can't see this big picture because of the brain damage that you're suffering from. |
CSTRR:Let him try it and see. The wrath of hell would be child's play. He wouldn't even dare. |
LegacyB:Shut up. Your BAT who ran a very provocative and insulting Muslim/Muslim ticket isn't the one who raised the bar of religious sentiment, it is Obi? You people are so disgusting. |
Toluwanise247:Your father and mother are dogs of the lowest breed, you disgusting bastard. |
Nice one. |
It's hard to beat Sanwo at this game. In this case, I'm at a crossroad. He would likely win, and unfortunately I'll not necessarily be unhappy if that happens. |
There's nothing I hate more than people bragging about having public service "experience". It is the experience in corruption that Peter Obi talked about. Very useless idiots. You were this and you were that in public service. To what end? How did you make Nigeria a better place with your useless public service "experience"? I frankly have better regard for people whose experience is in the private sector - in business industry, and the professions. Not these retarded thieves who have spent their entire lives leeching on public funds. That said, Frank Nweke Jnr of APGA for Governor of Enugu State! |
No other politician in the entire country could have pulled off same feat. The reputation for integrity, frugality, accountability, humility, and other 'ities' that other "experienced" politicians simply lack is the fundamental reason why it was easy for the masses to identify with Obi. It can only be compared with Buhari of pre 2015 in a small sense. But the big difference is that Buhari resonated with the illiterate almajiri in the core North... The same demographic that regular thieves like BAT capitalised on to sneak into a stolen mandate. Tell me the number of exposed people that voted for BAT? Does that not explain why he failed woefully in our Federal Capital City of Abuja and even in his cosmopolitan Lagos domain? Come on. But Obi won the organic and 'unbuyable' support of millions of educated, exposed, enlightened and conscientious Nigerians. It is impossible for anyone else in Nigeria's political space to achieve this anytime soon. |
