i dont need to suggest ways to remove oduah and those women you are obsessed with because there is no constitutional impediment to their removal. All these things boil down to disrespect for the office of the president. The office of the president must bé respected!!! And president jonathan is appearing too timid for that office. Onze the president becomes a toothless bulldog in a presidential system bé it military or democratic then the system will soon crumble. To me, if only to prove a point, the president must deplore adequate presidential power to unseat sanusi within the shortest period of time. Sanusi sacked some CEOs without recourse to the the court and dared the consequences. Why is it difficult for jonathan to do the same to sanusi without the senate? To me, the following strategies can bé used by the president to disgrace sanusi from that office without commiting an impeachable offence...... 1) he can ask sanusi to go on compulsory leave with immediate effect and hand over to his deputy during the leave period. There is no law that says the president cant ask any public official to go on leave. Leave doesnt mean you are sacked. You can proceed on leave indefinately on request by your employer. His salary will still bé paid while on leave and the leave will terminate ist july. 2) he can suspend sanusi for gross incompetence. Suspension doesnt mean sack. Jonathan can suspend sanusi for mismanaging the economy. The office of the CBN governor requires accuracy. You cant claim 49 billion was missing only for you to later admit that only 10billion remain unreconciled...not even missing. Sanusi sent a lot of negative signals to the international community and were naira traded on international forex exchange, that singular statement would bring down the naira to the lowest ebb in a millenium. So that serious incompetence and for that office, that cant bé tolerated. 3) jonathan can send EFCC after him. All they need to do is to accuse him and arrest him. Then jonathan can ask him to step aside pending the resolution of the crisis so that they wont obstruct justice. Even the house of REP suspended farouk lawal when EFcC accused him. When the court absolve sanusi of any wrongdoing maybe in 2050 then he can come back and finish his tenure. There are several grounds to arrest sanusi...he donated public funds to boko haram victim etc. Just look for an accusation and arrest him. Of course the opposition will shout...they always do that anyway but they will respect the president. It is better to bé feared as a president and bé called a tyrant than to bé a weakling that every idiot can spit upon. Jonathan... Wake up! However, as a nigerian youth, I don't buy the sentiment of APC...apc is only trying to hijack power by all means possible and it will create very deep disaffection between the various ethnic divide in nigeria. Apc is a lazy party...not interested in building a party but in assembling failed politicians from apc. actually, the water heater is meant to supply the need of clients alone. It is the duty of d nurses to circulate hot water on request by client. I will provide my own hot water for domestic use...but I can make it two since u mentioned it. Tnks

In all we have 15 toilets, 13baths, 18wash hand basin and one water heater

One thing I discovered is that some of these aluminium fabricators can be deceptive. You pay them for tower, they will buy few tower and mix it with imported and unless u are very diligent, u won't know. So, we are fabricating 33 windows. I got the quotations for the various materials needed to fabricate the windows from different fabricators so I took the quotation to tower aluminium @dopemu today. The fabricators agreed that they will come to fabricate the windows on my site and fix it there while I buy all the materials. We agree tentatively on 35K as workmanship. I will keep the house updated on how I intend to fabricate those windows myself using the best materials with minimal cost

For the last time, let me comment on this thread and then unfollow it. I can't give my project to brabus as u can see I av a thread where I am building with self supervision. Brabus is a bad manager...no doubt. He is a bad contractor...no doubt and he usually bite more than what he can chew. But that he is fraud....I can't say yet and that's what I am trying to say. And to completely absolve the client from blame is not right. U kept saying five client complained about brabus....but they are different issues. And 3 of them know each other...knew his lapses and still gave him the job. The fact that his immediate two client knows each other is worrying to me. Brabus bleeped up....but do u honestly believe that some of the issues raised here don't happen everyday on different sites with reputable contractors and they still find a way of resolving it without neccessrily running to nairaland with tantrums. Pls spare me. If the client is so sure brabus defrauded him, get him arrested but if it is a failed contract which this appear to be then I think we should give him a chance to sort himself out with the client. I feel for the client but not with the emotions of most people commenting on this thread. The main problem here is that this house is needed by 15th...if not we won't probably hear cos the client may be willing to wait. But brabus can't handle a project with deadline...I learnt that from his encounter with ahohai so I can never vouch for him to deliver any project on time. My submission remain the same...I don't support brabus action but the client had enough warnings( even from brabus) to ptotect his investment but he refused to take action till its too late. So both of them are liable.

I love this and I'm planning to show this piece to a patient of mine. 37wks now and she plans to travel via arik close to xmas with a deceptive cloth that won't reveal her pregnancy. You are still not getting it. You have made up your mind that brabus must be crucified cos of his antecedence. But life is not that straightforward. Nobody is saying that brabus is right but this same guy built this chateau with 25million and didn't run away until they gave him a 750K and he couldn't deliver on time. U quoted chekinaut but few weeks ago, a lady came to lodge complaint against chekinaut cos after collecting money, he couldn't deliver the granite and the workers were left idle on site. Must we now conclude that chekinaut is a fraud . So don't be pre-judgemental. Unless u want to deny an obvious fact, the two of them are @fault and they must find a way of resolving it. There is a Yoruba adage which says people loose common sense because they are looking for crumbs that fall off the table to eat. Until hardworking men learn that your honour and integrity will put food on your table for life while the thief will eat only but for a while.

From the e mail correspondence above, it was obvious brabus offered the client the opportunity to buy all materials and pay him for supervision only. He even said he wasn't good @sourcing for materials yet the client one way or the other refused and now turn around to blame him. We don't know the kind of arm twisting that could have gone underground. If I employ brabus today, I will seriously cheat him cos I av a stronger bargaining power...all I need to do is tell him I will go online to rubbish him and he will be sweating. So that brabus accepted all the terms of the client even though unfavourable is not surprising cos he will be scared of online scandal again. There is no intent to defraud here. Delay in executing a contract is not fraud...it happens all over the world. Brabus is not denying accepting money here...he only offer to pay back since the client did it already. I am not defending brabus. This is one too many but I perfectly understand too that he is not in a good position to negotiate a favourable contract on nairaland for now due to antecedence.

esoorita: Thanks gabbytabby for fishing out this post by Chekitaut because I was at a loss why some people are accusing the Ile Oluji client for paying so little (N750K) for the windows. To the best of my knowledge, the project is a 4 bedroom house so I'm not sure how some contributors are claiming that the building consists of 28 windows. We will need some clarifications from the client or Brabus to ascertain the actual numbers of the windows in the building but then I'll be extremely surprised if it has that many windows because it doesn't look like a glass house in the pictures I've seen on the thread. I must confess that some people are placing unjustified blames on the poor client claiming that he paid too little for the project but I think that it's very unfair to accuse him of getting a cheap deal for the project because I believe that the onus is on the contractor to come up with a realistic figure without compromise for the project.
There is always the possibilities of cost overrun in any project, but the client should be the first person to know about it rather than the contractor burying his head in the sand hoping that all will be well. But then the real contention of the Ile Oluji project is not cost overrun because we shouldn't forget the original complaint of the client that Brabus collected money for windows but did not deliver. Brabus was paid for provision of a borehole but no functional borehole was delivered. Brabus was paid for Spanish tiles but he got China made tiles and it was even half of it that was supplied. Brabus was paid for electricity feed to the building but he did not deliver.
Brabus in his e-mail to the client agreed that he's owing the client money for materials and services not delivered and that the client should give him sometime to pay the money. With the admission from Brabus that he's owing the client some money that was meant for the project which he's diverted to other use, why are so many ignorant people blaming the client and making references to the past deal he's had with Brabus? There is an incontrovertible fact here, and the fact is that Brabus received money for the windows under false pretences because he did not at any point in time contracted the window production to any window maker and yet he pestered the client to pay him for the window he did not have the intention to supply and fit. Those defending Brabus will be of tremendous help to him by giving him projects to execute for them so that he could receive some money to pay off his debts to all the clients he's owing money at the moment. Anything short of that is no good to Brabus and the swindled clients, his defenders should render meaningful help to bail him out of the mess he's in rather than engaging in tittle-tattle.

And if this same doctor insist on his bills now b4 treatment, people will blame him saying he should have saved lives ist. Now the same doctor treated them on credit and instead of the so called ministry to help them settle their bills they went their with police to arrest the doctor. Is he running a charity organisation? What do the society want from nigerian doctors self? NMA must intervene to ensure this doctor get paid. The stupid woman even have the guts to say the doctor will be prosecuted. For what?

While it is always brabus that is always @ loggerhead with his client, I must confess that the guy probably built this chateau @ a loss. I am not a builder but the moment I saw 500K for the windows of the chateau then I knew something didn't fit. Truth be told...the fact that brabus always had issues with his client online means subsequent client may want to take advantage of him. For example, if he ask for more funds, the client will immediately become suspicious due to his antecedence and will probably threaten to expose him online again. He can be blackmailed easily. My advice for him is to take a break from online building, sit down with clients that won't rush online to come and rubbish him over every misunderstanding. I've had issues with numerous workers on my site but we usually resolve it. Building within six months is not easy but building within six months with a slim budget will definately rubbish you
