webizone:That's the honest truth. From the little I have read of the book, helping ladies is no longer of interest to me. Having fleet of women should be the solution. I will soon get the book and create a thread on it. |
Izigha:Even the little I have read is making me feel manipulated. |
Please show us upper iweka road.i want to check something on the street for my building project. |
Interesting! German writer Esther Villar, in her book "The Manipulated Man" that caused outrage and hostile criticism from women, explains how women since the earliest times have manipulated men and turned them into their slaves. They have pretended to be the oppressed sex while, in the real sense, they are the oppressors. She explains how a woman manipulates a man skillfully by steps like courtship and finally marriage, hence the saying "a man chases a woman until SHE catches him" In her book she explains how the man is tricked to care for the woman and her offspring all his life. He rolls the stone like Sisyphus and in turn gets rewarded by a few minutes of sexual pleasure. We can, by observing Esther Villars assertions that a man is a slave of his desires and the women uses and has used this for thousands of years as a stick and carrot to keep the man chasing vanity and commit his life to serving her. She goes ahead to explain the rivalry of women, how each woman feels the powerful urge and need to own a male for her alone. Like a slave owner, she detests any move the man would make to offer his services to another woman. She uses all means to keep the man to herself and her offspring alone. Esther Villar’s sentiments are captured by Nigerian poet, critic and Writer Chinweizu Ibekwe in his book "The anatomy of female power" (AFP) and Will Farrel's "The Predatory Female”. They all push the theory that all societies are matriarchal and not patriarchal as we are pushed and forced to believe. Matriarchy has ruled, not through brawn, but wits and tricks, women feigning weakness to be protected etc. Thus the male becomes the most exploited sex in human history (in wars the man is always ready to die for the woman; he has been trained to do that). Chinweizu calls the ritual of dating and courtship training, like that of a horse. It’s during this time that a woman, having kept the man on a leash by denying him sex and getting him addicted to her by false charms, trains and breaks him to whatever she wants him to become. The marriage celebration becomes a celebration for the woman and her friends where they all congratulate her for having succeeded in getting herself a slave. The man, on his wedding day, waves goodbye to his independence and his coalition of males and commits himself to a Sisyphean life rolling the stone, an act he cannot abandon, having society and the government checking him and always ready to jail, shame or exile him for absconding his duties. Thus the government and society helps the woman in keeping her slave in check. Chinweizu gives a narration of how women are trained by older matriarchs to tame men. He explains how a man is trained to rely on women by his own mother, how he is shamed for cooking for himself and doing other domestic chores by his own mother who is an agent of the global matriarchal rule. By getting the man to hate domestic work and having this hated by enforced by culture, which warns men against going into the kitchen, doing laundry etc., the mother trains her son for the woman who will captivate him and, when the time comes, his wife takes hold of the man's stomach and, by getting him addicted to her body, she holds him by the two, in bed and in the kitchen. With those two weapons she manipulates the man and turns him into her plaything. In the "Myth of the Male Power", Esther Villar's " A man's right to the other woman" "The polygamous sex" the authors of those books challenge the narrative that men oppress women and, by detailed research across African, Western and Eastern both in ancient and modern societies, the authors unravel the hidden power of the ruthless matriarchal power that rules the world Presidents, Emperors,Kings are all puppets of the matriarchy forces that rule by pulling the strings from behind the curtain. |

[quote author=sooperrescue post=88242872]Now, a 3rd party policy gives you a claims rebate of 1m for the other car that is not at fault. Are people aware of this? Why do we still have people fighting at an accident scene? I remember a time when a couple hit my client range rover sport and at the scene, he called me and detailed the damages which I estimated to be 500k I heard the couple crying over the phone begging for mercy. Are these motorists not aware that they have insurance coverage for that accident? When there's no enlightenment, who will tell them and save them the disgraceful behavior on the road? [/quote Insurance Oga, we are waiting for you to come and explain to us. |
Sooperrescue, don't soil your integrity with the kids, they are bored with the lockdown and their resources is on ground floor. For your information, I don't work with cars 45 and I have only been to their yard just once. I love innovations and ideas make the world go round. Before them, there was no platform available for Nigerians to sell their cars and collect your money instantly. Their policy is clear, no test drive, bring your mechanic, and no refund after purchase. Like ikenna stated, there are mechanics that will accompany you to the place even for little money. When you want to buy an engine, you will take your mechanic there and I have never seen where the mechanic will start the engine to be sure it is working fine. He knows what to look out for and if he's satisfied, he tells you to pay. Their ideas are out of the box and all those cars in the yard were not stolen. Before they came, people used to give their cars as collateral to loan sharks and you end up forfeiting the car because you end up not being able to pay the interest. So you will see some people loosing their cars for borrowing just 300k to quickly resolve an issue. Ikenna, well done, cars 45, welcome to Nigeria and you will excel in the midst of naysayers who are envious of your strides in the Auto industry. Sooperrescue and all those who have been villified by the status quo syndrome, una Weldone. And for me that have been called All manner of names, I dey kampe. All those Belgium cars that were demolition candidates even in Romania and are shipped to Nigeria, the buyers take those Dead cars to church for Thanksgiving. |
LeJeun3:So that is how you sell your range Rover cars that you buy as junk and you sell at huge profits? Was the mobil xhp not the oil junk cars uses? Abi they should use Castrol oil for naija used cars that the owners have been using sae 40 or seahorse to service? I was thinking that you should be part of the team that would advise motorists not to use obsolete oil to service their cars because someone else will buy their carelessness tomorrow at a higher cost. |
RZArecta:Since you have never bought anything there, just go to jiji and cheki and get your clean cars from them. Abi you dey forbid good thing? |
LeJeun3:I believe that you are a mechanic. If you buy parts and engine oil for your customer with your money, will you give it to him at the same price? Now a customer came with a car to you and you buy for 500k, will you sell it for 1m if the car is worth 2m? Mind you, you have taken a risk in buying it and you have created a platform to sell it and your cost of funds and overhead will be captured in the price, are you going to sell for 700k and say let me just collect 200k as profit? What about the cost of risk? I read a range Rover thread where there was an lr3 for 781k, as an expert, how much did they buy the car in your own estimation and how much is an lr3 worth in the market today? And there are reviews on the car, engine, gear and suspension and due diligence for the documentation. How much will you sell the junk car? |
LeJeun3:One of the things that I find very funny is that we fail to get the picture of the setup. They buy the car as it is, that is,as the seller brought it to them. No modifications, just trusting in their ability to sell the junks that we have turned our cars into. If the car you are selling is half dead to be on the road, then the buyer is expecting a no issue naija used car, then clap for yourselves. |

Is everyone sleeping here? |
He has a presidential jet attached to him meanwhile tradermoni has none assigned to him that they had to rent an helicopter for him. Even the NSA has a plane, but tradermoni VP has none. Saraki is a great man no matter what you all say. His father was the Senate Leader of The Federal Republic and He was the Senate President of the Federal Republic. If all his haters has surpassed the achievements of their fathers at the National level, even at State level, throw the first stone if not.............. ![]() |
manomam:You are not truthful with yourself. When Lagos was the federal capital, was it part of the yoruba land? Why are ibos not claiming Osun, Ogun or Oyo? Because those are the core Yoruba States. Lagos has never been a yoruba stste, it was a colony and later capital of Nigeria. So it is home to every Nigerian. If Faleke from the North can represent Lagos in NASS, then why can't an ibo man represent Surulere in Lagos? Was it not built with oil wealth from the Niger Delta? Stop saying what you don't know. |

Must he go to Kano before he will react? |
Except for the initial high BP, all the other points are baseless. I did night job in Europe and it was from midnight to 8am. I sleep till 1pm and go out to hustle in the afternoon and by 7pm, I resume my sleep till 11pm when I wake up to prepare and catch the 11.45 last bus to work. I worked for 4 years doing the same thing. In Europe, the socialisation does not matter as everyone works on different shifts and so you might not even have time to meet friends in weeks. The only thing that I suffer now is that years later, if I get home from work before 7pm, I go to sleep after eating and wake up before midnight and to sleep after is war. But I never took coffee nor smoked to stay awake while working. I took chocolate drink all night and I was okay. |
Happy New year to you forum members |
mayor2013:Sooperrescue asked a question about the ATF. Why can't the oil be used in all Ford vehicles that requires Sp,lv since it's a dexron 6 and it's current. All ATF made from the US always claim to work with the three American car companies in the transmission fluids but a dexron 6 that works on only Mercon V for Ford vehicles is to be wary of. Ford Taurus uses Mercon V. Even Oando dexron 111h claims to work with Mercon V. We don't have to follow the them say crowd, every practitioner must stand up to defend their customers cars. Is Duramax ATF dexron 6, for six speed vehicle? Compare it to Total mvlv. Any oil that claims to work on dw1 should be six speed. Dw1 are for 2010 cars rolled backwards to atfz1. |
mayor2013:Ford vehicles is what he is asking for. Why can't the oil work on Sp,Lv Mercon? What about Mercedes 7 speed gear? Can it work on these cars? |
What's Ngige swearing with? The one he swore at okija or which object will he use this time? |
slimfit1:The governor had been rich even before he became governor. I know about the hotel he bought in Abuja and his foundation he created for the poor. The ones that bought houses in Dubai, you can't shout |
NwaAmaikpe:That's not a yardstick for maintenance in Nigeria. The system connives to destroy our cars. No good engine oil, no good fuel, so how will these cars last longer. Even 2005 Vw Passats and Boras have all gone. Go to Mm2 and Kano domestic airport and you will wonder if it is the same terminal that has an international airport. Anything government will not last because money is being made if it goes bad |
