Endeavor statement or explanation will be contained in the petition cover letter. There is another letter called Letter of Intent. That's separate from the petition cover letter.

USCIS accepts credentials evaluation from WES USA, not WES Canada.

1. Search for "extended stay" hotels in the city you are moving to. You will see those "hotels" with small kitchen inside and affordable. You will see names like HomeTowne Studio, Studio6, Motel6, Extended Stay America etc. Just makes sure they have kitchens inside. You can book any of these even from Nigeria but you must deposit money on arrival.

2. Get an Airbnb. This is like renting an apartment or house for short stay. Airbnb.com

3. If you are coming to live here, you can search for apartment or house to rent from apartment.com, zillow.com

As per connecting with Nigerians, if you are moving here to live, that's not a problem. You meet many Nigerians in Georgia.

My brother went to interview at the Lagos consulate last year and he was told to get a DNA test done which he did and he submitted his documents to the OIS services. When he got a mail to pick up his passport, he went to get it but there was no visa in his passport and he was given the same slip requesting a DNA. You should get the grandfather of your daughter, the husband family or people he respects alot, and other marriage experienced and wise people involved.

It's most likely a scam. You cannot tell me there is no one in Canada including immigrants (Indians included) that can take that job.

What I know is that if the man is not a criminal, a drug addict and no proof of him being abusive to his children, he can get 50pct custody in court by just showing up in court even without a lawyer.

I just want to add that you can stay in the St. Finbars' College Road axis, from Chemist Bus stop to Pako Bus stop. There are some nice and safe neighborhood around that area. You can also consider Fola Agoro area, this is around Pako going to Yaba Tech area.
