I doubt she really likes you. And if she does, she is still doing her "business" mathematics to assess if it will pay her eventually to stay with you or not.

Don't push it too much. Give it time, she will come around if she really likes you as you claimed AND her business mathematics gives her positive assessment of you.

I might be wrong but, this is my initial assessment.

My analysis and believe about marriages and relationships are based on what is obtainable in today's world. Today's women are different from women of 4 decades and beyond.

So, we Men need to change our mentality as well. DON'T do community or marital properties with any woman because today's women will NEVER do it with you if they have money more than you.

Men should STOP marrying down. Men should marry ladies close to them in status. STOP marrying liabilities as women so that you as the man don't have to use only your money to sustain the family and the liability of a "wife".

A research chemist is of national interest to the US for sure and you will have to package your application to demonstrate how important is such scientist to the US national interest.

The papers you published sounds useful to me now. What is the current citations on those papers?

Overall, I am increasing your chances close to 80 pct, now based on how well you package the application.

On the side, have you checked EB1A criteria too? I can see you met 2 of the 10 criteria already based on the information you have provided so far.

This rubbish of "marital properties" is a scam. 99pct of times don't favor men.

Go after ladies in your societal class. STOP looking down to pick a wife. That method is now old and not working with modern women.

The modern tactics or method for men too is to marry in their class or even marry higher class women.

These days, no matter the class of a woman, poor, rich, educated, non educated, famous , unknown etc. They all demand same responsibility from men. They are looking for a "sponsor" that they will be bossing around in the name of "gender equality".

With my experience, I will suggest to any man considering marriage to marry any woman that is closest to your status.

Marry a woman closest to you in financial, societal status, experience status etc. This is when you get to see the woman that truly like you. The more the gap between you as the man (man is 99pct of times of higher status) and woman, the most likely the woman might not even like you but only coming for your higher status.

When it comes to dating, date any woman irrespective of her status if you like her but when it comes to marriage, think like women. Women are logical when dealing with men and consider status before they even date you.

If you notice I try to avoid using age to give my advise. This is because, if the 23 years old one is of higher status, say she is from a very influential and rich family than you, I will say you should go for her.

In your case, I will say you should go with the 30 year old woman if you like her because I am guessing she is of higher status to the 23 years old as you mentioned she has an established business.

A friend met me for advise so I decided to bring his story here for a more broader thoughts from especially the experienced amongst us.

He works in Nigeria with a salary of about 600k monthly, he was able to raise 50m for japa which will cost him and his family about 36m to UK on study route.

Due to the current inflation, his office did a 100% salary increment making him to earn 1.2m monthly net.

His confusion now is, should he still japa or remain in Nigeria now his salary has improved?

He will be one of the stupids to leave a job paying him 1.2m per month to japa through student route.

Even if he must japa, he should use Permanent residency route of Canada, Australia or the US.

He also should know that he will start afresh in the destination country and there is more than 60pct chance that his wife will divorce him once family financials change in the destination country.

Women are always in business while men are in love .

Airlines cancel or delay flights all over the world.

Countries have check and balance aviation laws to ensure that Airlines well-compensate and treat their passengers with dignity, empathy and respect when the reason is beyond Airlines control. When the reasons is based on Airlines fault or reasons within their control, the laws ensure that they compensate the passengers, book hotels for them and arrange transportation as case may be.

The problems in Nigeria is that these laws are not existing or not enforced on the Nigerian Airlines.

This is why Nigerian Airlines are notorious for many cancelations and delays with no major consequences.

Air Peace will have to operate with foreign standards within Nigeria if they want to compete with other foreign Airlines operating same routes as them. Otherwise, they will lose customers.

I believe in patronizing Made in Nigeria services but I also want quality services for my money.

I have wes evaluation of my MA transcripts evaluated for canada PR bf, can i use my canada evaluation to submit this application, and Pls, what's my chance of getting approved, and what can I do to increase my chances of approval, thanks

1. You can't use Canada evaluation to file I140 for EB. You will have to contact WES again to evaluate your credentials to US equivalent.

2. On your chance, your endeavor is sounding like "A chemistry teacher" with 2 co authored papers. I think you have about 50pct chance of approval for NIW depending on the officer reviewing your case and how you package the application.

3. Your master degree will have helped but it's not in Chemistry.

4. To improve your chances, try to study the criteria for EB2 more and work on more areas to improve your chances.

Remember the big question the officers look for is "what have you done with your degree that is significant to warrant US national interest and waive job offer requirement. And can you continue to do those significant things when you enter the US.

Now as a Chemistry teacher, how outstanding are you as a Chemistry teacher? Do you have documented evidences to prove how outstanding you have been as a Chemistry teacher? Papers you published, how significant is the information shared in those papers? Who are using it now ? What is potential use in future?
