A mod banned me for 5days for using the word meagre to describe someone. I don't know how that is an abusive word.
Anways, as a reasonable fellow, I sent several mails to the mod explaining myself but got no response from them.

Now we blame our leaders for the misuse of power, yet it happens under our noses. (Cos the someone was a friend to the mod)

The reason for the 'ranting' is that I followed due process and mailed the mods severally which they ignored. So what's the essence of that option if it's as good as useless? Remember, power corrupts and absolute power corrupts absolutely.[/quote]

Reports just filtering in have it that Niger Biscuits and other confectionary is on Fire in Apapa, Lagos is seriously on fire caused by a gas explosion and although men of the Lagos State fire serviced and Nigerian Ports Authority are doing everything possible to put out the fire, it seems the outbreak is taking a toll on the Company already.
Reports also have it that two members of the company were seriously burnt and have been rushed to the hospital.

The Pensions director general, Nellie Mayshak , has been suspended indefinitely as she is accused of an alleged multi-billion Naira fraud. Mayshak was on a monthly salary of N60 million.
The recent introduction of biometric registration by banks has exposed alleged shady deals in the Pensions directorate as the Director General Pensions Transition Arrangement Committee( PTAD) Nellie Mayshak has been suspended for an alleged fraud running into billions of Naira discovered at the office of the Federal Ministry of finance.
According to reports, the details of the alleged fraud are still sketchy, but the recently introduced biometric registration by banks has exposed this fraudulent dealings and as a result, Mayshak has been placed on indefinite suspension after it was alleged that she was on a monthly salary of N60 million thought to be the highest for any government official in the Federation.
PTAD was established in August,2013 under the Pension Reform Act, (PRA) of 2004 to oversee the Management of pensions under the defined benefits scheme for Pensioners not transiting to the defined contributory scheme.
