In the general sense people are better off mentally. Those cases would happen with or without the lockdown. Weak minded people will always tire of their existence. There is no way to pinpoint the lockdown as the reason for their woes, if they had any to begin with.

The planet is better off, and suicide has nothing to do with weakness.

I beg to disagree. The suicide rate has probably increased. Lockdown has exposed how governments have screwed their people. What is there to celebrate when your stomach is empty or you can't make rent or pay your bills? Last week alone, I heard of three cases of suicide. I didn't say 5G is causing COVID-19, I said I will rather trust pastor Chris than trust this lying government. What did Pastor Chris say that I trust? He said they are currently laying 5G cables in Lagos and Abuja. The government said they have not granted 5G license to anyone. Then MTN said they have already successfully tested it in certain places in Nigeria. How could they have tested it without putting the infrastructure in place? So obviously the government is the one lying here, not Pastor Chris. The argument is not that 5G causes Coronavirus. The argument is that the 5G networks are killing people with their radioactivity. Is that a lie or is it true, has anyone scientifically proven either case to be true or false to lay the matter to rest? No! It's a new tech and it's too soon to determine the long term effects and how it affects different demographics of people because we are not the same, and what doesn't affect a Korean might affect a Nigerian and what doesn't affect a Nigerian might affect and Indian. Science is not always black and white, sometimes there are grey areas and the 5G network is a work in progress.

Very few countries can afford that level of testing. What most countries are doing is scaled testing. I.e issuing testing to all people coming from covid 19 prevalent countries plus mandatory stay at home for a period of time regardless of their test result. Intensive and active contact tracing plus testing of all known contacts plus mandatory quarantine regardless of the test result and use of GIS mapping to identify, isolate hotspots and deploy testing there.
After doing all this, you have to provide economic sustenance to the individual to motivate them to obey the quarantine.

Professor, just incase you have forgotten, the tests are meant to either confirm or negate suspicion of an ailmemt. It is a vital part of the diagnosis process.

In an ideal situation, you would be correct. But do you know how much those PCR test kits for covid 19 cost? Do you know that despite all the noise about the FG releasing money to organizations like NIMR to fight Covid 19, not a single naira has come to them? The tests they are managing to provide pro bono is being supported by private foundations and not government, hence their testing capacity is very limited.
