I once had an argument with a former colleague. The guy was blaming yahoo boys for inflation of prices in house rent. I told him that yahoo is the least of the problem we have in this country.yahoo has been in existence even before we were born and the reason why it's now so loud is as a result of moral decadence in our society. The society currently don't value morals,they worship anyone that has money,coupled with failure of government in taking up responsibilities,has pushed more and more persons into yahoo. Some landlords are happy letting their houses out to yahoo boys cos they are the ones that have more money to pay so the root cause of this whole problem is societal moral decadence.
