I'm yet to hear from those people, I have not reached them since I stepped out of UK, don't want to call them with non-UK number. 2016 scholars were not ready to participate in protest and they account for about 90% of unpaid scholars.

Your question is not clear. Do you mean people all over the world to understand the Apostle tongues as recorded in Acts 2? If yes, this is because words spoken in tongues then was meant for the multitude at that time, hence they multitude understood regardless of their languages. However, from the reactions of the multitude and subsequent conversion it is not out of place to deduced that the message they received was that of salvation (gospel).

In cases of scholarships I agree with you. However, there are student who knew they won't use their certificate or grade after school, hence they don't mind a pass, for this group of persons, grades doesn't matter.

I will agree with you in the context of developed nations not Nigeria. Fact and figures in Nigeria shows that those with less grades makes it big. funny enough most of lecturers in schools had a regrettable grades as first degree (check statistics before debating).

I am opposed to such believe, this is because those with poor grades mostly channel their energy towards other things in life and become highly productive. On the other hand, it is first class graduates hustling on the street that has battered esteem and may end up committing suicide seeing those with less grades better position in the society and celebrated by all.

Again this depend on what career. For business minded, it will even accelerate progression.


Conclusions: It is good to go for the best grades, but always have it in your mind that this can open doors and can as well gives you much frustration depending on how you use it. However, the Main thing most student struggled with is defining a clear career path, which is critical, It is your Career path that should shape what grade or skills set you should go for.

This is not only applicable to Christianity, I see Religion as an issue here.

most Christians can easily conclude negatively, are quick to judge, and lack patience to cultivate knowledge in others. @OP, God is not man, neither His ways, God's ways is still a mystery. On the Lord's prayer, there's nothing wrong reciting it but I would rather you see it as an outline to guide you when praying, since your situation will be different from every other person and at best only you and God understand better.

Having said that, be rest assured God will hear your prayers mostly as a function of your trust in Him, not necessarily how you pray. However, there's a 'NO', 'YES', 'WAIT FOR IT' answers to every prayer.

NDDC has payed the complete 30k USD plus N500k take off fee to the first batch who travelled earlier.
2nd batch has just been payed N500k take off fee and about to be paid tuition and upkeep.

They pay at once now, it's just the condition of travelling first before they can pay.

I don't want to derail this thread, but I know some guys in 2016 at Aberdeen yet to be paid as at now

nddc is yet to pay as their new rule is that they won't pay you until you travel.

I doubt this line. NDDC do pay tuition whether you travel or not but will only pay the balance of $30K awarded (after tuition is payed) to your Canadian account once you forward your details to NDDC. The later is always regrettable though.

I will suggest September/October 2017 intake find out from their schools if they offer free accommodation, I know some universities at UK that offer this. You may just save yourself some expenses.

You not far from what @justwise meant. If last deposit was done 2nd June, 2nd + 28days = 30th June, so you can print statement from 1st July
