ChangeIsCostant: This is very sad. A woman, late Deaconess Juliana Adaeze Wagoha and her daughter identified as Dr Elizabeth Ihuoma Wagoha, have died tragically leaving their family and friends in lament. According to reports gathered, the 49-year-old woman was said to be travelling with her 25-year-old daughter from their base at Port-Harcourt, Rivers state to Onitsha in order to get some things for her (daughter's) wedding meant to take place in two weeks ago- before tragedy struck.
The pair both died in a fatal accident.
Their burial arrangements have been concluded as they are to be laid to rest on Friday, December 22. May their souls rest in peace.
Facebook user, Chinyeaka Jane, shared the below online;
May this, never be our portion, in our season of celebration...........
She was just 49 , a Registrar in a University. Her first child/daughter was already a Medical doctor at 25 And about to get married. Invitations have gone out and they were just waiting for the great day which never came! The marriage was to take place 2 weeks ago. Mum and daughter left their base,PH to Onitsha to get souvenirs/ stuffs for the wedding and that was it! Death struck! My heart goes out to their families . How would one begin to console them? What would you say to the man who.lost a wife and a daughter? Or the children or the young girl's husband? OMG!!!
Life and Death!
Just before you brag and boast and threaten others, remember that this life is so transient, so fleeting and ephemeral. Before you complain of all the things you couldnt get, remember that BEING ALIVE IS A PRIVILEGE.
I am just imagining the feeling in their households now. The man of the house and the bridegroom of the dead lady will still not have recovered from this shock, if they will ever. Sad!!
Rest in peace mother and child. At least, you won't have any more worries again!
My condolences to the family. May God give you and your entire family the fortitude to bear this IRREPARABLE LOSS.

2horsePOWER: Are there any religious backing? is it even right? why spend so much money? Yes, it is certain everybody will die, death is sure but is death really worth celebrating Lately,I have been thinking if thr's really the need for it. Why not just drop the dead 6ft underground and thats it! everybody leave for their home. Instead of disturbing the dead with so much noise.
What are your views? whats d point making money?u want to bury a billionaire like a looser? |

Politics › Re: Buhari Is Leading Nigeria To The Promised Land - Orji Uzor Kalu by highchief1: 4:05pm On Dec 16, 2017 |
aminulive: @POLITICSNGR
Former Abia State governor, Orji Uzor Kalu has stated that president Buhari has good intentions for Nigeria. He called on all Nigerians across religious, ethnic and political divides to support the president for Greater Success.
Speaking to Journalists at the Funeral Chief James Babatunde, fellow of Nigerian Institute of Town Planners, Kalu said;
"We are heading to the Promised Land. Buhari is leading us to the Promised Land, but people don’t understand. There are two types of components that make democratic process – the hardware and the software. The hardware is what you see, such as road construction and reconstruction. The software is obedience to rule of law, accessibility to people’s mind, obedience to court order, making sure that court of competent jurisdiction’s orders are respected, and making sure that everything done in the law is totally agreeable.
Our problem in Nigeria is very simple. People are not obeying traffic lights. Big people don’t want to obey simple rule; ‘do not cross this line’, this is the problem the country has. This is what Buhari is saying, that, ‘no, you cannot do without due process.’
Buhari is trying to say to Nigerian people that, ‘yes I might be slow, but we have to go through a process which is internationally acceptable’. So, we are on course. Things have been very difficult, I agree. But my grandmother used to tell me that when a tailor gets a brand new cloth, he has to first cut it into pieces, then make it into a very fine dress. That is where we are today. Everybody must be crying, we’ll get it (the nation) back on course."
