Wow!!.. Thanks alot! Very helpful, Was praying they should do that oo cos this one is extreme.
A friend of mine just left me, was given 161.. It's not like he didn't know what he did or that he was dull..
A guy he knew was sitting right next to him and the guy didn't know what to answer..
He doesn't do that but the guy begged him seriously.
And
He helped the guy thick what was on his system cos their questions were same..

Guess what the guy got?
.....

......

242!!

And him who helped was given 161!
The guy was shocked to learn that was my friend's score.
He really can't explain the rift between the scores!!
How was that possible?

DBS error!!
may God deliver this country

ILE IFE is the ugliest and worst city I have ever been to. The road are narrow and horrible. It is a gov abandoned area. No wonder Aregbesola lost completely in the last election in IFE REGION. The town is dirty and ugly. Laziness is common. Imagine people opening shop at 12pm. Their tailor, electrician, coblers and any artisan may dissapoint you. Infact there is nothing beautiful and nice about this town. The only glory and great thing it has is the prestigious university in it OBAFEMI AWOLOWO UNIVERSITY. GREAT IFE!!!

The op's monicker is what i find ironic about this. It's unfortunate that your sense of reasoning doesn't fit your supposed monicker.

If you don't like women wearing trousers then please preach the message to the ladies around you.

Stop the rant and attention seeking here on nl. 'Cause your silly opinion is not needed down here...
That can't change my opinion. And am sure u agreed with me. . Highiq don't think shallow.

It baffles me when I saw the larger number of students taking the UTME exams in FUTA centre here in Akure. The first thing that came to my mind was "WHERE IS THE JOB AFTER GRADUATION?"_I can't imagine millions of graduates joining the tens of millions of unemployment graduates yet many are still applying to become an educated person, Though it's very good to acquire more knowledge but where are they going to put it in to use?. No wonder a youth once said at a symposium that he would have preferred to invest the money spent on his education in a meaningful business, which would have been generating better income by now. His comment is out of frustration, Where are we going in this nation. Good leaders are becoming a scarce commodity in our society because the system is very bad, therefore the products from such system can't be wholly certified to be extremely good. For as many who thinks there is a white collar job out there, please kindly get something doing like entrepreneurship or learn a trade because the direction the country is heading can't be predicted, you kind get started from there are still aiming at your dreamed career. Even if this present administration will create jobs, it cant cater for up to 5% of the unemployed graduate apart from the unemployed youth ( both graduate and non graduate). An idle hand they say is the devil's workshop so please start from somewhere. despise not a little beginning. God bless you all. Goodluck to the prospective applicant (jambite).

But very seriously, my mind:
Jamb no try abeg!
They give bonus marks to lazy students who rested while they should have worked and laid their fate on an unprecedented ''miracle'' to happen somehow while the restless hard-working/worked students were rewarded with either hand-to-mouth scores or narrowly-escaped scores. Negatively unmerited marks for short!

That's too bad. They'll increase the youth mortality rate in Nigeria with these arts or frustrate students to becoming something else negative.
This is extremely unhealthy. You paid for an exam and your performance won't even be judged well. It's devastating joor!!
How is Nigeria supposed to happen *developed* one day with these unfair or unguarded carelessness and mid-day wickedness like this?

God help Nigeria. We are giants even in negativities, and we rate in large percents.. Too bad!

Just feeling the pain for my fellow applicants!

Lalasticlala This point will keep all ladies mute and shut as they won't be able to side themselves on why trousers should be worn by Females too. Some said there are other trousers designed for female. But I want to confuse you that trousers are originally meant for males and never females. Trousers are anatomically and phenotypically designed for males that is why a man or boy with his broad chest and nice smile on his face can easily back a street and unirate without anyone seeing anything. Now tell me, Can a female in trousers do that? No absolutely, she has to go deep into the forest or beg for toilet simply because she had wore a garment not patterning to her. Hence need to suffer for that. Stop delaying passengers if you beg driver to stop you to unirate. Some ladies may even go deep inside the forest and may fall into the hand of ritualists or evil men or wild animals just to urinate due to the trouser that belong to men they wear

It's medically normally. Many people have had it before. I used to have it before but it has stopped. The last one I had was scary and it appeared as though my soul left my body 'poro' while I was struggling to wake up. It is a boundary btw sleep and awakeness. Lalasticlala too can't deny he hasn't. Many people see it as spiritual but it is normal. It won't kill but the only disadvantage is that it is scary where it appear as though a dragon mounted on your back and you are unable to speak and move. I miss those experience

Ministry of communication is a private agency? have you taken your morning dose?
Think deep next time. I mean the service providers Glo, etisalat, mtn and co are private agencies too just like the power sector and it had its own seperate minister.
PoliticsRe: Buhari Has No Plan For Power Supply? See Reason by HighIQ(op): 9:48am On Jan 13, 2016
jpphilips:
The fact that you don't understand the direction of Government does not mean the govt has no plans, from your text, you are only worried that power was not given a separate ministry as we all agree that it deserves some special attention.
The fact is this; the FG has no plans to run the Three arms of the power sector (Generation, transmission and distribution). It will be controlled by the private sector hence there is no need for a separate ministry rather a monitoring agency, like DPR, NCC etc.

It will amount to a total waste of public funds to run a regulatory agency as a full ministry.

Weather the agency is alive, well i can confidently tell you that the ministry of power just scrapped the evil fixed charge. hitherto, Power companies don't necessarily need to supply you electricity yet you are under obligation to pay, if you have a failed substation (bad transformer). the power company will not bother to fix it because at the end of the month, they will make between 735-750naira monthly.
Imagine a Power company like EEDC controlling, Abia, Anambra, Imo, Ebonyi and Enugu states, if these states have 50m flats, EEDC by that fraudulent policy makes 37.5b naira monthly for sleeping.
Someone who makes that much in a month will not bother to repair or replace a transformer. The ministry of power recently increased electricity tariff, the reason is that the companies need to make huge capital investments in the sector to become efficient, but every kobo from the new tariff must be earned by the power companies, that is in the interest of the consumers.
With this result so far, I can assure you that Fashola has plans for the power sector.

What of ministry of communication. It is a private agency and it has its own minister seperately without it being merge it with other sectors
PoliticsBuhari Has No Plan For Power Supply? See Reason by HighIQ(op): 7:16pm On Jan 12, 2016
As you all know that the situation of power supply in Nigeria currently is nothing to write home about. The power supply is presently very and extremely poor with some place struggling between 4 to 6 hrs power supply per day.
Psychologically , President Buhari giving a crucial ministry like "power" to someone alongside works and housing may show that the man may not really be interested in Power supply. Considering how poor power sector is. Unlike other sector like Health ministry, Education, Finance etc. that have their seperate ministry on their own. Why did president Buhari merge a very important sector like POWER that is so important with Ministry of housing and works? All to be controlled by a man, Mr fashola, may show the low intetest of Mr president in the having a stable power supply in this country. The ministry of power should be a seperate ministry on its own, to be controlled by a Minister for Power and not Minister of POWER, WORKS AND HOUSING. So the minister can focus on the power sector more adequately OR what do you think? lalasticlala

Drdonzeez:
what a nice research! kudos to you.But let me make this known. We all are aware of the fact that Nigeria as a nation operates a capitalist economy I.e most institutions and enterprises are solely owned by either the federal, the state or the local governments unlike the developed nations of the world. From this analogy,we can only based our arguments on government's parastastals.I believe some of us are aware of the fact that in clinical settings in Nigeria, there are two salary structures assigned for all health proffessionals which are CONMESS mearnt for medical and Dental doctors and CONHESS which is mearnt for all other health professionals.. From the structures , medical and Dental Doctors distinctly earn more than all other health professionals. Its an undebatable fact. But when it comes to the private settings,salaries/wages or incomes are quite variable depending on the locations, residents of such areas and one's entrepreneurship prowess. This implies that a Dentist in location A may earn higher than an optometrist in location B..an optometrist in location C may earn higher than a Dentist in Location D..It all boils down on one's interest.. For the fact that some dental students wanted medicine doesn't mean everyone wanted it.. Some prefer Dentistry to the core:a friend of mine is a perfect example;he's got bsc in biochemistry,he later enrolled for Dentistry. One thing I noticed is that Nigerians chase popularity.the number of applicants of Dentistry ,optometry et al every yeat doesn't reflect on their Lucrative nature . same applies to optometry..The NMA/ JOHESU tussles should come to an end in our time.
it is not important a dentist to est a clinic. They mostly get job easily in gov hospitals unlike optometrists.

Haha....
U cant even argue in favor of dentistry for just 2 seconds without calling medicine....thats my point....
Dentistry is not a stand alone profession...
I like dentistry....the fact is that it is not as lucrative in the private sector as optometry....
Talk from today till tomorrow....a dentist is a novice in eye care....give him the clinical case note and work-up data of a patient with a problem as little as accomodative esotropia, and watch him become an illiterate....so wat has the dentist to say against optometry with the exception of medical fall out of professional politics?
In lecturing optometry lecturers start from lecturer 2 just like medicine...We have dedicated doctors in the optometry clinic who dont lecture...whose job is purely clinical.....

In ur thinking, dentistry is great because it is under the same board with medicine...
Will a medical student also say:" Medicine is great because it is under the same board with dentistry"?
No medical student will ever say that....

Concludion....
Dentistry is priviledged in public sector not due to merit, but by virtue of its association...
Cry from today till tomorrow....Medicine merely tolerates dentistry....

WORD UP.

I wish u wont take me back to arguements i have destroyed long ago....
An optometrist's degree is not a bachelor's like dentistry,it is a profeasional doctorate....OD
It means that the degree an optometrist has is Doctor of Optometry degree...
So an optometrist is more a doctor than a dentist..
If its easy let them go and upgrade to dds...
Optometrists dont perform surgery, but who needs it wen the only restorative surgery is cataract...surgery is a proceedure like non- invasive techniques....In usa optometrists perform surgery...
Optometrists diagnose and treat independently...
The cutoff mark for dentistry in uniben this last admission was 60.Dont tell me nonsense dentistry is not competitive...I should put dentistry so that what i will do with my life is look at people's dirty and rotten teeth...

U perform surgery yet you are hungrier than those professions u mentioned...dont compare optometry with dentistry they are not mates...
If u were not attatched to medical board hunger for don kpai una wella...
Are u not ashamed that the only defence u hv for the prestige of ur profession is that u are under the same council with another profession...u basking in the sunshibe of medicine's leftovers...dentistry whose voices are never heard...a profession that is as timid as a snail...

After all ur rantings go and check out a dental vs an optometry clinic,u wont talk again if u do.

I hv never thought to equate dentistry with pharmacy ... pharmacy is a mega money maker....dentistry is not....simple.
I can see u don't like dentistry, the same way I too don't like pharmacy. But that is not an excuse to be watering and belittling these great surgeons. One man's food is another's man poison. What u hate another may like it. Pls stop throwing deragotory remarks against dentists because they are not ur mate. It is dentist vs opthalmologist and not optometrist. Don't spoil. dentistry simply because u hate it or can't do it. You are so ignorant.
