@ Debo nice one I heard that pretty soon, it will be half a century since the spuds won the league and the t-shirts would be for sale. However, I advise that Gooners shouldn't put it on at Tottenham or else, . |
Great game Just like the gaffer said, the team kept its cool even after conceeding a goal. Strangely, I have never really been an Eboue hater. Dude annoys me at times BUT A good player can't really turn bad overnight. AW speaks about his versatility and I think it's beginning to pay off. Please watch this game again(Arsenal vs Bolton). The midfield was very mobile. and we are playing with so much width nowadays. Can't believe its the same Song or Denilson(What does AW do to these players) Just like Cristalz said, we are on a roll, but unlike her manure thoughts, we would stay up. I am sure AW has learnt from the mistakes of last year and get in one or two bodies to cover for unenvisiaged injuries in the latter half of the campaign. Earlier, when I saw we were gonna take two trips up north in the space of one week,in between a CL game,I thought there was no way we would not drop points, either at Blackburn or Bolton But Alas, 6 points and 7 goals to the bargain.Still shocked The CC comes up during the week.Sheffield next ![]() |
The only positive thing tonite for manure was seeing Ronnie back in action. At a time during the summer, I could have sworn he was going to be in the white shirt of REAL |
What is it with these nights in eastern europe? ![]() We should have been 3 goals up in the first half and we blew it. For AW. Why bring on Bendtner(who is as quick as an Ajegunle snail)and remove Song who had been above average in defensive midfield? We rode our luck tonight and we were lucky to escape with a draw. (At a point, I had given up) Let's hope we will do better next time around. Lastly,Why was RVP angry at being substituted ? ![]() I thought he stayed too long on the pitch. I am just thinking what could have happened if Vela had those chances!!!!!!!!!! |
and in comes Robbie Keane playing Champs league football for the 1st time in his career. Gosh, I am so happy I ain't a Spud fan ![]() |
just wondering where is the Carlsberg logo on the Pool's jersey? Anyone with an answer ![]() How did Babel miss that? Thank God he scored the one against manure, |
all gooners and hannibal also ,please enjoy these songs composed for Adebayor https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fXWQIIQVdW8&feature=related https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=OUcKY2tRSg4&feature=related |
I remember arguing with one of the scums here about Spurs breaking into the top 4. I told him there was no chance in hell of such happenning. I still stick with that though its only week 4. The spuds are just woeful,no matter the players that come to help their cause. |
ok Hannibal We all know its only week4,but we can't help but poke fun at you guys. Mancs all over the world were so sure you were gonna beat Pool but for once Benitez was ready on match day. No one is saying manure cannot win the league or that Arsenal will win it. But ,we are enjoying this moment, even SAF came out to lament the atrocious defending. Like u said, a bad day at the office, but it was funny and worth poking fun at ![]() |
Hannibal:You do care if we gloat or else you will just ignore us .My joke about manure players fasting didn't go well with a manure mate who almost assaulted me ![]() The most useless team in the league ![]() Ha ha ha, ![]() like Tosin says,I laugh in Pidgin French ![]() |
mukina2:Muki, No way. Its Scholesy,the volleyball star ![]() |
Did u see Eboue's shot? Really don't know how Robbo stopped it Robbo should be called back to the England squad ![]() |
Thanks Cistalz. For answering Nazzy. One would have thought it was only Dudu that was injured. He should have seen the long list we had towards the end of the season @Hannibal Early days yet,I know But let's face it. Arsenal always struggle when we play the teams from the north. I am just delighted that we are actually winning and playing well. But really, I am praying for an injury free season and I believe if we do have it we will win something so that you guys can get off our back,at least, temporarily ![]() |
Adebayor, GGGGGGGGGGOOOOOOOOOOOOOOAAAAAAAAAAALLLLLLLLLLL Game over and pips think we fear going up north ![]() @Nazzyon God help us meant God should protect us against injuries that are man made When RVP went down in pain,I prayed silently that it wasn't serious. I am looking 4ward to an injury free season, then the entire football fraternity would know what the Arsenal is made off!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! |
the tackles are coming in Its still Bruiseburn rovers God help us |
RVP-GGGGGGOOOOOOOOOOOOOAAAAAAAAAAAALLLLLLLLLLLLL Walcott again, Did u see how he beat 4 defenders?Ewood park is silent |
Ha ha ha News just coming in says that Manure players were fasting ![]() The match should have been played at night when they would have eaten all sorts Bla,bla, bla, Pool hasn't scored any goal against manu since Benitez came! ![]() |
@Emperoh and the rest scummies Go to your thread and discuss about your strategy to beat 'pool and quit having headache about Arsenal. One day, we'll find out why you guys are so obsessed ![]() |
@Hannibal While I usually end my post with, 'the Red and White army keeps marching on, I have never declared us as the best in Europe ![]() We did well last term, and everyone(real footie fans)knows we had bad luck as per injuries towards the end of the campaign. Its another season and while I am no prophet(can't see into the future ),I am certain taht we will compete again this year. All the unbeaten drama thing has been cut off by that loss at Craven Cottage and we have responded well with the victories against Twente and Newcastle. Tomorrow, we go up north to Ewood and I am confident we will win. It's one match at a time. |
@A40 I was just about to remind Muki that it's Robbo the clown that will be in goal. Nothing to worry about. We should overcome Bruiseburn rovers ![]() |
Oh mine, I can see d scummies don't even want us to discuss the game with Blackeye rovers ![]() Let's see what Incey would put out. I think it would be a difficult match, but we should be able to triumph. |
Really, why does Hannibal go on blabbing about anderson? ![]() He's not in manure's first team, neither is he in brazil's first team. I can't even remember him having a goal to his name as a manure player yet( or has he?) Even in that match at the emirates, all I could remember him doing was rolling around on the grass after a 'small' tackle from an Arsenal player and also putting his hand on his lips(telling the emirate faithful to shut up) after WG scored an own goal. What else did he do ![]() Ask Pele,Maradona,Zidane,Ronaldinho,Weah etc and I can bet anything that they will tell you that as at September 2008.Francesc Fabregas is a better player than Anderson. We don't know what could happen later but for now, no comparisons |
@Hannibal and Cristalz Let's be frank. The tabloids, tomorrow, will have headlines like 'Theo hattrick','Wal-goals', or Th-ree-o ![]() No one really remembers who supplied the assists for the goals ![]() But sincerely speaking, Rooney played a huge part, just like you both said. But we are celebrating Theo tonight because he has been the subject of criticisms since his move to Arsenal Its a make or break season for him and he seems to be moving in the right direction. |
Theo,Theo,Theo. That's the chant heard at the Emirates whenever the teenager waltz thru the opponent's defence. Now the boy wonder has scored a hat trick in only his 2nd competitive start for England(I bet that's some record) Now,we gooners hope that this performance will be a launch pad for a magnificent career for country and especially Arsenal. God bless you son,I'm proud of you ![]() |
I can't believe Dayo is still on this For Gooners:The Appiah rumours are getting stronger. Still think it would materialise. AW didn't sign him 2 to three seasons ago when we were looking for a replacement for Paddy. Not sure he would sign him now. Moreover, he's another injury prone player. Too many of them already |
Po Deep:I was also wondering!!!!!!!!!! But I guess whenever it has to do with the Arsenal, Dayo would say anything to disparage us. ![]() |
tkb417:I agree with tkb417 here. I was full of despair yesterday after staying up till midnight and not getting any news about the Arsenal. In fact, I was still expecting that this morning , I would hear that AW finally signed Alonso or Veloso, but ![]() Anyways, it's all well and good, who knows, the supposed new signing could have gotten to Arsenal and become a failure ![]() Let's see who becomes the new Flamster. Is it Song, Denilson or Diaby ![]() The only difference between today and this time last season was that the Flamster showed us during pre-season that the DM role was gonna be his thruout last season. Diaby and Denilson haven't convinced anyone,Song was at the olympics though. Let's see if he would be the HIT. Hope RVP doesn't get injured with Holland and hoping Dudu and Rosicky come back early from injury. Till then, for this season , I will be just like the late Bola Ige. I go dey 'Siddon look' |
What a gift to Darren Bent. Good strike by Darren. One chance one goal Sets it up for a fantastic second half. 1-1 |
No worries about RVPersie. No damage to the ankle at all The fasting and prayer for Robin is working. Just like I said during pre season, If RVP,Rozzi,Dudu,Sagna and Fab4 can stay fit all thru the season, the 3 year wait for Silverware would certainly come to an end. THE RED AND WHITE ARMY KEEPS MARCHING ON |
is rvp injured? oh no not again ![]() See what Butt has done |
cristalz r u still waiting for the toon army to score? u may end up developing permanent BP Dennilson has scored RVP has gone crazy What was that ? |
nazzyon:That's unfair |
