Most of the people above me wailing out their eyes are neither from Edo States nor inconsequential in the affair of things in Edo State. But here they are shouting and threatening Obaseki. Where I live if you break the law and government had to use public fund to clear your mess you sure will get a bill to pay for it. If it is a case that requires going to court before cleaning your mess. If government wins you get both the bills for cleaning your mess and bill to pay for government lawyers ie for the manpower put into prosecuting you. ![]() |
I admire the courage of the op for trying to reason with tribal bigots on NL. I already sighted one who always appear on any thread with the tag Igbo, where he unleashes his life frustration. But what people like that failed to understand is that at the end of the day they will retire home to stew in their hatred. ![]() |
How come of the millions of Nigerians qualified to hold this Buhari like every other appointment always find a way to pick people with questionable characters? |
Thought it was only the South that brings shame to Nigeria? All these the Northerners are very genuine and crime free places being parroted by our brothers are so false. |
If he is a scammer maybe he just paid for all the lives his scams had destroyed. Just saying. |
StubbornGENIUS:That only few were caught. Once government officials leave those people working at borders just collect bribes and allow cars to pass through. |
StubbornGENIUS:Nigeria and border ![]() Those ones being caught were for the camera. |

Most people will blame mummy the executive governor of Enugu State. ![]() |
Buhari is working. ![]() Where are those idiots that said Ebola was successful handled because of Lagos State? Infectious disease more especially pandemic lies within the authority of the federal government. They take the lead then come state governments. In a situation like this it is the duty of the federal government to ensure all states have enough resources to effectively manage the situation. This is similar to war I don't think if we are being invaded by a military that the FG would leave each state to protect themselves? |
Who did we offend as a nation? May their deaths be avenged and may those responsible for this senseles murder never know peace. Buhari stop being an idiot and tackle insecurity as for the victims it is time you defend yourself. |
wildwest22:I heard he went to camp after giving speech the crowd echoed "yes mummy". Hahhahha He was so enraged that the next day he sent in officials to clear out the spare part market in camp. That he went to Asata and everyone was shouting mummy oyoyooo. ![]() |
Everybody don see Nigeria finish. On a serious note we are supposed to have a life broadcast of the president one a week, assuring Nigerians that we are in this together. What those who are in support of Buhari style of incommunicado don't know if that what is happening now is similar to a country being in war. If I may ask did Gowon go incommunicado on Nigerians during the civil war? Before some of you will try to twist it ask yourself why did other nations put their military on high alert and their president/prime minister were always giving update and assurance to the masses? Well I guess due to political differences we Nigerians have sold our rights at the alter of ethnic politics. |
At least he does not have to worry about COVID-19 and the hardship that awaits Nigerians after the economic impact of COVID-19. May his soul find rest. |
I think EFCC should also show their pictures without the mask. Because without the mask those guys are unrecognisable. We need their real faces I am sure COVID-19 isn't going to last forever and these dude ain't going to walk around with mask forever. EFCC please show their fucking faces. |
I feel bad for that poor chicken what a painful way to die. |
Enugu airport has entered voicemail be that oooh. God "airpus ooh" |
Another thread that will degenerate into mud fight. You guys are terrible both ways. |
NL is now a dumping ground for unverified and concocted news. |
2015 election really opened Nigeria up for media Propaganda. Since then instead of government officials to accept responsibility and do their jobs they are always quick at running to the media to white wash their image. While the people they are meant to protect suffer. Mister man better get to work and stop haggling over whether it was 150 or 300 deaths. As long as the numbers are out of the ordinary then something needs to be done. |
Kobojunkie:Seems a lot but from what I have observed in Naija but need constant reminder more like drumming info into their heads. |
Kano results being announced like election results. Seriously it is high time Kano State government put a lid on this before it gets out of hand. The people of Northern Nigeria listen to their emires and religious leader. If they hadnt done it, I think their best bet is to have their emires and religious leader do sensitization campaign for them. This may also prevent the exodus to the south |
I had this post on the first page and mod deleted it. Can someone that is in the know tell me why the mod keep deleting my post on NL. Why are sai baba people running away from Baba? Joke apart what is actually chasing them away more especially at this time? I thought the Koran instructed them not to leave their city during an epidemic outbreak? Or they only follow the instructions of the Koran when it requires them to behead people? What did I say in this post that made the mod to delete it? I have seen this forum litter with tribal and homophobic and hate induced comments spanning pages without the mods on NL doing anything to take it down. The hypocrisy on this forum stinks. |
Someone said their problem truth be told it is our problem as a nation. They had better get it under control if not most cases will find their way to other part of the country. |
A handful of people have made mention of smelly vajayjay I am not sure what the health seeking behaviour of most young female adults are in Nigeria. Please can a lady be so kind to open a thread and seek opinions from other girls are often they see a gynaecologist and at what age they had their first visit? What their experiences were and if it helps their overall health? Maybe this might give us an insight into what is actually happening. Should such thread already exist please post link I would like to know. |
Sunshineg5:Did you know that you can have conversation with people without cursing? Did you know that you can counter people's point and put forth your points without throwing fits and sounding aggressive ? Dude, at first I thought I was going to have a reasonable conversation with you where you would put forth your points without any drama. But I was wrong. Sorry I even tried to reason with you. Goodluck and I hope you find someone with the same level of uncoath words as yours. Today I don't even want to bring any negative energy near me. I hope you find a way to release your negative energy I am not sure what is going on in your life at this moment or what has led you to this point. But you sure need to talk to someone, I am sure you have people to talk to. I am just going to continue on my walk and enjoy the sunshine with other beautiful people around this park. We haven't been able to do this since the lockdown was announced earlier March. I shall enjoy the beautiful weather and the greenery out here in peace rather than get into any form of argument with anyone this afternoon. I hope you find your center someday and good bye. |
Sunshineg5:Did Kalu at any point openly moved bullion van into his compound during election day and boldly told the "people to go f themselves" when questioned? Did Kalu when asked to comment on national security hinged his assessment on the presence of a specific piece of information to be on ground before he could believe the victim. By the way the said offenders were arrested and guess what they were of the ethic ground reported by the victims. In addition on a national level Tinubu has got more cloat than Kalu in APC. So yes I could understand why people would curse him just the way people would curse higher ups in any political settings for issues that may not squarely fall within their constitutional power. Not because they hate them because those politicians are the most visible in terms of hierarchy. You made mention of Abba, yes he held a position a position he was not elected for and answerable directly to Buhari that appointed him. So in a perfect universe where your theory is valid, no body has to say pim to Abbs under any circumstances such curse should be directed to Buhari who was elected and whom decided to work with Abba. In the same universe no one should day anything about Tinubu because he may have worked hard for the election of Buhari but Buhari is the one we know so all grievances should be directed to Buhari. But you know what bro there is no perfect universe. This world we live in are being full human whom are complex in their ways. This is not a justification but a glimpse into how and why people maybe attacking those we think they ought not. Don't take it personal it has nothing to do with hate but mostly just how the human minds work. |
helinues:From your response, your obvious agenda of opening this thread and what I could infer from your thought processes it will be futile having a reasonable and logical conversation with you. I can see that you are adamant on your chosen path. I am not going to roll in the mud with you not today. Good luck bro and godspeed. |
I don't know about this exact village in my village when baby girl is born people celebrate with powder and broom. When it is baby boy they celebrate with powder and cutlass/hoe. NL is the only place people boldly display their ignorance. It is the only forum where someone sitting in Ogbomoso will claim authority on cultural issues in Ezza in Ebonyi State. It is the only forum where a 17 year student that never left his village in Nkanu we make a bold statement about the way of life of people living in a village in Ekiti |
