OHHH MY GOD,
Why this, why this again, why why why, worshippers, anf fun seekers wasted. Just like that and now we will all be enjoined to pray?? What has britain done to us by yoking us together with blood thirsty vermins with no regards for the sanctity of the human life.

My dad miraculously escaped being lynched during Yerima's instigated uprising, I served in the core north and witnessed the blood spilling of people and corp members during riots by islam fundamentalists(the affected corp member families were given N50K each for the worth of their children and the scar they'l bear for life) my family swore never to have anything to do with living in the north, I have tuned down a financially rewarding proposal to relocate to that cursed place.

Ojukwu(I have to bring him in) once said nobody has a monopoly of violence, for those who sit on the fence and make unguarded jests @ what other regions have been suffering in the north, you may not know the feeling of having your loved ones eyes plucked out, slashed necks, pregnant belly's ripped open, families dumped in wells and sandfilled, and now bombing a catholic church!!!

Its now obvious where the brain behind these arms importation are coming from.

I used to wonder, If the north has crude oil reserves in commercial quantity, who will stop them from seceding and becoming a muslim nation? Why can't our supposed leaders see the bigger picture and initiate moves for regional autonomy

Holy spirit pls console the bereaved families, I am gutted. Lagos shoul be very careful, these !diots can do it there too since we have a failed security apparatus, now they are imposing curfew after the event. I detest this nation

Well, I've always had this laissez fair abi na fare(someone should supply the right spelling abeg if I didn't get it) attitude towards inter tribal union being that I grew up in the later part of the 20th century.

I had it in mind to date other tribes after my ethnic ladies that I gave right of 1st refusal all prentended they dnt want no black man.

The "bolanle" I hooked up finally made me understand that her pop won't even accept another tribe and was using me to climb the ladder a bit. Geez, we called it quits since 2yrs now(she is presently among those calln to wish merry Xmas and I knew what shez upto)

Anyway, its latino's and brazilians all the way now.

1. The guy sitting opposite my desk has these annoying habit of asking foolish questions anyhow, like what is todays date? what is this officers' intercom number? what is this officers' email address? Please can you spell , ? the funniest thing is that he has the tools to check for all these things on his desk but he will prefer to disturb me.
2. Presently, I am the youngest in my office but not the only bachelor, My colleagues and sometime my boss have this habit of yabing the bachelors, asking when I am getting married. Even my parents have not started bothering me with this. This annoys me so much because in my former place of work in the UK, I never heard about marriage even though I was the youngest for some time but in this present place of work, it is an every day thing.
3. I have this colleague that is pregnant and is always wanting me to do her job for her, the most annoying thing is that she is forceful about it, and when I say no cos I am busy, she will say cant I see her condition. I was forced one day to ask her if I was the one that impregnated her.
4. I have these female colleagues that have the habit of asking for financial help, like paying for their meals etc and when I say no which is not often, they will snap back with a response like What do you use money to do since you are not married.
Lol @ bolded parts, meanwhile you are trying ooo I swear. some ladies and free things grin

LOL@Topic,
How am I sure I'm not an annoying co-worker myself?

Anyways, I don't really have any colleague with annoying habits per se, but I generally detest 'senior management'. Always stuck-up, pretentious, cruel, and out of touch with the reality on ground.

lol, my sentiments Sir, i was used to achieve a lot by my Mgt. and they never cared to ''up'' me in any way, it was heart rending and pathetic.

I was basically working with women and it was a MID NIGHTMARE, emotional issues, crying, quarrels,  mental imbalance, some unprofessional attitudes and conversations etc, amongst many experiences, one had the guts to tell me one day that she woke up on the wrong side and was not in a very good mood and that i should mind how i ask her about work-related thingy shocked shocked shocked shocked (i felt like strangling her, but if i had done so, she was my boss then and married, so the coy and her husbby wld have come after me  cheesy)

Anyway, I presently occupy a large office space ALL ALONE with reporting done online. I dont get to physically interface with my supposed superiors and line managers, we meet occasionally sha and its too short a time space to observe their queer attitudes if any. I lock and open my office door when i Like  cheesy cheesy

If it changes tomorrow, i will revert to this thread, sha but for now am balling cheesy wink

Raphael Benitez is the man, i joined liverpool because of this man. I loved the way he mesmerized jose morinho in England. He is the only man that deprived chelsea from winning champions league in morinho's regime. The same man that broke the stamford bride, the same man that demolished old traford with 4-1 victory in premeir league. The same man that demolished intermillan leading to the sack of mancini and also real madrid. Rapheal benitez is the man. Many big clubs like juventus will come for him soonest .Remember he rejected juventus for intermilan.

JM spent fortunes at Shelsi, mother luck smiled on him in addition to his hyped competence and he won trophies, . When he started recording downturn, he packed his bags and left. Folks conveniently forgot what he spent, Success they say has many fathers

Rapha did his thing at Valencia, had back to back CL finals appearance with The Kops (B.Leverkusen had same back to back appearance fate and has nothing to show for it), won 1 and was a thorn in the flesh for the likes of UTD, The Blues, Madrid, even my beloved Barca (we were ousted on away goals in 2007), simply because he didn't quit when the ovation was loudest (JM style) has suddenly made him an incompetent tactician.

''Looser'' pool was a delight to watch when he was there and for us ''neutrals'' they were the answers to the domination of the ''big ones'' then , his player selling and acquisiton decision was his albatross but that should not allow us not to give credit to what this man has achieved.

dapachez:

Dont know if this post is true or not but i want to sincerely share a personal experience. I was a bit the reserved type when growing up and one of those that believed relationships end in marriage though now i know better. My 1st was a disaster. The second i was so sure would end up in marriage,i concluded i already had a wife,to the extent that our parents had met and we were thinking november 2007 but when i changed environment(moved to lasgidi),things changed, she started acting funny, under 3 months i call her and she doesnt pick and when she does she sounds cold. She came for a visit and she cant even look me in the eyes, the spark and warmth was not there. To compoud issues a guy always calls her 1st thing in the morning and last thing at night. I decided and told her to sort herself out before she went back. She left august and seldom called her. By february she said she wanted to see me but i was out of town but by april i was told by my uncle that he saw her very heavy. I was shocked, called her and she said she was pregnant and married to that caller(a family friend of hers that respects me so much) that she started dating him when i asked her to sort herself out. To cut the story she put to birth and discoverd her hussy sleeps with his step sister, issues arose(beating her) and the marriage crashed under 2 years. She is one lady i loved with my entire being and when you love someone truly,it never dies and you will always love them but sometimes you just have to let go cos the heart is not always so smart that is when you need to think with your head. Bottomline she wants back which is impossible it took me 2 good years to get over her. I (though i have never been married)would have taken her back with the baby if she wasnt married frankly speaking if she wasnt married but again she had her chance and blew it. The emotional trauma and aches i endured for two years left scars in my heart but God gave me the grace to move on. Note somethings are not meant to be and if things will go wrong they definately will. So the earlier you move on the better
Only experience can really teach one that not all that glitters is gold, i did post mine, almost same tale but i surprisingly didn't see it on this thread and my posting rights was taken away cause the system says its spam.

The heart is desperately deceitful and only a firm resolution can make one pull through and move on again severing all contacts with the past hurtful experience.

I have been trying since then to convince myself of a good reason to be open to the women folk and get married but i just cant seem to find any but i believe everything can fall into place to them that believe
Romance / Re: When Your Female Boss Wants U by holydante(m): 4:41pm On Dec 23, 2010
Ha!! chief,

You dont have to delude yourself into making such conclusions about the import of her gifts.

You never receive anything sef, Some 4 years back, I had a very very friendly beautiful married woman that was buying gift items and pampering me sort of (she gave me the highest cash gift i ever received on any birthday as at then), she likes me to drive home together with her, we gist like its going outta fashion, when we are discussing together, at times she places her hands on my laps with a kinda dreamy look in her eyes, shocked shocked shocked I had this N100 belief that she wants it bla bla, until she introduced me to her husband and family and I witnessed her with other people and I discovered that she is the nice, generous and free type who just wanted me to be the best (she noticed I wasn't really happy then)

I was ashamed inwardly for ever thinking such bleeping thoughts sef and I respected the sanctity of marriage hence. we are still friends 3 years after and nobody has ever made such suggestion between us. The best you can do is to have wet dreams in the night for her and let it end there (meanwhile you would have committed adultery then, i hope you'll like it when some other young dude starts bleeping your wifey in the future)

Women's brain are not as wired for sex as men's are, dont mistake her niceness for lust, you may burn you job fingers if you make the 1st move

Someone just died of this kidney related stuff and the family spent fortunes to keep him alive till he passed away last week.

pslm23:

It is never a good thing to wish evil and death on anybody. Ikemba is an important person in the Igbo community and a thousand years from now, his name will still be mentioned in the history of Igbos.

I'm only 36 and wasn't even born during the Biafran era but my father served in the military and my mom was a nurse on the biafran side too (that's how she met my father). All I've heard since I was a child was how great a man Ikemba was for trying to liberate his people. When I think of him I think of MLK. He also tried to fight for the rights of black people in the US.

So, my thing is, some people might not like him or respect what he did but that does not call for death wishes. I pray he pulls through but if God decides that his time is up then so be it. His name will still be spoken for many many years to come. When you talk about the history of Nigeria, believe me, Ikemba's name will be mentioned.
Bless your good heart for this post. Same scenario is applicable to me too, I went beyond my parents tales to get alternative views on pre and post 1966 events and Dikedioramma's  part in the whole sad events; the few Yoruba's, Hausa's, Middlebeltans and South south folks that I had access to had somethings commendable to say about him in adition to their fears too, history books are there too to butress this man of honour's singular dedication to the Nigerian project until he was forced to tow the seccession line to save his people (he ensured the northerners had a safe ride home while train loads of mutilated igbos were shipped back in droves to the east)

Britain knew how intelligent and opinionated he is and so ensured that the Biafran project was bombed into extinction, Dim Ojukwu will forever be rememberd in the annals of this country.

May God's will be done in his life.Dikedioramma
