This does not only happen in nigeria. South africa for instance, they hardly take the old USD and even if they do, they exchange $100 for as low as R500. The lower denomination they exchange from between R10 to R12 for a dollar but if you got the new $100 note they exchange for R1450 which is R14.50 for a dollar. I dont know why that is, so its not only a nigerian problem |

Nigerian senators are the best paid in the world yet Nigeria is a banana republic. Also what does the bible say about good deeds or charity? It says not to publicise it. This senator has publicised it with his ugly face stamped on every single palliative. well i disagree with you, I have seen this his house since 2014, i think its three building inside one compound with different designs and the man only became a senator in 2019. about been ugly, that got nothing to do with been generous or rich, and about the publicity, the man is now a politician, so he need to show what he is doing |

lavylilly: TO THE LADIES:
When you are ready to settle down, dont forget these...
1) Make sure you settle for a man who doesnt see paying your bride price as buying you...
2) Make sure you settle for a man who doesnt see marrying you as doing you a big favour...
3) Make sure you settle for a man who wouldn't use your monthly cramps and mood swings against you,, YES Some men are like that...
4) Make sure you settle for a man who knows you have right to your body sometimes,, who understands you have the right to say NO to sex when its not comfortable for you,, maybe due to weakness or whatever it might be,, and still respect you for that...
5) Make sure you settle for a man who would stick with you inspite of the odds,, who wouldn't compare you to a SWEET 16 after series of child birth (though most women try to work on themselves after child birth,, but truth be told,, you cant remain young forever)...
6) Make sure you settle for a man who would understand that there are just times you might feel too tired to fix the family meal,, and him helping you out wont be a taboo...
7) Make sure you settle for a man who would always allow you air your opinions, who understands you have d right to 'agree' or 'disagree' on a particular issue,, depending on what the case may be,, without always shutting you up before you are done airing your view...
Make sure you settle for a man who doesnt find it difficult saying 'SORRY',, someone who easily asks for forgiveness whenever he wrongs you,, not some kind of 'Autocratic' man,, who expects 'sorry' from you even when it's glaring he's wrong...
9) Make sure you settle for a man who understands that hitting a lady is a crime and shouldnt be done especially to his wife,, not some 'wife beaters' who raises their hands at the slightest provocation...
10) Make sure you settle for a man who loves everything about you,,who loves your soul not just the body,,and who enjoys your company always...
YOU CAN ADD YOURS TOO...
I COME IN PEACE✌ Make sure you marry a man |

JaceBlaze: And what makes you think that a South African won't grow his R50? you see, most of you Nigerians have these preconceived perception about South Africans that we are bad people who don't care about nothing but alcohol and sex lol.I don't know if this out of jealousy or secret admiration but it is very laughable. So tell me,why are we there biggest black middle class in Africa and you're lagging behind?
When I say we're better than you and all Africa,it's not a jab or anything of that sort,it's just a fact.If you disagree then tell me if you've ever heard of South Africans jumping borders into African countries looking for green pasture...I'll wait. and you think not jumping boarders and looking for greener pastures means your self sufficient. you have that mentality that most nigerians are drug dealers and you feel angered when others also have a mentality that all you care about is sex, alcohol and drugs? before you about the percentage of middle class, you should first of all put population into consideration. nigerian population is four times that of s.a, so if we talk about the number of middle class in nigeria it will automatically dwindle that of s.a. like i said before, your infrastructure is better than that of nigeria but you are in no way better than nigerians in all form or shape. they are criminals all over the world, that is my point. you pointing to only nigerians always wont solve any problem because you are only cutting the branches and not uprooting the problem wich is the major importers of drugs into your country. more than 1000 chinese where recently buisted somewhere in asia for cyber crimes, does that make all chinese cyber criminal? try to set your priority right. i beleive this world is big enugh to contain us all. they are more americans in s.a than other countries, does it mean s.a is better than america economically or in all aspect of life?. nigerians are known for migrating, it didnt start with s.a and it surely wont end in s.a, even if the govenment starts paying all nigerians 1m$ every month they will still migrate |

JaceBlaze: Dude what are you saying? did you quickly forget that your currency is weaker than South African's? chief i know what am saying, am trying to make it a fair game. you said south africans are better than nigerians in all shapes and form. so, to put that in a test, give a nigerian a weak 50 nair and give a south african the strong 50 rand and keep them in secure area to see who grows his. south african govenemt is doing quite well for its citizens considering the nature of africans in govenment and that i must comend, but for you to say south africans are better than nigerians in all shapes and form that is one big lie that even your own brothers wont agree |

KLEINBASS: In south africa only a fraction are into legit business the rest are into illigality. Most run informal businesses on pavement and they cry xenophobia when law enforcement pleads with them to comply with the country's by laws. which country brought in nyaope into south africa? which contry is the highest importers of hard drugs into s.a?. facts is that nigerians like to pop expensive drinks in clubs, spend heavily on women and cars and so they get easily noticed, but you and i knows that nigerians are not the ones bringing most of the drugs into south africa. look at russians, egypt, ethiopians and many others and you will understand that nigerians are just a tip of the ice |
Politics › Re: Look What Is Trending In South Africa About Nigerians by holysina(m): 4:13pm On Nov 24, 2019 |
KLEINBASS: Drugs business needs a higher start up, R50 is too little now let me educate you a little about demand and supply. if they is no high demand of hard drugs in s.a, people will see it as a non-lucrative business and wont venture into it. if what most of the middle aged want in south africa bread, they will be more people selling bread. demand influences supply. selling of drugs is a very bad thing and should be condemd in all sincerity, but when you make it a nigerian thing your simply not doing justice to yourself because they are even more south africans and zimbabweans selling drugs in south africa than nigerians. |

Politics › Re: Youtube Video That Showed Gowon Released Chief. Awolowo From Prison In 1966 by holysina(m): 8:57pm On Nov 23, 2019 |
LegendHero: Bro if we keep waiting to get true action of event from our leaders alone then we have failed Nigeria as a youth. History is usually ascertained by constant research of various sources and inference from historical artefacts.
How do we document what happened to Nigeria in the 1850s? How do you know the Royal Niger company bought the entity known as Nigeria today? How do we know of the Ajayi Crowther and his expedition as a slave and writer? Isn’t it from these so called foreign media outlets?
Without them a lot of our history would have been lost coz we as a people don’t document historical fact and you can’t seem to believe things through word of mouth.
It’s not true that Awolowo did not talk about who released him, he actually did in his book titled “Awo on the Nigerian civil war” published in 1982. Just that I’ve lost touch with that book and I’m still trying to get it through online book outlet.
Also, why does he need to reiterate who released him when it was a public knowledge. Just like Fela did not shout about who released him from prison, just like Obasanjo did not keep shouting who released him from prison, just like Sheu Sani is also not shouting about who released him from prison.
Even in the face of pictorial, videos, and prints evidence staring at your face, you are still doubting this.
Can I ask you a question: What will affect you if you know Gowon actually released Awolowo from prison? Am not doubting anything, am just saying they are always two sides to a story. You might be right or wrong, only those involve actually know who did what. No body is gonna give me a cent if Ojuku or Gowon released Awo. Am just tired of this constant fight of east and west trying to prove an unnecessary point |
Politics › Re: Youtube Video That Showed Gowon Released Chief. Awolowo From Prison In 1966 by holysina(m): 5:44pm On Nov 23, 2019 |
LegendHero: Ironsi became head of state in January 1966 and Awolowo was released in August 1966 after Ironsi demise.
@the boded words, why did Ironsi not release Awo during the 7 month period he was head of state?
Is it a mere coincidence that Awo was released just 5 days into Gowon's tenure?
Bro don't confuse yourself, Ironsi never had it in mind to release Awolowo because it won't even favor them by having a freed Awolowo at that time. I wouldn't want to jump into argument on this, in our present day Nigeria every one has his own perspective of history because its not been taught in school. You can make reference of some western news outlet to back up your claim, some one els will do same to backup his that is how twists the Nigerian history has become. Awolowo never made reference of who actually released him, if he did it would have given us a better perspective on this discuss, Gowon himself said nothing after ojokwu said he released Awo, not after the passing of Ojukwu before he came out and said he did. So bro u see our leaders both past and present aren't doing us any favour on this. Thank God for this generation and the internet to keep record for the next generation |
