Please mamas in the house that lives in ph, where is the best and cheapeast place I can buy baby and mama's things? Abeg help a sister, aba is quite a distance for me.

It seems I have an olodo doctor. I also had same thoughts when I got his prescription. Both drugs contain same thing and perform same function. Who knows if that's what triggered the whole vomiting saga.

Ordinarily, I hate taking drugs and can do anything to avoid swallowing pills. Injections are and have always been a better option for me. Imagine my dismay when they dashed me two giant sized bitter tasting pills. Chi m oo. Before I stopped taking the drugs,I was folding them in fufu to swallow but it still didn't help matters. I just tire.

As for foods,I ve tried everything. From fruits to bread, to swallow to indomie, to even ice cream. Nothing stays. I am starting to panic cuz I don't know if it will affect the well being of the baby.

No dear it wouldn't affect the well being of your LO. Just make sure your folic intake is as often as anything. Try take liquids( I didn't mean water alone. Something that cn be easily digested like : watermelone juice, blended avocado, milk.. I took soymilk tho,) okra worked for me, roasted plantain with fish worked for me too.
I'm not guaranteeing you a 100% MS escape but something to manage yourself during this trying time. Yh... Ginger tea in the mornings too.
Just manage, you'll scale through.

Good morning to all the mamas in the house. The ones still pushing forward and the ones who have their bundle of joy already. All glory to God for the strength he gives to us.

Out of viewing mode, I just couldn't keep up with all the plenty pages. I've missed a lot... Atleast I was able to view some pages... Some with the good and bad news.

Mamas in the house weldone o. DH and I decided to buy our favorite carseat (I start shopping once I confirm pregnancy) and mistakenly paid for 2 instead of one.
Now we have the same car seat that our daughter uses so we can't have 3. I'm thinking of giving it out to a mum here at a reduced price...see original price plus shipping $80 each then know how much we got one.I won't quote price,will allow interested mums to say what they can afford,I will give to whoever her offer is better. Is that fair? If not oya you Mamas should suggest a better option.
PS: it's exactly this one i posted and it can be used from newborn to 10yrs (convertible)

Honey, lemon and warm water is the remedy, morning and evening (while going to bed). Works for me.

Team February it hurts to announce that am no longer with you.


My water broke, midnight on Wednesday coupled with excessive bleeding and clot. Got to the hospital and was told the fluid had completely drained and there was no way the baby would survive.
before you know it the baby started expelling and I was rushed in for evacuation.



The experience is unforgettable.




I can't seem to find answers to so many questions but God sure knows why.

So so sorry for the loss. God will reward you with another. You're blessed despite the trouble. God will always be your strength.

My birth story: (sorry 4 keeping u waiting, nah vigilante tinz).
It all started on Sunday October 1st, I had contraction during church service and twice that night & i went to sleep, so on d 3rd of october, i was preparing amala 4lunch & i started having dz smal-smal contraction... i manage to eat my amala, take a shower & lie on bed, & d contraction started wt 15min apart,so around 9pm, i notice i was leaking amniotic fluid. By 10pm that night d contraction started with full force. Me that was doing strong head telling dh dat I wl manage d pain till morning bfor going to d hospital to avoid d nurses putting hand in my Vjah upandan, so around 11pm nah me carry mysef go meet dh to drive me to hospital,on getting to d hospital , I couldn't walk on my own, nah so d nurses rush to carry me o, dey sha put me on bed, check me & alas I was 6cm dilated. Nah so d Dr dey para 4 me say, shey I wan born 4 house ni, knowing fully well dat am carrying multiple. Dh sha tell dem we're sorry, By dat time I was in d spirit realm (pain things), God bless all mother's..
I was checked again after like 2hrs ,and they said I was 8cm dilated that they should quickly move me to the labour room, I was instructed to push.
So,at about 2am my Oyinbo pepper boy 'OLUWADARIMISIRE' made his grand entry2 d world, & by 2:15am, my Duduyemi boy 'OLUWADUNMININU' cried his lung out without any tear.
Daddy & mummy & d twins doing great..
Vigilante is real oo.

Hmm my dear, I'm in the same shoes with you. 24 weeks now, as at 22weeks Lo is 1.2kg. Fear catch me. Wonder What would be my faith in the next 20weeks to come. I got home, dunno if I should cry or be happy. CS is not an option for me.

Stick with your LMP or your dating scan. Your baby could be measuring ahead that doesn't mean you'll give birth then.

The scan showed everything is great from yesterday but wetin dey bother me now is the way the scan goes about elongating my weeks, from 25weeks to 28weeks in less than 2 weeks. Initially edd was 5th of Jan, two weeks ago it said 24th dec, and yesterday it says 20th DEC 2017. Which kain wahala be this.. Na only be waka come. Honestly its giving me anxiety and I'm confused. I don't know which one to believe. I've lost count.. My LMP was in April so how come scan dey dash me DEC to port. Abeg make una help me torchlight this matter o!

I had that reaction to calcium supp. Back then I felt horrible all day after taking them so I stopped. I then bought pregnacare, it contains the needed vitamins. If you can, get that instead you won't feel so nauseous. Do relax and eat something. If you still feel faint and want to go to the hospital, call a friend/neighbour to accompany you.

So yeah I was able to wait for dh to come home then we went down to the hospital. The doctor said the calcium supplements are not routine drugs, that it can only be given if there's need for it(like bones or teeth pains). So I wasn't supposed to... And it seems I overdosed myself(whereas the vomiting, abdominal pains and heartburn) with it sef. But he assured me that nothing is going to happen, that I should just stop taking the drugs and start with the ones that he'll give to me.
He gave me gestid for heartburn and pcm for pains and to run a scan which I want to do now, I'm just waiting for the sonographer to come. But I'm feeling better now.

Abeg help me see 5his matter way I put myself into...
Got a calcium supplements because hospital only gives folic and desolate, so I felt I was missing out on calcium so I got one. I took it 2 nights ago without issue but when I took it yesterday afternoon that was the beginning of my nightmare. I've been vomitting. Vomitted 4 times yesterday and once in the midnight. My chest and abdomen aches badly. Tummy so stiff but lucky lo is still moving. Right now I'm just useless, can't eat (anything that goes in, goes out) or do work because of the pains. Eating experience is like that of MS experience(Mind you, I'm 27weeks o!). I wanted to go to the hospital but i felt a little relievd this morning, so I decided to watch it... But the chest pains started again, I'm afraid I might not be able to go to the hospital becuz of fear of dizziness as a result of lack of food and dh is at work.

Yes ooh.. We r present.. Reaky started feeling the kicks this week..it keeps getting stronger as d days go by and I just find myself smiling or laughing to myself whenever I feel it...Joys of a ftm to be..Baba God na u ooo!!!
