If Putin is really a smart man,he should read between the lines,he has local enemies who wants to have every opportunity to get at him,even some of the oligarchs that have their assets siezed might sponsor protests against him,No one is untouchable, he should remember.
He has made a salient point,he should also be willing to compromise, learn from history.I hope the warring parties reach a consensus make blood for no too flow.

This is exactly what Russia wants, to negotiate terms that would favour them and not the Ukrainians..
All this nonsense is happening because the Ukrainians are afraid to fight back and Russia has capitalised on that fear.. Trust me if Ukraine say "4uck it, since it's war you want, it's war you'll get" and takes the war too to the Russians, rain fire too on Russian cities and infrastructure and make them feel the heat of the war, I'm very sure the Russians would back down because they too deep down don't want war. It's the fear the Ukrainians are displaying that is giving them confidence..

These guys literally share the same boarder with Russia and are busy playing defensive waiting for the U.S and CO before they can make any decisions for themselves.. I don't think these guys really value and deserve their freedom.. Don't they have jets to send to Russian territory too to rain bombs on Russian cities and infrastructure too? Don't they have troops, tanks, armoured vehicles and missiles to send across to Russia too? Can't they take the war to Russia too to make them feel the heat of the war too? Ukrainians are just busy

suffering, bearing the full casualties and cost of the war while Russians are in the comfort of their homes relaxing with reckless abandon, not even acting like their country is at war... At least the Ukrainians too should take the war to them too and make these guy feel some of the heat too...all these their defensive attitude will only make the Russians more relaxed and confident...

No one in this century forms a super worry,Putin knows he has to compromise too,Ukraine president is obviously ready, he knows no Nato or US allied forces are coming,his people has to stand up for themselves. Like I said earlier,Putin won the first war,now he has to be careful, countries like US are watching his military warfare,no one has the monopoly of violence, any protracted war could touch Nato's Poland,Latvia,Lithuania and other baltic regions.

I wonder what was your opinion when America invaded Iraq and Libya ? America portrays it self as the symbol of democracy and what the people of donetsk and lugansk has demonstrated is what i call right to self determination and Russia has recognised both new nations. Putin has called severally for referendum to be conducted for the Russia speaking people of donbas, to decide there fate, but EU and America are not interested in that. The people of donbas are been maltreated in Ukraine because they are Russian speaking people and putin will not let that happen Ok. Putin has moved his troops in, against a possible attack on people of donbas, from the Ukraine forces, upon declaring there sovereignty. The worst America can do is there useless sanctions which is basically denying the countries, that even care, of the services of Russia. Germany will not buy oil from Russia and that is no good news for them as well.

U have drawn a good point,yes agreed,but brother,No government would allow insurgents/ armed separatist lay claim to any part of its territory.In the case of the Donbas region,Putin is only serving US back their medicine,over and over again,we have seen US used this same tactics to invade smaller countries,in name of territorial dignity,like I said earlier,Russia has outsmarted US on this,one to the next one!!!

Ukraine is divided into two, East and West.

I applied for medicine lol, my Jamb score was 198, I believe that was why I didn't get the course, my utme score was high 270, but lemme tell u, I will still prefer business to medicine even though it pays well.
Yes I was frustrated when I got the course but I came to understand how the outside world rocks thanks to this course.
