bawomolo:Sharks of Port Harcourt has got a great pitch, they won their weekend match 5 : 0 against their opponent, that goes to prove that the pitches are one of the major reasons why our clubs are not scoring alot of goals. |
losing 1 : 2 does not mean they are out of the race, it's just a 2 point gap, anything can still happen. |
uhm, he played to the gallery even when things weren't right. ah i see. |
Now that 300m has been wasted, we'd be waiting to hear the normal court cases we hear with weddings like this. |
Man its true, alot of stadiums from some part of north and west are not worth it at all, i cant believe we have 3 good stadiums in lagos and no npl team is using them, its a pity. |
@dom Pillars has performed same as enyimba in this aspect, even kwara too. enyimba just lost 0 : 3 against AS kito in Congo. this is a big problem for enyimba. Well, if he can play till 50, nothing do am. |
Dis Guy:good, because if the teams remember that there are no fans to instigate fear in the heart of the officials, they'd sit up and work harder. the only substitute punishment i want for these erring clubs is points deductions, that will send more signal than any other punishment you can think of. |
because our league is still defensive and not opened to open play style of football. |
Thank God, my main man is back, imagine all these fast strikers available, Ahmed Musa is also another one i love to see in SA. |

Kwara United 1 : 0 Ocean boys Kwara united still sitting at the 3rd position. |
See, that guy needs grooming and we should try as much as possible to have him groomed, he needs to go with them to the worldcup even if he's not going to play (as if we are going there to do anything tangible in the 1st place). whether we like it or not, he's our next okocha and his career should be assisted by the NFF and the coach. |
Nah, i think the fault is from your PC, not from the site, i saw the flags. |
Blame this on the society in general, a situation where you end up finishing secondary school at the age of 18 before even dreaming of going near professional football, you can't but turn 25 before being seen as a professional footballer. Most of our secondary schools lack organized football teams nor field to even play the football. |
why did you say FIFA is racist? |
Because R. Ibrahim needs the experience. |
snowdrops:What is Garri? |
I believe Rabiu Ibrahim should have been included, but for the rest 2? nah, they are just not experienced enough, let them fight for the u-23 shirt first. |
Ladan Bosso surprised at Rabiu Ibrahim exclusion Posted: 2010-04-21 18:07 Former Under-20 coach Ladan Bosso says he is surprised that midfielder Rabiu Ibrahim and two other players from the Flying Eagles team that he coached were not included in Lars Lagerback's list of 44. Ibrahim has become of the most alked about players in Nigeria, and former coach Shuaibu Amodu was heavily pilloried for not calling up the youngster to his squad. “There are three players whose names I expected to be included on the Largerback’s list of 44 and they are Rabiu Ibrahim, Obiora Nwankwo and Edet Ibok. “Rabiu is a genius that if encouraged can go on to make name for himself like Jay-Jay Okocha because of his abundant football talent. Also since the exit of Sunday Oliseh in the Super Eagles fold, the only player that could be compare to him skills wise is Obiora Nwankwo of Inter Milan. “Edet Ibok who excelled in the last Under-20 World Cup in Egypt should have been called up to try out for the central defense role in the team. “These are young and very hungry players that can help Largerback achieve success in South Africa, especially Ibok who is strong and fearless,” Bosso said. http://www.kickoff.com/news/15004/bosso-surprised-at-rabiu-exclusion.php |
