PoliticsRe: Hausa/igbo /yoruba by honourhim: 11:28pm On Apr 21, 2015
What the OP said here is correct. People should stop making excuses for their tribes. Having said that, i salute the yorubas and the Igbos because they have contributed so much in the progress of this country in terms of their intelligence, smartness and skill more than any other tribe. Both tribes have recorded tremendous successes in life endeavour more than the other tribes thats why they are always quarrelling who better pass. Sometimes i look at them and their quarrels and smile. grin. God bless Igbo. God bless Yoruba. God bless Hausa. God bless other tribes. God bless Nigeria.

I think is very myopic to think poverty and illiteracy is synonymous to north. Having lived in all the 6 geopolitical zones, I know, I saw poverty and illiteracy evenly spread. ofcourse north has more landmass and population is therefore expected to have more, as they do have more billionaires as well!
Who made the north over populated? Is it not their laziness? They are more occupied with marrying too many wives and giving birth to children uncontrolably. Ir still falls back to what we are sayibg that they are the ones setting themselves backward so drop your defence abeg.

Abacha's wife tried to help them when she created her family control project but the whole thing crumbled.
PoliticsRe: Why Doesn't Dangote Invest In South East by honourhim: 11:39pm On Apr 18, 2015
Entchidodo:
The irony is Dangote makes much of his profit via his distribution chain which isn't exclusive to his company but is deregulated to independent marketers......are you pondering what we are pondering?? Independent marketers....What tribe is massively invested in trading and businness?? Igbos...thus a wealthy Dangote means a healthy, wealthy marketing chain dominated by igbos especially in viable economic hubs of Southern Nigeria..It keeps getting better and better for the igbos.
Thanks my brother. I wonder how some of these people reason. If Dangote employs his brothers and he is paying them 100k and the igbo distributors are selling his products and making profits in millions, who is having a better deal here?

And if Dangote manufactures, will the product sell itself? Even Dangote will laugh at these people's stupi.dity because he knows the importance of distributors to his business. Ok i remember u called them conehead.

These haters and their foolish reasoning. Na wa for them.

I'm a Yoruba boy and I think people whose mentality are in your direction are quite myopic. This is a democracy, Yoruba has always voted for opposition since return to democracy in 1999 ... We had AD which later broke into AC then ACN and now APC while the rest of the country go for PDP except few northern states with ANPP. The Igbo's believe in Jonathan/PDP and voted for PDP......

Being in the position of authority doesn't guarantee development, The Northern Nigeria occupy more than 50% of the positions in Nigeria, ruled more than 50% of Nigerian political years , have richer individuals than southerners thus record highest level of poverty index and underdevelopment in Nigeria.

let SE/SS also be in opposition and see how it feels, it is unhealthy for a whole nation to navigate one direction....
God bless you real good. Truths like this are what Nigerians need not some myopic opinion.

PoliticsRe: What Mistakes Ndi Igbo Now Has To Pay For? by honourhim: 8:08am On Apr 15, 2015
Its a pity how people talk foolishly here. From 2011 to 2015, yorubas lost out in the leadership of the two arms of the national assembly because they alligned with opposition party and heavens did not fall. How come same yorubas and some silly igbos are now crying that we put our eggs in one basket.

Since 2007 till this 2015, the yorubas have been putting their eggs in one basket from AD to ACN and then to APC. For them and some igbos to come now to cast igbos in a bad light for putting their eggs in one basket is a height of stup.dity.

let me make it clear that igbos have nothing to lose. Lets watch and see how it goes. By 2019 we ll take stock and see whether igbos lost or not. For now, go cry for yourselves.

My worry is the 29th of May is taking too long to come for this man to start work. He has the zeal to work for the progress of this country. He has the sincerity of purpose. This 29th day of May seems to be taking too long a time to come. Imagine, todays is just the 13th of April since we entered April. The whole country seems to be on a stand still waiting for the day.

Na so we go dey wait?

God bless Buhari. God bless Nigeria.

'It is very easy for a man who won to extend hands of friendship to those who lost and very difficult for the man who lost to concede defeat in Nigeria. Jimi has done that which is difficult and he is the one my thanks goes more to. Jimi really tried to march Ambode, pulling a vote of over 600 thousand to march Ambode's 800 thousand plus. Our Yoruba brothers who are making a mockery of the igbos and Jimi should think twice. Is it not a big challenge for a man that non yorubas supported to pull such a huge number of votes in your land? if i came to your house and gave you a blow of over 50 percent of your strength aint it a sign that you are not strong as you claim? With the noise you people made here, one would have expected Ambode to win Jimi by not less than 80 percent but here is not the case.

The election has come and gone. Lets progress and leave all this bickerings abeg.
