After readibg Fashola's letter to Lagosians i was quite impressed. I want to advice my brothers to pls ignore the oba's provocative statement to us and vote for whoever u had wanted to vote for before that atatement by the oba.

Fashola really made sense and i advice every igbo man to go through that letter so as to be better informed before u vote.

Its quite unfortunate to see the rise and rise of tribalism in Nigeria especially in recent times. Worst of all is that this country parades a huge number of christians and these so called christians are involved in this tribal war. It is a pity that the same mouth we use to speak in tongues in our various churches, to shout halleluyah and sing praises to God, to pray and testify, is the mouth we also use to abuse one another. It is a pity that the same heart we claim has accepted Jesus is also the heart that harbours hatred, bitterness and strife towards one another.
In the scripture above we can see that Jesus did not yield to the tribal tendencies of the samaria woman. Also the woman nearly missed her blessing from Jesus that day because of tribalism.
Jesus brought love to us,, he preached love so much and gave it to us as a commandment. Therefore a christian who has the love of Christ will not habour tribalism in him/her.
Many christians will miss heaven because of tribalism. Tribalism is rooted in hatred and bitterness and it leads to strife. These three things (hatred, bitterness and strife) are the fruits of the flesh and those who have them cannot inherit the kingdom of God according to Galatians 5:19-21. If calling your brother a fool puts u in danger of hell, according to Jesus in Matthew 5:22, then what makes u think u are free with your tribal tribal tendencies? If u are not a fornicator, an adulterer, a thief etc but u are tribalistic, then u are heading to the same eternal damnation with them so dont think u holy pass. Brethren lets be careful. By the time u land in hell the sufferings there wont let u remember your tribe for eternity. May God save us all. Amen.
