So you agree that the Bible is as unreliable as yourself when it come to answering questions. grin

Because its frankly meaningless and no longer worth my time. Pls move so i can answer more important dudes with a brain.
How you are going to make me move LIAR, the fact that you use insult to divert from answering show your lack of honesty, and dont forget that you are heartless. So now let us see how you are going to make me move.
Christianity Etc › Re: Would You Accept A Blood Transfusion Against Your Religious Belief? by Horus(m): 6:40pm On May 29, 2009
I already did, in lengthy explanation upon explanation. Like Nwankwo said . . . that folks could be arguing about the importance of blood to the body is beyond insane. Just goes to show that rationality is not the priority of you folks when it comes to bashing the bible.
So why you dont answer mine, and why you use insults and wrong accusations instead of answers.
Christianity Etc › Re: Would You Accept A Blood Transfusion Against Your Religious Belief? by Horus(m): 6:31pm On May 29, 2009
Lets not even argue, you're flat out wrong dude
Instead of running away and telling him that he is wrong, just explain why do you thing he is wrong, be sincere and honest.

stillwater:
The same way you can't live without your kidneys or livers. But these organs have something in common, blood vessels supplying nutrients to them.
Nobody said the contrary, and this was not my question, but you can you live without an artificial heart or a real heart?
Actualy davidylan is the only human being that can live with blood only he dont need an artificial heart or a real heart this is why he refuse to answer my question instead he just call people fools but NO ANSWERS, this just show his lack of sincerity. If somebody is honest he will answer instead of lying and just call others people fools. He is definitively a LIAR.
Christianity Etc › Re: Would You Accept A Blood Transfusion Against Your Religious Belief? by Horus(m): 6:01pm On May 29, 2009
I already answered your question ages ago but you're too thick to see the answer.
No, you are a LIAR not only you didnt answer the question but you even accused me of talking about artificial blood, when?Give us a proof that I said that, you are a LIAR, show us where by using a quote. you are simply not honest and you cannot answer a simple question: can you live without an artificial heart or a real heart?
Christianity Etc › Re: Would You Accept A Blood Transfusion Against Your Religious Belief? by Horus(m): 5:50pm On May 29, 2009
Answer me this first - can YOU live without blood?
No I NEVER said that I can live without blood, NEVER, but you Can a YOU  live without an artifical heart or real heart?
Christianity Etc › Re: Would You Accept A Blood Transfusion Against Your Religious Belief? by Horus(m): 5:46pm On May 29, 2009
@davidylan

Everybody on Nairaland can see that the only fool here is you. Can a YOU  live without an artifical heart or real heart?
Christianity Etc › Re: Would You Accept A Blood Transfusion Against Your Religious Belief? by Horus(m): 5:40pm On May 29, 2009
Your question again is meaningless . . . while you can always obtain a long term artificial heart, you cant obtain long term artificial blood.
Just say you cannot or dont want to answer, and When did I talked about Artificial blood, can you use a quote and show me? when?.
Can a  human being  live without an artifical heart or real heart?
Christianity Etc › Re: Would You Accept A Blood Transfusion Against Your Religious Belief? by Horus(m): 5:13pm On May 29, 2009
Why would you need to send blood to the brain if the heart was more important? why not just ignore the blood and send your heart there?
I NEVER said the heart was more important can you show me where i said this. When?, use a quote. I just asked you how can you use your blood without an artificial heart or a real heart, so dont try to divert the unanswered question.
Christianity Etc › Re: Would You Accept A Blood Transfusion Against Your Religious Belief? by Horus(m): 5:05pm On May 29, 2009
your question made no sense, that was why i answered it in the manner i did.
you know very well the question make a lot of sense.
If you have no artificial heart or real hearth how will you send blood to your brain?
Christianity Etc › Re: Would You Accept A Blood Transfusion Against Your Religious Belief? by Horus(m): 4:58pm On May 29, 2009
think of it that way - even if you had 20 healthy hearts in your body, without blood you'd be a dead man.
This was not my question, my question was: Without an artificial heart or a real heart how do you use your blood?
Christianity Etc › Re: Would You Accept A Blood Transfusion Against Your Religious Belief? by Horus(m): 4:51pm On May 29, 2009

Christianity Etc › Re: Would You Accept A Blood Transfusion Against Your Religious Belief? by Horus(m): 4:41pm On May 29, 2009
The heart serves one important purpose - to pump blood through the body. You can replace a heart with a pump, you can live with a defective heart using a pacemaker but you cant replace your blood and live another 2 yrs. you cant live with leukamia and survive another 5 yrs. your heart is important but you can do without it . . . you cant do without blood.

Do i have to bring out an elementary book to point this out to you?
But even if it is artificial heart you still need a Heart to act as a pump for your blood.
Do i have to bring out an elementary book to point this out to you?
Christianity Etc › Re: Would You Accept A Blood Transfusion Against Your Religious Belief? by Horus(m): 4:32pm On May 29, 2009
davidylan:
What a serious shame.

It is true that blood is just one of the organs in the body . . . but it IS THE MOST IMPORTANT. without blood your other organs are as good as useless.
Without your heart, a single organ who acts as a pump, your blood is useless.
how did god create the universe? Who/what created god? How did god begin, was he there right from time, how did he/she/it come into existence? Out of the billions of planets and galaxies, why did he choose earth to create life?
You should have answers to these coz you sound so sure of yourself.
You ask some very good questions. If God created the universe simply for the Earth he wasted a lot of material on the project. There are an estimate 100 billion solar systems in our galaxy and over 1 million galaxies in the universe. That's a lot of material just to maintain one, healthy planet. Even if God is all-powerful, he is either a very poor planner or we have seriously misidentified our significance to him.

Rebranding gimmicks will not make Nigeria reclaim her “giant” status. Only marked improvements in safety and security, in crime reduction, and in the delivery of political goods, schools, hospitals, roads, electricity, etc, can achieve this objective.
Foreign Affairs › Re: Obama To Visit Ghana by Horus(m): 1:45pm On May 29, 2009
The U.S.Government mentioned four qualities that informed their choice of country, namely, democratization, development, good governance and social inclusion. These are qualities Nigeria lacks, resulting in a plethora of domestic problems, which have made her unattractive and unsafe for citizens, manufacturers, and other business investors. Denials or rebranding gimmicks will not make Nigeria reclaim her “giant” status. Only marked improvements in safety and security, in crime reduction, and in the delivery of political goods, schools, hospitals, roads, electricity, etc, can achieve this objective.
Christianity Etc › Re: Atheists And Nigerians by Horus(m): 11:53am On May 29, 2009
I Believe, ?. Believe is a state or habit of mind in which trust, confidence or reliance is placed in some person or thing; faith, Hum! To believe is to assume a state of mind based on trust. A belief is not ,therefore ,based on Truth, it is based on unsubstantiated trust. Whether facts are present or not, Whether Truth is present or not, is basically irrelevant. No evidence or proof is needed to believe in Santa Claus or the Easter bunny, only trust in the stories and legends of their existence. If a person chooses to believe in Santa Claus, he or she has established a "Personal Truth" not "The Truth" 'The Truth’ is not subject to perspective and does not change as 'Personal Truths'can, and often do. 'The Truth’ is not dependent upon the special ness of its messenger, nor is it diminished when spoken by an Evil Person, or enhanced when spoken by a Good Person. You may not like The Truth you may even hate The Truth, you may even try to turn The Truth into something else, but the Truth, very simply 'Just is The Truth'. The Earth revolves around the sun, that is’ The Truth’. In the middle ages, however the Holy Roman Church dictated that the Sun revolved around the Earth. Copernicus and Galileo were punished, in fact, for trying to express 'The Truth'. The Beliefs of the Church could not change this 'Fact’, Faith could not change this 'Fact', The Church could not change this 'Fact'! THE TRUTH, therefore, is not founded on belief! 'Truth’ is based, ON FACT!. I believe does not express’ The Truth', it expresses the perspective of the individual making the statment.
Christianity Etc › Re: Do You Think The God Exists In The Way That Religions Describe? by Horus(m): 11:34am On May 29, 2009
Was the God of the bible actually a God?. For example, God was uncertain where Adam was when Adam hid himself in the Garden of Eden. Surely a God that could create the universe and transcend time would be able to locate a hiding man. God only learns what has happened when he interrogates Eve. Then he acts. God also cannot determine where Abel happens to be after he has been slain by his brother. Again, he must gain his answers from Cain. God has to "look down" and see what is occurring in Shinar and he has to personally view the wickedness of man before destroying the cities of the plain.

Foreign Affairs › Re: Ahmadinejad Wants To Debate Obama At The U.n by Horus(m): 8:38pm On May 28, 2009
Of course Jews are Holy in the biblical sense. Being holy just means you are set apart for a purpose. The Jews are the agency of God's judgement on the nations on the earth.  They are so unique that they are the first set of 3 groups of people recognised by God - the Jews, the Church and the Nations/Gentiles.   Anti-semitism is actually rooted in the spirit of the anti-Christ. Why? Because Christ's work cannot be complete without the Jews. So to defeat and annihilate the Jews is to defeat Christ!
The so-called Jews never refer to themselves as Hebrews; it's Israeli or Jewish. These words, Jewish or Israeli are not in the scriptures. These terms are used because they know that they are not the original Israelites. That's why they never say that they live in the land Israel. They use the term, the state of Israel. The word "Jew" itself was a nickname for one of the tribes of Judah (Genesis 29:31-35); and other people (Go-Ee, Gentiles), who were not Hebrews, but managed to adopt the way of life of the tribe of Judah.

Maybe "asshole" would be a better word? My level of intellect and my creativity dwarves yours. I don't have to lie to get a point across.
Here you are not lying, you are just expecting a meal made of your human excrement coming out of your "asshole". Have a good meal!!

Are you really that much of a buffoon you need it spelling out? Gods through the ages do not generally help those who are opposed to them. Israel was beseiged by it's enemies as it was opposed to it's god. Learn a bit of history before asking stupid questions.
Here again, the buffon is You, it is only now that you are trying to give an explanation. the previous time you just said that my answer was illogical without explaining why, so it was really a HALF-answer from you.

It doesn't contradict what I've said at all. God did not command anyone to eat excrement. People ate excrement during seiges because it was the only source of nutrition available. It's a historic fact. It has nothing to do with god - Christian, Buddhist, Muslim, Hindu, Jewish, whatever the religion, when times got hard that is what they did. There are still cases of people being stranded in deserts today and being forced to drink their own urine - does that mean that they are commanded to do so by god?
Get real. Your argument is pathetic.
This contradict  what your bible said (qouted bellow)
"But Rabshakeh said unto them, Hath my master sent me to thy master, and to thee, to speak these words? hath he not sent me to the men which sit on the wall, that they may eat their own dung, and drink their own piss with you?" (II Kings 18:27)
Are you under seige?, this can explain your craving from anything coming out of assholles.

Pastor AIO and Horus:

I dont see the link between your discussion on Dagonish or Catholic headgear and the topic? huh Your observations belong in a separate thread of their own maybe? huh

Nothing in the book of Jonah that says anything about his head or a hat. Swallow means you close your mouth after opening it to ingest something. That's pretty descriptive and specific.

If the mouth is left agape, then that's not a swallow.
I was just replying to Pastor AIO when he talked about the Astrological sign Pisces and it's relation to christianity.
