Phew thanks a lot, guess we are at the wearing pant and pooping all over the place stage. Her dad said yesterday that "only God can potty train this girl".

It is well, just have the consolation that it can only get better

Biko we started potty training or something that looks like potty training . We started last week and up until now, she still doesn't know you're meant to poo or pee inside.

The potty training stage
Stage one: familiarization stage, get a nice comfy potty and let her just get used to it, not for poop or pee but just to see it as a new sit , if she sits for 2 mins only, applaud her. Bring it to d sitting room self so that she can sit and watch small cartoons.
Stage two: the running around stage, while at home, ditch the diapers for now except sleeping, if she makes a poop poop face before pooping, then you are lucky, as soon as she starts, just dive to d potty no matter how little poop or pee you catch you are making progress. NNE, this stage takes work and determination. With time, she would come around and start indicating she wanna poop especially if she can attribute the act to words, like my son would say mummy peepee, or mummy hmmmm(smelly sound), for poop
This stage can take from one week to several weeks or _months so you need patience.
Another thing that worked for me was prayers, yes prayers, I had to Involve baba God cos I was almost getting frustrated before he had mercy on me .

It is more than important to always empty you tank inside her at this point.

This doesn't work for everyone as it causes massive contractions for some at all trimesters so it better one see what works for him or her in this regards.

Hello mamas, pls can 7up and salt be taken for low blood pressure of 89/62. just to be reassured. today was antenatal and the doctor wasn't bothered. I'm 25weeks

Not so sure of that combo, but when I had lbp earlier, I increased fluid intakes with exception of those with caffeine, was drinking sooo much water, always had something to eat no matter how little, snacks, small chops, food, and then REST cos I was always so exhausted. In 2weeks, the bp normalized. Salt could be recommended but I didn't use it cos you wouldn't know when the bp would shoot up again.

My husband changed job so our HMO has changed thats why i have not started mine. Hopefully this week we will habe our number but am religious with my folic acid.
Am feeling same way as day 1 cos MS had mercy on me. But for those that had MS has it reduced at least?

Have missed us most especially @towerofgrace.

Teamie, the pimples na part of the package. My face too has enough now unlike before but hey, one got to flaunt the pimpled face like that . Won't be advisable to use any harsh or unusual skin product if you ask me. It would clear with time.

Pls i have something bothering me!i have almst all signs of pregnancy especially full and painful breast, i was on clomid 50mg last month!but i did blood test and urine test and is showing negative !just confused!!!!pls any advise on how to manage this!!!

First advice is for you to take a deep breathe and calm down.
Have you officially missed a period? If yes, give it a week or two and test again. I believe you worked with a gynae before taking clomid, if yes pls work with him or her. Sometimes clomid tends to prolong cycles depending on when you took it. If no, give it time. God's will would be done in your life.

Then be collecting kpomo from dh as much as possible. That early morning kpomo does wonder, after eating it na more sleep straight for me. Best served around 3:30-5:30 am. It relaxes the nerves and headache will go on vacation.
