ECOWAS is the name of Nigeria international passport , it is no different passport as international and ecowas. It allows you to travel to ecowas west African region without visa or get visa on arrival while also use it as international passport to obtain visa for other countries around the world. Hope you get it

I will advise you should not state you are sponsoring them. Since they are family embassy believe family can take care of their travel.

You can transfer the money to your brothers account to show prove of fund while presenting bank statement

I don’t see the possibility of getting the visa if you appear as their sponsor .

Guid them with the information you got here on how to apply and provide necessary documents for the visa as self sponsor, when they get the visa you can take responsibility of their trip.

You have to wait for the child passport to be ready since they are applying as a family.

For those that change bio data information in 2017 should be renewing their passport this year. Have anyone done renewal and the old information not reflecting on immigration portal ?

One thing to know before NIN introduced to passport issuers immigration officers do bypass fingerprints to make another passport using different information to produce passport, that’s why they charge high amount, so if due process not followed when changing your bio data information, your old information might likely reoccur on immigration portal at the renewal. This is for those who did change of info before 2019 NIN introduction to immigration and they should know this.

You can travel with your passport since it still valid. Even if is a month the expired you wouldn’t have issue

After further check, I noticed my previous interview date feel on the US Thanksgiving day which I think that was why the date was changed.

Six month because they required your passport photo uploaded on ds160 shouldn't be more than 6 months old
