It is even worse because that boy is in protective custody, no one can threaten him until the hearing starts. The senator and wife were arrested on their way to Turkey.

Yes, there are embassy-approved agents or should I say visa application, centre-approved agents, and they can get earlier dates for appointments. For example, my first ever Schengen visa was for a class trip to France; I could not get an appointment date; I reached out to the embassy, and they shared a list of travel agents through which I could apply.

I have at least witnessed this in London and Ankara. They are agents that the VAC at least recognises, and they can get earlier dates and submit applications on behalf of applicants.

P.S So I just checked my email and found the initial email I got. It's actually from the VAC, and it clearly states that the embassy accredits the agents.

The list you got is for visa application outside Nigeria and is for premium appointment even here in Nigeria you can get an early visa appointment for UK visa by yourself on Premium without agent because you have to pay for it. I do not think France have a premium visa appointment for early date so no agent here is accredited for it.

He messed up with fake documents and that is a big lesson to all the Japa syndrome but that doesn’t mean he is also ban to all 5 eyes countries. Canada and Us is a NO for now but he can genuinely travel to UK etc . I have a friend that was ban in US and that affected his Canada visa but right now he is in UK for study .
I keep advising people to runaway from agent they can not help but implicate you.

I got a 2bedroom flat because the place is close to me and my wife place of work.we couldn't get a 3bedroom around the area cos that was the one we saw at the time and it was not costly.

You are very lucky you did not receive 10 years band .
Agent will not help you they can only implicate you . If you reaply and the information you put there is different from agent package you will get another refusal.
Mind you the company the agent claim you work the ECO will like to see salary transfer payment from the company to your salary account not deposit, i wonder how you want to achieve that. Agents are after your money they will never tell you the implications involve.
