Its about the update on student visa and post study work visa, Although its an update from last year, so I gather from this that by January 31st, a more light will be shed on the tier4 student visa stiffer requirements or / and the post study work visa.

Ok, let me understand you clearly, you said you had your first degree in "geology". Your work experience has been in "Banking Sector" and now you want to put in for your masters in either "finance" or "purchasing & supply chain management".

You need to consider your place of residence after concluding the masters. That i will say is very important.

Please allow the gurus of the forum to assist in this and in the meantime do some wider projections and consultations.

Believe me. Justwise has said what i wanted to say exactly. The only thing i have to add is, the personal statement is simply meant to be on your course, why you choose the school, what benefits it has will be on yourt career.

First of all,its jst an advice,and ofcourse its not a requirement at all!!! u must have also read in their site or guidance ,your document speaks for you and your document is what they use to get a brief history of you.
Just as it is in the financial aspect some pple choose to explain their source of income which is not a requirment also.The truth is that u try to be on the safe side as much as you can,there is no limit on the documents you submit and they even encourage you to submit what u blieve will help in the situation.
For instance,assuming they look at your account statement and have doubts and 4 sme reason can't verify it,u'll find out that evidence of your source of income can now come into play and be your saviour because u r not there to explain.But if u r sure they will be able 2 verify the acc statement,then u dnt need the evidence of source.
So also if you have submitted a certificate and attestation letter,and for some reason it can't be verified,dnt u think the NYSC certificate will go a long way in helping them to decide on your case? because i'm sure they'll have machines that can verify that 1.
Like i said its about choices,and evry case differs.in my case,i submited jst my certificate initially,and was denied because it culdnt be verified.In solving the prblm,i got an atestation letter 4rm my school,but i felt that was useless because it still had thesam phone and emails that dnt work.So in addition,i asked the skuul to send a verification letter to BHC{although it is nt a requirment},got an introduction letter 4rm my HOD,statement of result from my HOD,and also asked the skuul to send my transcript to BHC,and then included my NYSC certificate.I submited and was sure i'll get it.
There r PPLE 4rm my skuul who have goten their visa with jst their certificate,so cases differ{that i still wonder},so will u be willing to take dat chance? there is no harm in being on the safer side.

Am impressed about your response. Thanks for proving your point and now its left to the intending applicant to take up any choice of packaging he or she feels so pleasing. Prayer is the key!

Dude! U have everything intact,but if u want to be sure of your visa,i'll advice you to get an attestation letter from your school and also back it up with an introduction letter from your HOD.You may wish to include only the attestation letter if u r from a private school or u are sure the letter can be verified.And pls include your NYSC certificate if u have served.All these things add up to convince them beyond reasonable doubt that you attended a university.TAKE THIS ADVICE SERIOUSLY!, i was a victim.

Man, easy oo, what's with the NYSC certificate. In order words, should you not have participated in the NYSC scheme, then you are not eligible for the visa? Please give advices that will cover all and not some. A standard has been set for those who are able to meet up. Yes you can include letter of attestation because it states in the guidance note and i quote "You should provide full contact details for each document supplied. You should also provide any information/explanation of the documentation submitted, that may assist us in our consideration." This why some of us submitted the attestation letter to enhance our chances of being granted the study permit.

So brother in the required documents to be submitted, there isn't a place for NYSC, at least for the sake of those who haven't done the programme not to retreat from making a choice they so wish to.

Am sorry but that is not acceptable at all by the BHC. You are only allowed to show your original certificates *(transcript).

1. Please what is the criteria to determine if the company meets the requirement of an International Company as stated in the Tier 4 Migrant Guidance.

2. If a student visa applicant is using this type of Official Financial Sponsor what are the documents required to make a successful Tier 4 student application.

Got the text yesterday morning that my Visa was ready for collection. Went to Abuja today and collected it. checked inside my passport and saw my Student Tier 4 Visa inside. I give praise to God and thank everyone on this thread for the advice and encouragement.I pray that all those still expecting would get their visas.

I urge you to make use of the additional information not only to explain the reason of the denial but also to clarify the amount you have in your statement date it was deposited and date printed, its just to make sure you are covered, basically that you have held the required amount. Please just make sure you use it. Luck you, you're not going to partake in the increment of fees. Thumbs up on that.

My believe is as far as you submit before school resumes, given a week you have in between and following advices shared by femtopsy, Plus using Pfl i want to be believe would not only get you the visa but also get you to school in time for the start of course.

well, i think Lekepee is in the best position. If i recollect clearly, i think he submitted in abuja using educational agent and got his package after 4 working days.

standard checks may not take long or otherwise. Hence i'd advice to be on the safest of sides you move it to the 15th or 16th working day. It may seem long though but you should relax for the best outcome.

I did submit on the 8th too and its now 10th working day gone. Thank God! Am optimistic that by thursday or monday 4th oct, i'll get it with positive news in Jesus Name. Amen
