forgiveness: What makes you and those clamouring for Kelechi Nwakali who is in the second division of Eredivise different from Komekn who is clamouring for players in the Championship?
Is Eredivise 2nd division better than the Championship or the Belgium pro league where Onyekuru dey shine?
If I call Abdul Ajagun, some people go say I be Omoluabi blah blah and some go say their belle dey turn dem because of the name without even considering the performance of the said player but the same set of peps here will begin to call Kelechi Nwakali who is currently in in the 2nd division of Eredivise after he couldn't cope with the Eredivise itself.
Now, you are claiming that Kelechi Nwakali who is in 2nd division league in Netherlands a potential assist king ahead of Sone Aluko who is playing regularly and given assists in the Championship.
Komekn is better than most us here who I think are hypocrites.
I can tell you that those two names he mentioned are very good players. To have played for Tottenham and Liverpool is not moi moi. Abeg, spare the guy. had it been kelechi have a British passport probably he would have been in championship playing. and relating to kelechi nwakali invitation...that should be after the world cup because I see him as one who will eventually take over from mikel....I even told safarigirl the possibility of onomah stepping in should him accept play fr nigeria. mind you if nwakali gets invited now...I don't mind...but I don't think that is possible. if you've have a problem with that...that's shouldn't be my concern......you can keep chanting for Abdul ajagun, Martins and aluko invitation....but i am free to state my view...and I have reasons to back it up.... the difference between me...and you and also your British mate...is that even when the player I craved for is never invited I don't blame anyone for that...not even the coach, I don't go blame the nff politics or call the super eagles a cult group... i support the team regardless of who gets invited....I get to know about players...prior i start call for reason for their invitation...and lots more... so I am not an hypocrite... if you must define who an hypocrite is...you will know better from the bolded. |

I asked you a question ❓ because you presented half information. I asked if you were calling for Rueben Gabriel You didn't state club or league and I should therefore read your mind.
Which league do our best players come from ❓❓
I don't dismiss players and I'm in the UK and predominantly concerned and or interested in English football first then European. it seems you never knew the players being invited...then why start the discus for their replacement or rather call that your borough players would have done better... it makes no sense to talk down players you've little knowledge of....I understand you live in Europe...that's not an excuse for ignorance....we have brothers who live in USA not even a football nation but they're are still better knowledgeable about all Nigeria football..reason because they're true super eagle fan... you've always talk like someone with uterior motive to promote English kids on this platform...and not necessarily a super eagle fan... yeah...some of super eagles best players are in the UK....but that does not mean others don't live and play elsewhere.... you need do away with your parochial mindset....the super eagles have players from several leagues not just limited to England..... I remember how you start boast of the epl having 5 teams in the UEFA round of 16...but ever since 3 of those teams were sent packing by their mates from other leagues...2 from the la liga you've learnt to keep mute....and now you've start to see it as something to boast over...that the best super eagle player is in the epl.... |

Kog45: Sir thank you for this comment.I think it's time for us to differentiate analytical comments from emotional comments. If we can do it then good for this thread.
I remember icon4s came out and said Ajiboye is better than Uzoho and i wasn't surprised cos i know icon4s very well he doesn't rate Uzoho and in football circle it's normal not to rate a player,no offence and with what he saw against Poland especially in the 1st half did not changed his mind.
Icon4s i know is not a rigid type cos any good performance from Uzoho don't be surprised seeing him eulogising the young lad,so sometimes we need to look at the angle of our comments here before quote.
I read Solace Chuckwu view on Uzoho and i saw a balance report and if that report was from any moniker here,i know some would come for his head.
I read TheSuperNerd,Joebie,tbaba1234 and see solid balance review on Uzoho performance and it centred around the young man need more games to build his confidence which Solace Chuckwu was emphasising on.
On Ajiboye, well you have valid point, any mistake we will still complain, that's fans for you but i think keeping in CHAN is a good experience cos i remember Enyeama and Ejide did not have any international experience before making their debuts.
My call for Ajiboye inclusion is cleared for those who understand the game very well, not necessary as number one but i see him as the only keeper that will bring the best out of Uzoho not Ezenwa or Akpeyi cos if Ajiboye had the opportunity of Ezenwa or Akpeyi in Eagles i can bet it with you nobody would call for Uzoho.
Uzoho as number one need deputy that will make him to always be on his toes and this happened during Westerhoff era,Agbonavbare brought out the best in Peter Rufai and we can see it at US 94,check France 98 we lack qualities on the bench and we paid dearly for it.
Pls check Nigeria against Sudan,Ezenwa got injured and Ajiboye came in and gave solid performance that brought up questions that is Ezenwa better?with that Ezenwa knew Ajiboye is there and it will definitely pushed Ezenwa for better performance seeing Ajiboye on the bench.
This is the rivalry i want for Uzoho as number one and with what we have now i don't see Ezenwa and Akpeyi doing that cos we have seen enough of them, unless we don't want Uzoho to grow as keeper we want at WC.
In Enyimba right now Fatau Dauda is the first choice and Ezenwa performance in his first match for Enyimba was damn terrible for international keeper and brought up a lot of questions on what criteria he is always getting national team invitation but my answer is Cameroon and Zambia match, still his major weapon to national call cos he did well.
Akpeyi has lost the confidence of Nigerians even me that believe so much in him,his howler against Argentina did not help his cause but Rohr still see him as good keeper just like Westerhoff kept faith with Alloy Agu.
I think with Uzoho performance against Poland i will give him 50% based on quality he displayed but based on his age and experience i will give him 70% so with more matches we are having our number one and only thing that w denied him that is himself not Rohr cos manager has made up his mind to build him toward WC.
But i see Ajiboye has a good quality keeper that will bring the best out of Uzoho cos the quality is there though some may not agree but that's it and my opinion. you've always made sense since ages.... nice write up |

tbaba1234: Does Hope Akpan perfomance this season warrant a national team call up? I don't think so..
Omeruo has been very good at club level.. Besides Iorfa has played primarily as a right back this season. The right back position is saturated. Lol...he rarely watch matches don't be surprised he has little idea of the players currently in the super eagles camp....all he cares about is to call for the inclusion o English kids....in the super eagles set up. I was so angry this evening when he does not even know who is Gabriel and he will boldly start questioning his invitation sayn one of the borough player is better off... someone he has not even watch play. |

Not goo enough. no...I mean Gabriel Okechukwu from CHAN.. from your question..it seems you have little knowledge of the players called up in the super eagles...then how come you know those borough players and obafemi Martins are way better than these crop of players you don't even know... Kog45: It was obvious that without Mikel we find it hard to link midfield with attacks and only way is to find solution either with our formations or searching for one.
I remember Westerhoff made a lasting solution to his team with just a month to WC with Chidi Nwanu and Mike Emenalo inclusion and i think Rohr can do the same unless he is satisfied with the team performance without Mikel.
Now in the team we have Ndidi,Onazi,Joel, and Agbo who am still suspecting his always inclusion without kicking ball even in friendlies, calling Mikel Agu as a replacement for Mikel leave a question ?
My major question is Sone Aluko not good enough to slug it out even the young prodigy Kelechi Nwakili can be called up and let see what he can do.
Just too obvious we need good AM. I do much agree with the bolded... that lad ought to be the one making the cut instead of oshimen... |

Martz101: why is it difficult for you to understand this, in Madrid the assign free-kick taker is ronaldo, but asensio is very good at it, few times he get the opportunity he scored them, that include bale, kroos and even modric
when last did ronaldo score a free-kick, if this example is not good for you then I cant help you but Ronaldo has always scored from dead balls....even though he may not be scoring now. now over to Victor Moses...which free kick has he put in the net? since I have been watching him play free kicks...I can't remember any he has scored. moreover he is not in same level with Ronaldo...the latter is world best...a unique and iconic player....so that comparism don't even add up...in the first place. I think you need to help yourself first.. |

Martz101: The national team is not just your normal village christmas match were John must play all set piece because he scored the last, before nacho played that Argentina free-kick do you know he can do that, everyteam have an assign set piece taker and that person in Nigeria team is Moses.
iheanacho can't be taking all the free-kick is a friendly, you need to have option on such duty, that troost free-kick was a training plan, I'm sure Nacho would have taking another free-kick if well position... stop crying over nothing it will be good you learn how to write politely...just because you have access to a keyboard...shouldn't make you loose respect in your words. from your response...I have since know nancho to be a good set piece taker for a player who could shot accurately from afar into the opponent net..I have never doubted his dead balls prowess... leaving Moses to keep taking free kicks...is like doing samething same way over and over again and expect a different results... there is always room for flexibility...severally i remember how okocha dead balls proved decisively for us.... Moses is not a player who could comfortably shot from outside the team yard box and expect a goal....he thrives better in the opponent yard box... |

Martz101: One of the tool for winning games, is having options and not been predictable, this is a friendly match, you try things out, what if iheanacho was not starting or injured? do you think Rohr assign set piece duty to him because he likes his face, he must be doing something right in training.
v.moses is more certain to be a starter but Nacho is not, is more wise for the team to look for one of the starters for the set piece duty. i disagree with all you wrote... how many free kick has Moses scored from all the ones he has been takin? mind you set piece can dictate match winners in a thorough situation.... how well it is being utilised speaks alot... all since I have been watching this lads play...Simon Moses and nancho seems to be better off in free kicks....and they should be allowed to play it...whenever they're in field... why waste it...on a player who does not get close to even play set piece for his club? sometimes we should stop being sentimental...I bet if any reasonable coach will forbid a player who could score that nancho kind of goal against Argentina from taking free kicks.... I really think rohr need to put on his thinking cap or mikel need step in....let the tested and trusted take the free kicks... |

Icon4s: A goalkeeper his height should find it easier picking those balls in the air. Although, that might be risky for a goalie with his level of experience as he may mistakenly drop the ball.
Punching those balls mostly gives back the opponents possession.

But he lacks that killer instinct a good striker must have.
Overall, he was average in the match. you are right...but his positioning some of the time was poor.... playing nancho in that Am role kind of was not really used to him....normally I was expecting him and Ighalo to sometimes change positions depending on who is with the ball..... anyway...I will want ajayi to be tried against the Serbians and also Henry be given a look once more....I believe one of them gonna be a good add to our frontline.. and please what do you think about Moses Simon starting against Serbian? he showed some brilliance when he came in yesterday....I will want him start ahead of iwobi. |

There is no other Mikel, Messi or CR7 for their nations you're right with your first sentence..that could be after the world cup....maybe one young lad may spring up kelechi nwakali or even onomah could agree play for Nigeria...that's topic for another day. but relating to the bolded...ajayi I think is a CF...not a Midfieder. I have watched some of his highlights too....I will want nancho or iwobi to still be tried there....for now....and Ighalo seems not to be a perfect solution to our striking problem...I pray Henry recover on time prior the drafting of the 35 man list. |
