congo4ka:try have sense naahh... your comments look like one from a pervert. here is a reputable football thread not where you display nasty thoughts and mindset |
oloriooko:just relax...it seems Malaga still don't have an idea of the kind of strike they're playing upfront.... sooner or latter dude will return to the bench...he is a okputu kind of player...I have never been impressed wit his finishin stints...by now one expects him to have worked on himself.. |
kimbraa:please dont make case for her.... that's not an excuse to be a cheating spouse... why not walk away from the marriage than start engaging in such shameless act... ? |
XhosaNostra:Dear....having a good and happy marriage is a choice....i understand there are lot od happenings in the society today that made marriage look a nightmare....but we all can decide to have a blessed marriage..by constantly working on ourselves...character wise and more....we must work on ourselves well enough to mirror that perfect spouse we desire... marriages are in shambles because of character problem...men cheating on their wives and many gradually loosing the virtue of patience and tolerance all boils down to character issues... I made up my mind sometime ago...that even if there are going to be 5% of successful marriages in the world...mine so be included... I will dream of the best and work towards the best... what interests me when posts of this kind are made....is the possibility of walking away wit one or two things to work on...so as to make me a better person... no one has it all...... |
Adagba1:why don't you make use of Google? |
nice one good for him.... I remember he was conferred wit an honourary doctorate degree sometime ago in igbinedion university okada.... he keeps getting relevance and recognition for his contribution to knowledge but same can't be said for the man in aso rock...ever since he was ousted from power in 1985... he never went for any seminar, degree program not even an honourary doctorate degree was bestowed on him....I guess he rejected some of the offers.... |
Ikwokrikwo:you don't get the message...Madonna and every othet private universities are not solely restricted to medical courses but this one like the one commissioned by mimiko in ondo state is solely restricted to medical sciences...while the one in ondo is a state government owned...this very one is private owned... first private owned medical university |
Icon4s:to be honest...that team would have won France had it been they knew how to use tricks... I was talking to someone recently that abilities and physical strength, skills, techniques don't just win games in the world cup...there are times this things fail then a team will have to use their brains... tricks come to play...like the Uruguayan team against Ghana in 2010 world cup...and the Italy team in 2006 world cup final... how I wish someone can communicate this to these crop of players....mikel messed up in the last mundial...I remember him chattin wit Oliver Giroud and Dzeko during the world cup match as if they came for a reunion..he never acted as someone that meant business |
XhosaNostra:nobody has a problem wit then... you need not to be told...that many worries about their singleness...more than you think guys do... engage in a conversation wit ladies day above 25 and see how worried they're about getting married and no available suitors |
XhosaNostra:not really pointing fingers...because of the nature of my job...I meet and interact wit different people daily...and also 90% of my colleagues are females...many not married. it is never difficult to get a good man or woman to settle down wit.. when one have a good character... |
XhosaNostra:some will...the fact that you've a good attitude and you treat people wit respect does not mean...that some persons will treat you in same manner.... not everyone have a good character....It is more common wit women though some men are very proud too.... |

SALISU COMES UNDER FIRE AFTER CHAN OUTING Idris Adesina Nigerian coaches Godfrey Esu, Segun Oguns and Kadiri Ikhana have reacted to the performance of the Super Eagles coach Salisu Yusuf at the just -concluded 2018 African Nations Championship in Morocco . The Eagles finished second at the competition, which ended on February 4, after losing 4 -0 to the hosts in the final . The Eagles struggled throughout the competition – starting the tournament with a barren draw against Rwanda before 1-0 and 3-1 wins over Libya and Equatorial Guinea respectively to emerge Group C leaders . They came back from behind to beat Angola 2 -1 in extra time but had goalkeeper Dele Ajiboye , who replaced captain Ikechukwu Ezenwa , to thank for some daring saves , as they beat Sudan 1-0 in the semi-final to reach a first ever CHAN final . For the final match, Salisu brought on Plateau United winger Peter Eneji for his first match of the tournament but the 19 -year-old lasted 48 minutes on the pitch as he was sent off for a second bookable offence . Former Sunshine Stars assistant coach Segun Oguns blamed Salisu for not selecting the right players for the competition . He said, “ This Eagles were poorly coached . Honestly , however bad our league is and poorly financed, that team is not a true reflection of our league . “ A lot of the players, who played in the 2013 African Cup of Nations under late coach Stephen Keshi were from the domestic league. The like of Fegor Ogude , Godfrey Oboabona , Solomon Kwambe , Azubuike Egwuekwe, Sunday Mba and a host of others were from our league . “ I believe that Salisu and some other coaches are not qualified enough to handle the Super Eagles . The national team is no child ’s play – it’ s different from coaching a club . The coach’ s performance with the team will now be used to rate other Nigerian coaches – and this is the annoying part of the scenario. ” Esu agreed with Oguns that the team were not the best the league could offer but believes that the coach should be absolved of the blame for their lacklustre performances at the competition . “ Apart from the team finishing second in Morocco, I found out that the best players were not taken to the competition . The coach gave a lot of excuses for selecting the players he took to the competition but those players don’t reflect the true state of our league ,” he said. “ There are better players at Akwa United and some other clubs , who will do better than those who went to Morocco . There are better composed strikers in the league than the ones who were struggling to convert the chances they had. Some of them only showed individual brilliances a few times and they failed to work as a team . “ But I will not blame the coach for the performance of the team especially in the final . He may have done wrong in selecting the wrong players for the competition but I think he managed what he had to get the result we achieved. The opponents we faced before getting to the final were not as tough as the Moroccans hence we were able to survive. In the final , the team could hardly string five or six passes together while the Moroccans did everything right . “ Salisu needs to work with other coaches in the league to get the best players for future competitions and ensure that he spends more time observing players in the league. There are more things to work on for the future but I will say the coach tried his best but it just was not enough .” And former Shooting Stars coach Ikhana said Salisu ’ s tactics were right since he was able to take the team to the final of the tournament . He said , “The team did not suffer from coaching problems rather they suffered from a complication of other things . The coach was able to employ the right tactics to ensure that his team didn’ t lose any match until they got to the final . “ The team didn’ t have the best of preparations for the competition . Most of the players were match rusty because the league had ended many months before the competition started . They only played a few friendly matches before they went to Morocco . “ Although there is no perfect coach anywhere, I think he did well because he was able to manage the team and dish out the right instructions to get them to their first final of the competition .” source : punchng.com |
Icon4s:it was Mali and Luxembourg... mind you those players he picked were the regular players then any coach asked to manage the super eagles w/o think that space of time will stick to...moreover both nations are no threat at all...to the super eagles even the super eagles team B players will thrash both. I hing on the school of thought that holds...that the coach was still pretending, trying to win over the hearts of Nigerians and some nff fellas while he made up that list... remember he was eyeing the super eagles job then....and those two wins really gave him a loud mouth...to start demanding for the super eagles managerial role...so there is the possibility that he was still hiding his true colors then...the CHAN and WAFU cup tourney really gave him the opportunity to show himself and what he is capable of doing.... so unfortunate that we're playing risk wit our under 23 team |
Joebie:exactly...don't think the nff big wigs will.like work wit siasia...considering their dealings in time past.... but maikaba can be well trusted wit the under 23 job and finidi for the under 20...will be perfect. these ex footballers deserve to be honored especially those who have taken steps to improve themselves.... |
Icon4s:Oga icon....you make me laugh... so you think salisu can be trusted wit the bolded.....? please it is so obvious that man is not really an intelligent coach.. so unfortunate that the nff is gradually preparing him to take over from rohr... |
tbaba1234:both appointment up there...are round pegs in round hole... it's only salisu role I seems not to be comfortable wit.... maikaba should have been left wit the under 23 job and finidi handle the under 20 team..... |
BascoVanVeli:I think the NFF guys are playing hide and seek...every one knows the best man for the under 23 job is siasia... so unfortunate that the nff are gradually preparing salisu to take over from rohr..a tactical bereft coach... |
MetalJigsaw:you can imagine how clueless that team gonna look.... yusuf is the most tactical bereft coach I have ever seen... |
Mujtahida:chief how about me...nah. humilityreloaded@gmail.com. thanks |
TheSuperNerd:there is a huge possibility of etebor and Moses Simon making the world cup list... especially wit etebor current transfer to the Spanish league...his debut was a spark and I think he gonna get enough game time to make waves... you're right etebor is one of the few under utilised player in the SE |
Kog45:the NPFL will not pay his bills, cloth or feed his family... dude have few years to kick football round the pitch...so he gotta make as much dollars as he can.... |
Kog45:don't forget...rohr loves etebor also...I remember his love for etebor all started after his 4 goals against Japan in the last Olympic |
Kog45:so from this...I think etebo have same opportunity as onazi to fight fr a place in the super eagles..... |
#RUSSIA2018 | ROHR SETS QUARTERFINAL TARGET FOR EAGLES Posted By: Eugene Boahene Super Eagles manager Gernot Rohr is convinced Nigeria will better the second round tradition by reaching the quarterfinals of the FIFA World Cup in Russia. Nigeria have reached the second round of the tournament three times from its previous five outings and the German tactician is poised to make history by going a step further which will see Nigeria equaling the feats achieved by Cameroun in 1990, Senegal in 2002 and Ghana in 2006. No African team has ever gone beyond final eight at the tournament. “We have set a target to reach the quarter final of the World Cup and for this reason, we have taken only the best players who are fit and in good form. We have a good programme going to Russia with series of friendly games that will put us in shape for the World Cup,” he said. Rohr, who in January extended his for another two years, confirmed that the team would commence camping in Austria ahead of the tournament with 35 players stating there would be three players for each of the outfield positions with the exception of goalkeepers which would be four or five. He reiterates that there are vacant places to fill before his World Cup squad takes shape. source: thebreakingnews.com |
TheSuperNerd:I have never been sold on him... since I have been watching the match...I know the right wing gonna play a role in Morocco goal in this match |
and someone here was asking for osas okoro to be included in Nigeria's world cup party.... |
tbaba1234:from.what I have seen....he should be invited to come train wit the main super eagles for the match friendlies... |
safarigirl:Lolllzzz even the ref is becoming a suspect.. I have never enjoyed watching them play this well.... |
forgiveness:I tell you very wicked people... |
TheSuperNerd:ha plays like Moses Simon... |
lexyman:yes they're and to tell you...Morocco first 11 team which qualified them for the world cup...are all foreign based and groomed. none of this guys |
