Are the foreign born players more talented than the so called OVER AGED home grown players? Av we ever had a foreign born striker half as good as Kanu Nwankwo or Yakubu who were said to be over aged? Abi we dun ever get any foreign born defender half as good as Taribo?
bro...this your question just weak me.
wetin you wan make talk nahhh.
it is painful to have a player who will begin to debilitate when he is still in late 20s
remember Amokachi retired @ age 27 when he is supposed to still be playing.

we just need home groomed players with true declared age

You think money can buy sense?
Once a person dull, no amount of money can change that grin
this is the primary reason why I canvass for foreign born players....because most of this home groomed talents save for the ones that went through MRI are not truly the age they claim.....

lol i just weak for them oooh. Yes, i also prefere a Moses Simon there. Don't be surprised Rohr will play a 4-2-3-1 with Collins-Ajayi-Ekong-Shehu in defence and Double pivot Ndidi-Aribo then Etebo AM with Iwobi-Osimhen-Chukwueze(Moses) playing forward. That man is sick at times.
then we will loose the match....
I will prefer ebuehi to start ahead of shehu and also Iwobi should play the Am role....

better to have Olayinka start there.... let's see how much liver he has gather in the Czechoslovakia league of late....

or even Dennis can start there too...

let Aribo and etebo fight for the CM role...

I will prefer Aribo though

It would be difficult for him to help anyone now....

he told us that when we try push someone to him to help though he later said they later asked him to bring in a lady and as such he was not able to help the guy...

will look through and see to your mail....anyway.

The fact that guy adopted his mum’s name might be a sign that he wants to play for the Dutch team. Just like Tammy shortened his name to sound more British.

Honestly, forget some of these guys, they are using the Nigerian interest as leverage to get called up to their oyinbo master’s teams.

even as big as the USA
they still fight and invite players of dual nationalities...some grew and developed in the European academics.

The government might have failed in the area of fixing our league, but the football administrator/stakeholders haven't. There are football academies scattered across the country in case u didn't notice...and we have been reaping from these academies...

Try and look at the positive side...
the problem with this academics is that the money made from this player's sales many a time often end up in the management pocket...

they barely invest it back into this academics....same thing is happening to Nigerians owned companies.... the Nigeria man or woman barely invest in their companies even after making or getting multi million contracts..... they travel for vacations, buy fleet of cars but barely put the large sum back into their companies unlike the Chinese and others.....

I remember BJ Foundation going broke 2 years after the sale of Isaac success.... a player reportedly to have been sold for 1m euro.... so tell me we will barely make significant progress with this attitude

I think I agree with you on that. Lampard being an English man has been partial in his selections sometimes. I mean why the heck would someone like Barkley get a playing time in the team? I really pity Pulisic sometimes.
do you know that even Americans, other nationals are gradually start to voice out that there is now sentiments towards British players....

one even said the reason why Berkeley had to fight over the spot kick and lampard consent to it the other time with Willian was because he was British....

the non British players @ Chelsea are not finding it easy and it will gradually roll to Liverpool should Gerrard becomes coach....

initially the FA tired to infuse some ex internationals into the coaching business but mostly the ex man united players and Alan shearer disappointed them but thanks to lampard and Gerrard..... and now they're on to the players @ the academics....

there was a time @ man city there was no English player save for Richard the FA expressed their displeasure

it will be saddening if they allow this sentiments to go through

But when we called up Kelechi Nwakali and Victor Osimhen after their U-17 exploits just as a way of fast-tracking them, you heard the nonsense cries didn't you? Why must the foreign borns be given this special treatment you suggest without anyone willing to cry out while we cry out when trying to encourage our special underage talents who shone at the age grades? Osimhen's call was bashed and condemned left, right and center when Rohr called him up just to begin integration of the lad because he saw he was special. Now we are reaping the benefits.

If Osimhen was foreign born, would his call have been bashed? And if as a foreign born, playing so well for Lille now, what would be the story today? That we should have capped him then, but now we have to contend with England or France for his allegiance. Thanks goodness that is not the case.

Look Sir Royalty. Nigeria have been approaching some of these lads and many of them are non-committal.
These lads should stop making it seem like it is the countries making the decisions for them. It is also their decisions and their lives. Let those that want to play for England or Nigeria or whatever country declare it from the onset and stick to it and not wait till their careers probably hit the heights of Pele where they now start singing the tune of England calling them up first.

Are you saying that Nigeria is not deserving of a player doing well in Manchester Utd or Manchester City or Arsenal or Chelsea? So na only QPR players we want abi? Only West Brom or Rotherham players are good enough for the Super Eagles and would choose the Super Eagles.

If that is the case, then we don't want such snake-like personalities near our GWG. Players who would only choose Nigeria if they are only at a not-so-high level career wise.
My question to them is this... Would they maintain same choice if they are getting the business done at a high level and making the headlines?

I think we should sort out where their allegiance lie from the onset first of all and stop giving ourselves more opportunities to get slapped in the face as seen in the case of Tomori and Abraham.
See Tosin Adarabioyo now... Famzing the GWG jersey and trying to get Nigeria's attention with his funny antics. Would he be doing so if he was still balling at Man City??

We need the really committed ones. Most of them are just considering us only because their careers aren't so great and they feel the Super Eagles is the place to be when you are at Ipswich town while England is the place to be when at Chelsea.

Is Nigeria not worthy of a Chelsea player? That is what we should address abeg and not inviting every dick and harry.
bro...I will be a big liar if I disagree with all you put up there....

TBH...it is beyond this lads, should they declare for Nigeria...or start to play for the super eagles...their ratings drop....
the primary reason why lampard choose to play Tomori and Tammy over other established players is because they're English, had it been they already featured for the super eagles...they would have been dropped...

be ready to watch more of this by the time Gerrard gets to be Liverpool manager...he has been pencilled down to take over from Klopp....

Supernerd let me reveal something to you...
the English FA is in a secret plan to win the euro and world cup...a directive have been issued to the top coaches to help develop home groomed talents....

primary reason you see some of this manager's signing up English players at exorbitant fees.... some like umery even have to play young English players since he has no money to sign the established ones.

saka and co because they're English...should saka play for nigeria now...he starts to warm the bench wella.

the coaches are under pressure.....to please the English FA... you know the FA help you win matches too...

so it's gonna be stiff England as we progress.... they wanna win the EURO and WORLD CUP.... so they're doing everything to make this possible.....

so those lads might have opt for England just to save their career..... and moreover they have never been to Nigeria all their lives and the connection may not be there...

until we choose to develop our home groomed talents... let's keep scouting for the foreign born players we should be fast with this pending when we develop our home groomed and as such we can maximize both

Lol... This is funny. So he expected a call-up from Nigeria when the issue of allegiance switch was in the picture. He was approached to begin a switch and he didn't wanna commit because he clunged to hopes of England. This kid is just talking and evading the truth. He knows what he's always wanted. He should just face his England career. Wished him the best already. Trying to sound like England were his first contact is only making him sound like an ass.
I think our approach to this will always make us loose out on the best talents....

approach and call them up even if it will require a FIFA switch to play competitively for us....

I will even appreciate it we always play one fifa recognized friendly and another unofficial friendly at least with a division 1 club sides in the country we are playing the friendlies...like Ukraine and Singapore..

he can get to play against the non official club side....

we don't wanna groom talents and at the same time we make yanga for those groomed by foreign academics... waiting for them to reach stardom.

Nigeria is the most proud nation on earth....

we can't groom and we don't wanna call up those that have been groomed.

do you know that...had it been we called up Tomori when he was still in Derby or even prior the match against Ukraine...he would have likely honour it up....

even if he won't get to play competitively.... just make him get to know the players and I promise the friendly and calm atmosphere in the team will make him fasten up with the switch....

Seems the trend now is these English foreign born are now trying to use Nigeria to gain call up. Tammy did twice and twice he was called up for fear of the English losing to Nigeria. Same with Tomori; now Ike Ugbo has said Nigerian officials are trying to make him switch international allegiance.

Well here's the full story from daily mail:
Nigeria go all in for Chelsea youngster Ike Ugbo after failing to convince Tammy Abraham to switch international allegiance from England.

save for Tammy and Tomori may play or get call ups for long...provided Lampard remain with Chelsea...many may be side lined as times rolls by....

I just pity them... how many can the English FA adopt? and more over there are not pure British
