Danielnino00: He has been invited to the super eagles camp in the past... I remember super eagles players made a birthday shout out video for him sometimes ago... The boy has been with the national team for long now... his development is similar to Iheanacho who started playing for the national team from u-13 level...Did the NFF abandon Iheanacho half way through? Why should they do the same to Lateef? Can u in all honesty say that Manu Garba isn't fair in his player selection??
If the boy can't handle the disappointment of being dropped and wants to rep other countries, we should please respect his decision... If he turns out to be another Messi in the future, good for him.. you're right bro.... he can go if he desires... hopefully he rescind his decision later |

Thanks Big Bro.... you have done a good job... the truth so much talents abound in nigeria especially at these infant stage.. what many lack when they start to grow and attain stardom is the requisite discipline to keep their dreams alive.. that's where these foreign born lads beats the Local groomed..... they have the possibility to keep progressing and getting better. i doubt had it been nancho was a FB he would have regressed so fast.... |

Icon79: So it has reached the stage where Nigeria are inviting FB players even for the U-15 tournaments? What next? We should invite those in the wombs as well
My people, we have definitely lost our way. Let I had said, we should let all these FB cadet players stay where they are based and develop their games. We've got enough talent here at home to build a solid U-15, U-17, and even U-21 teams.
O pari please it is not a must you comment... are these lads not nigerians...? foreign born or local groomed? why keep chanting as if it is a crime to invite every nigerians willing to play and contribute to the progress of our football? it is a parochial mindset please........it won't take you anywhere. sometimes i doubt if you truly live in the US you claim..because someone who have lived in diaspora for up to 10 years with the possibility of having kids someday who will be in same shoes with this kids won't utter such words |
Crime › Re: Civil Servant Arraigned For Buying $140,000 US Property, Above His Salary by Humility017(m): 12:46pm On Apr 12, 2019 |
daddytime: Lol...
Sometimes I just seat and wonder how civil servants and minimum wage earners can live in Abuja/other expensive cities, and comfortably afford the high cost of rentals which is often thrice or more of their annual salaries.
As a government, you rightly have a cap on salaries and how much you can pay your workers who must be living in these areas to be able to work for you but you forgot or choose to forget to place cap on rentals such that your citizens/workers won't be over-exploited and would have some change to feed and meet other needs.
How the government hopes to fight or discourage corruption without tackling these basics still seems to me like a mirage. Bro in abuja civil servants live in the best places like maitama and wuse 2..... don't dare ooo...it baffles me how they manage to pay rent fees..... |

Icon4s: Indegenous coaches wetin? Shay na that rubbish wey Oliseh do? What of Siasia and his rubbish choice of players? Nigerian coaches have proven that they are not good team managers. Rohr has so far done excellently well in that area. He is even now like the coordinator of our national teams as he has established a kind of synergy amongst all the age grade teams and the SE. Gone are the day when the U20, U23 and SE coaches would be fighting over a player. I remember John Obuh fighting with Siasia over Ahmed Musa. Also Siasia fighting with a then SE coach over Obinna Nsofor and some other of "his boys".
Chairman, abeg Rohr has brought sanity and discipline to the national team which is the first thing before you start talking about tactics. you dey mind my brothers... one of the supported indigenous coaches with #5m monthly salary is currently under suspension for taking bribe.... may be he was not supported enough. many of this guys don't wanna improve themselves...what is stopping siasia and Co from applying for jobs outside nigeria. ...even Christian chukwu and amodu once managed teams outside nigeria.... what are they doing currently to add to their profile? how are they working on their potentials? all waiting for the national team jobs because it is their birth right. ... nonsense. ... him the sodje talking with his qualifications can he get an under 12 coaching job in England? |

But if the South brings out a South West candidate (who is likely to be a Muslim), the gentleman agreement may stand. a southern muslim and a northern christian? you make me laugh...... and should PDP field a Northerner like tambuwal/Kwankwanso etc who do you think will win states like kano, sokoto and other core northern states and if the PDP aspirant should field an IBO man as a VP you see.... tbaba1234: Getting suitors is more important for players from unknown leagues.
Playing in La liga ensures that Samu has a global audience. He is already been monitored by the likes of Bayern and Athletico without going to the WC. I do not think the WC offers him anything in that regard.
However, if Nigeria goes far and Samu emerges as one of the players of the tournament. His value might go up. Do you trust the current coaching staff to take us far even if they get the best players . No... I totally lost respect for pinnick with this Agbiogun appointment and taking of super Eagles match to Delta State even with the gory stadium. He clearly shows that he is biased fellow and ridden with sentiment. even with Messi I don't trust Agbiogun to deliver |
