UK Court, again Batters Maureen Badejo, May Send Her to Prison





The Queens Bench Division of UK High Court of Justice, November 1, 2021, alerted a London-based blogger, Maureen Badejo, of imminent jail term if she fails to obey an existing judgement of the court against her for defaming Mountain of Fire and Miracles Ministries, it's founder, Dr. Daniel Olukoya, and his wife, Shade.



The Court raised the alert to her today in an Order, titled: "Notice to the Defendant".



A document from the court reveals that Mauren Badejo was given up to Nov 4, 2021, to obey the judgement or be found guilty of contempt or court and may be sent to prison.



Given by the Hon. Mrs Justice Tripples, the Court said: "This order requires you to do the acts set out at paragraph 2 below.

"You should read it carefully. If you disobey the order at paragraph 2 below you may be found guilty of Contempt of Court and you may be sent to prison or fined or your assets may be seized."



The paragraph 2 in reference, specifically states that: "The defendant shall by 10am on Thursday 4 November 2021 publish a summary of the judgment in the form annexed to this Order marked Annex 1 by: a. posting it to each of the social media accounts identified in sub-paragraphs 3(a) to (e) below and shall ensure that such summary be accessible to the followers of those accounts for a period of 10 days; and

IT IS ORDERED THAT:

1. The wording of the summary of the judgment is settled by the court under section 12(3) of 2013 Act in the form annexed to this Order marked Annex 1.



2. The defendant shall by 10am on Thursday 4 November 2021 publish a summary of the judgment in the form annexed to this Order marked Annex 1 by: a. posting it to each of the social media accounts identified in sub-paragraphs 3(a) to (e) below and shall ensure that such summary be accessible to the followers of those accounts for a period of 10 days; and
b. by posting on the social media account identified in sub-paragraph 3(f) below a link to each of her Facebook accounts identified at paragraphs 3(d) and (e), and shall ensure that those links are accessible to the followers of the social media account identified at paragraphs 3(f) for a period of 10 days.

Annex 1

Summary of the judgment to be published

by the defendant under paragraph 1 of the Order

In October 2020 Dr Daniel Olukoya and Mrs Folashade Olukoya brought proceedings against Ms Maureen Badejo in defamation in relation to allegations of, amongst other things, dishonesty and sexual misconduct. Ms Badejo filed a defence alleging the allegations she had published were true. In April 2021 that defence was struck out as disclosing no reasonable grounds for defending the claim and as an abuse of the court’s process. In April 2021 Dr and Mrs Olukoya obtained summary judgment against Ms Badejo; an injunction was granted preventing Ms Badejo from publishing any of the allegations she had made against Dr Olukoya and Mrs Olukoya; and damages were ordered to be determined at a later date. On 22 October 2021 the court determined the damages payable by Ms Badejo, and she was ordered to pay damages of £65,000 to Dr Olukoya and £35,000 to Mrs Olukoya as compensation for the wrong they have suffered.

REASONS

1. On Friday 22 October 2021 I gave judgment in relation to the application made by the second and third claimants (together “the claimants”) for damages and an order under section 12 of the 2013 Act. The claimants were represented by counsel and the defendant acted in person. The order I made on 22 October 2021 recorded the damages that the defendant was ordered to pay the claimants and ordered the defendant to publish a summary of the court’s judgment pursuant to section 12 of the 2013 Act, together with directions in relation to that aspect of the order.



2. In relation to the relief sought by the claimants under section 12 of the 2013 Act, at the hearing on 22 October 2021, Mr Price for the claimants produced: a. a two page draft summary of the judgment; and
b. a draft Order.



3. In relation to the draft summary I directed that the defendant should have the opportunity to consider it, and to respond by 10am on Monday 25 October 2021.



4. As to Mr Price’s draft Order, this identified 10 different social media accounts in which the claimants sought an order that the defendant should publish the judgment under section

12(4) of the 2013 Act. I asked the defendant whether these accounts were under her control, and she told me that they were. She referred to them “my channels” and informed the court that she should not be required to publish any summary of the judgment on them. She did not argue that it was not possible for her to do so, or that there was any reason why she could not do so.



5. Further, these social media accounts are referred to: a. in paragraphs 4 and 5 of the Particulars of Claim dated 30 October 2020 (Supplementary Bundle, Volume 1 at Tab 2);
b. paragraph 18 of the first witness statement of the second claimant dated 14 October 2021 (Supplementary Bundle, Volume 1 at Tab 13, p. 64).



6. It was in that context that, on 22 October 2021, the court directed that the defendant should publish a summary of the judgment – once it had been agreed, or settled by the court – by posting it on the social media accounts identified in Mr Price’s draft Order. The court also ordered that the defendant was required to ensure that such summary was accessible for a period of 10 days. In making this direction, Mr Price did not direct my attention to any of the authorities in relation to the court’s jurisdiction under section 12 of the 2013 Act: see, for example, Monir v Wood [2018] EWHC 3524 (QB), Nicklin J (at paragraphs 238-244) (“Monir”). In any event, that aspect of the Order was not drawn up following the hearing for the reasons set out below.



7. The parties were unable to agree a summary of the judgment. I have therefore been provided with the summaries prepared by each party, which I am required to settle. Each summary is far too long. The court’s judgment can be summarised much more briefly. The summary settled by the court is at Annex 1 to this Order.



8. On 25 October 2021 the defendant, when she sent the court her proposed summary of the judgment, also notified the court that she did not agree with Mr Price’s version of the draft Order, and provided her own version of the Order. In relation to the relief under section 12(4) of the 2013 Act, the defendant’s draft Order seeks to limit the number of social media accounts on which the draft summary of the judgment should be published to three. The defendant said that she should only be required to publish the summary of the judgment on the following accounts, namely: a. the Facebook page in the name of Maureen Badejo @maureenbadejosblog https://www.facebook.com/maureenbadejosblog/
b. the Facebook account in the name, “Maureen.Badejo.587”; https://www.facebook.com/maureen.badejo.587

c. the YouTube channel entitled, “MaureenBadejosBlog TV”; https://youtube.com/c/MaureenbadejosblogTV



9. Further, the claimant’s proposed draft summary of the judgment ran to over 800 words. Mindful that section 12(4) provides that “If the parties cannot agree on the time, manner, form and place of publication, the court may give such directions as to those matters as it considers reasonable and practicable in the circumstances” on 26 October 2021 my clerk sent the following message to the parties on my behalf:



“Thank you for the draft Orders, and proposed wording from the parties of the summary of the judgment to be annexed to the Order. This wording will be settled by the court under section 12(3) of the Defamation Act 2013.

I note that the defendant has limited the proposed place of publication to two identified Facebook accounts and one YouTube channel (see paragraph 4 of her draft order). Please can the claimants briefly explain why, under section 12(4) of the Defamation Act 2013, it is reasonable and practicable to have a summary (which is more than 800 words long in the claimants’ proposed draft) published in the four further social media accounts identified in their draft order, including a Twitter Account (which has limited word count). Please can the claimants provide this explanation by 4pm on Wednesday 27 October 2021. The defendant has until 10am on Thursday 28 October 2021 to serve any response to the claimants’ answer to this question.

In the meantime, in the light of the conflicting wording of the summary of the judgment, and the places of publication, which the court is required to settle, the relief under section 12 of the Defamation Act 2013 will be recorded in a separate order. The Order recording the damages award is attached and will be sent to the Associate for sealing.”

10. On 27 October 2021 the claimants responded by email identifying the 10 social media accounts they maintain the section 12(4) order should relate to and stating that:



“All of the statements complained of and referred to at paragraph 12 of the claimants’ particulars of claim were broadcast live by the defendant on accounts 1,2, 5 and 6. Most of the broadcasts were then reposted on the defendant’s personal Facebook page being account 3. The defendant also reposts her broadcast videos on her personal Facebook account being account 4. The defendant has reposted the links to and her broadcasts on her Twitter accounts (no. 9 above) so that Twitter users can watch her videos directly by clicking on them on Twitter. The defendant has also repeated the statements complained of on her Gio TvInstagram account being account 8. The defendant has a website (number 10 above) in the name of Gio Tv where she has made articles about the claimants repeating the statements complained of and reposting links to her videos about the claimants on her website.




With respect to Twitter, Instagram and YouTube, we would propose that the defendant publish the summary by posting on those accounts a link to the summary as published on her website and/or Facebook.

11. The defendant’s response contained in her written submissions is that she should not be required to publish the summary of the judgment on the social media platforms owned by Global Interdenominational Outreach UK (GIO TV), which is a registered company in the UK, and is not a party to the claim. The defendant says that she is distinct from the company that she works for and it is sufficient for the summary of the judgment to be published on her Facebook account in the name “Marueen.Badejo.587” and the YouTube channel entitled “MaureenBadejosBlog TV”.



12. It is clear from the information set out in the Particulars of Claim that some of the social media accounts identified by Mr Price for the claimants have a substantial following and there is a realistic prospect that publication of a summary of the judgment will come to the attention of any of those to whom the original libel was published. However, some do not have such a substantial following, and the numbers of followers are much more limited.



13. In these circumstances and, in particular, having considered: a. Monir (at paragraphs 238-244);
b. the claimants’ revised proposal that “with respect to Twitter, Instagram and YouTube, we would propose that the defendant publish the summary by posting on those accounts a link to the summary as published on her website and/or Facebook” (see their solicitors’ email dated 27 October 2021, timed at 13.29);
c. the defendant’s written submissions; and
d. the followers identified of the various social media accounts in the Particulars of Claim dated 30 October 2021



I do not consider it is reasonable under section 12(4) of the 2013 Act to order the defendant to publish the summary of the judgment on all 10 social media sites identified by the claimants and, in particular, on the Twitter and Instagram account identified and on the You Tube channel of Gio TV.

14. Having said that, the defendant is not entitled re-argue matters decided by the court on 22 October 2021, namely that the summary of the judgment be published on the social media accounts of Gio TV. As the claimants correctly point out her connection with Gio TV is set out in terms in the particulars of claim (see paragraph 12) and they obtained summary

judgment on their claim in front of Master Thornett in April 2021. The publication of the defendant’s videos on, for example, Gio TV’s Facebook attracted a substantial (133,878), as did the publication on the Facebook account of Gio TV Foundation (12,862). Further, at the hearing before me on 22 October 2021, the defendant accepted these accounts were under her control, and she described them as “my channels”. It is therefore appropriate for the defendant to publish a summary of the judgment to the audience following those accounts, and also on Gio TV’s website and the other three social media accounts that she agreed to publish on in her version of the draft Order.



15. It is for these reasons I have made the directions under section 12 of the 2013 Act in the form set out in this Order.

MFM Wins Big in U.S. as Appeals Court Hits Ex-pastor that Converted Church to His


A United States' Appeals Court, sitting in Maryland, has given judgement in the case of civil conspiracy of convertion of a branch of Mountain of Fire and Miracles Ministries (MFM) Nevada by its former branch Pastor, Lawrence Adetunji.


In a statement, Collins Edomaruse, media aide to MFM General Overseer, said Pastor Adetunji, his wife, Ronke, and 11 others conspired among themselves and converted the church he was pastoring to his and also moved the money in the church's bank account to his.


He said Adetunji, his wife and the other co-conspirators filed a Petition for Writ of Certiorari in The Maryland Court of Appeals seeking review of the opinion of the Court of Special Appeals of Maryland.

He added that while delivering a terse judgement on tye case, Chief Judge Joseph M. Getty, said: "Upon consideration of the petition for a writ of certiorari to the Court of Special Appeals and the answer filed thereto, in the above-captioned case, it is this 22nd day of October, 2021, ORDERED, by the Court of Appeals of Maryland, that the petition be, and it is hereby DENIED as there has been no showing that review by certiorari is desirable and in the public interest.


With the judgement, all of Adetunji’s appeals have now been exhausted.

In awarding them judgment and damages the Court recognized the prolonged intense and malicious campaign conducted by Badejo against the Olukoya’s who had never met her nor heard of her until she started her campaign.




The Court said that Maureen Badejo’s campaign went to the Olukoya’s’ professional integrity and their reputations and had been widely publicized by Maureen Badejo. The court also noted that Badejo has refused to apologize in any way for her gross misconduct.




The court then ordered her to publish a summary of its judgment across 9 of her social media channels for a period of 10 days as a corrective measure to ensure the judgment reached all of her viewers and followers.







Badejo continued to maintain that she was speaking the truth and could not afford the costs of publishing the summary of the judgment on her channels, well let’s see how that works out for her.







We learnt that Dr. Olukoya’s lawyers have written to Maureen Badejo demanding payment of damages due to their client.

Gen Buratai commends President Muhammadu Buhari for defeating Boko Haram

The Nigerian Ambassador to Benin Republic, His Excellency, Lieutenant General Tukur Yusufu Buratai has commended President Muhammadu Buhari for his support to the military that led to the defeat of the Boko Haram terrorists. General Buratai, made the commendation on Friday in Yola, Adamawa State, at the 24th, 25th and 26th combined convocation lecture of Modibbo Adama University, Yola.

According to Buratai, who was the Guest Lecturer, at the occasion, the current Service Chiefs are doing tremendously well because of the immense support and strategic direction of President Muhammadu Buhari. This he added, led to the defeat of the Boko Haram terrorists and other successes being recorded. He went further to state that however, the underdevelopment of the North-East was the major factor fuelling insurgency and insecurity in the geopolitical zone.

“Any country that does not ensure the development of its people would have security challenges.

“We should not rely on the military option as the only way to resolve our security challenges.

“We must address the ideological, economic, social, and political factors.

“My recent diplomatic foray has further sharpened my views on the urgent need for military, as well as non-military solution to the lingering and needless conflict”, he said.

Buratai also said that the situation required synergy, political will, sacrifice and commitment of government, civil society, traditional rulers and all stakeholders to curtail the sporadic attacks and bring the conflict to a permanent conclusion.

“Central to the argument of this paper is that security and development in the North-East should not be addressed individually but as one intrinsic element and that development is a requirement for stabilisation,” he said.

Buratai pointed out that anyone that only relied only on the military and other instruments of coercion to resolve an insurgency such as Boko Haram terrorism is bound to continue to suffer insecurity. (NAN)

Governor Abiodun's positive strides against detractors


It started like comedy on September 30 when the shadowy Ogun State chapter of New Nigeria People’s Party (NNPP) petitioned the State House Assembly, asking that the State Governor, Prince Dapo Abiodun, and his Deputy, Mrs Noimot Salako-Oyedele, be impeached over a spurious allegation that both of them had abdicated duty.

Interestingly, the petition was presented on the same day the Governor returned from his trip to the United Kingdom. The NNPP alleged that the Governor had failed to transmit power to his deputy prior to his departure to the UK as the constitution stipulates. The party's Chairman, Olaposi Oginni, submitted the petition at the House. But even as he prayed the House to commence the impeachment proceedings immediately, he still went ahead to address a press conference where he accused the Governor in a move that can only be subjudice, thereby revealing a diabolic intention against the Governor. He even vowed to approach the courts if the House Assembly failed to accede to his request.

Hardly had the NNPP comedy subsided when the opposition People's Democratic Party (PDP) took over, unjustly faulting Governor Abiodun and his Deputy as if choreographed. Deliberately oblivious of the unity with which the Dapo Abiodun Administration has piloted the state since its inception in May 2019, the PDP alleged that power to run the state had been handed to the Secretary to the State Government (SSG), Tokunbo Talabi, instead of the deputy governor.

The state's PDP Chairman, Sikirulahi Ogundele, also demonstrated deliberate ignorance when he described Governor Abiodun's trip to the UK as the height of insensitivity to governance, an uncharitable comment that was only meant to heat up the polity at a time all hands are on deck to move Ogun State forward. The opposition party's campaign of calumny is as laughable as it is ridiculous. It had the Chief Press Secretary to the Governor, Mr. Kunle Somorin, the Chief of Staff, Alhaji Shuaib Salisu, and the Commissioner for Information, Alhaji Waheed Odusile, to contact to get authentic report of the situation on the ground. But it instead opted to play to the gallery by selling spurious matters to people of the state all in the bid to set the people against the Governor with a view to causing distraction in governance.

It is just as well that against their expectation that Governor would still be away in the UK on October 1, he returned just in time to oversee the Independence celebrations.

After being apprised of the shenanigans by the opposition, Governor Abiodun said he would not be deterred from his goal of turning Ogun State to a hub of good governance, a target he had set for himself from the day he was sworn in as Governor in 2019.

At the 2021 'Odun Omo Olowu' held in Abeokuta over the weekend, the Governor used the opportunity to review his governance strides and projected on the future plans. He reiterated that the welfare and prosperity of the people of the state, irrespective of age, gender, religious or political affiliations or their geographical location, were his government's priority.

The transparent public finance management which guarantees a more prosperous life for the people has been Governor Abiodun's forte, to the admiration of even his critics outside the state.

Prince Abiodun is not unaware of the current political development in the state which puts the Administration literally on the firing range of the opposition. Nonetheless, he is determined not to lose focus, despite the ceaseless scathing criticism that has trailed his government in recent months. For a fact, the government has recorded unprecedented strides in the provision of qualitative governance for the people. Many of the inherited abandoned projects have been completed while new projects have been initiated.

The critics have conveniently ignored the fact that Governor Abiodun came into power at a time the civil servants were reduced to rubbles after several months of being owed salaries, even as the state's coffers had been left empty by the preceding administration, forcing the new helmsman to use his wealth of influence in the private sector to approach several banks with a view to raising money to offset the backlog of salaries. They have also deliberately forgotten how Governor Abiodun set about correcting the glaring inadequacies in infrastructure across the state, improved education in all the local government areas, encouraged farmers on yields, rejuvenated the water works in Abeokuta that was long abandoned and attracted investors, in addition to his effort to link Ogun State up with neighbouring Lagos State in an unprecedented economic collaboration. They also conveniently forgot about the widely acclaimed fight by the Ogun State government against the Covid-19 pandemic, an effort that earned the state recognition across Nigeria and beyond.

From all the foregoing, it is just as well that Governor Dapo Abiodun has resolved not to be distracted. For the people's Governor, it can only be forward ever and backward never.

The Zambia presidential election was held on Thursday, 12thof August 2021 under serious tension in the country. Therefore, he questioned the impudence of former President Ibrahim Babangida who claimed to be a saint in the face of the overwhelming corrupting that has enveloped Nigeria when he planted and nurtured the seed of corruption in the country.
Falana emphasized that one of the best ways to honour late Beko Ransome Kuti is to keep the struggle for the respect of human dignity alive which Beko lived and died for.
He reminded CDHR members and all human rights advocates, including the media, that the struggle is far from over until transparency and accountability are enthroned in democratic governance.
Highlighting the litany of Beko’s struggle for democracy, Falana disclosed that during the secret trial of Olusegun Obasanjo, Shehu Musa Yar’Adua and many others by late General Sanni Abacha “One of the convicted lawyers smuggled a small note through one of the lawyers, alerting the CDHR President of government’s plans to kill them any moment from now.
“Beko Ransome Kuti immediately organized a press conference, though it was stated that no local media published it. But BBC did.
“It was on that note, Beko Ransome Kuti was arrested and taken to a military tribunal. The only question Beko was asked was whether he owned telephone number 963-9534 and he said, I own it.
“Beko had called the BBC with that number and it was on that basis that he was sentenced to life in prison,” Falana stated.

I was not surprised when I saw the show she dedicated to the latest happening of the on-going court case between her and MFM on the 2nd of August 2021 to celebrating what she titled “UK COURT SET ASIDE N500 MILLION DAMAGES ENTERED AGAINST MAUREEN BADEJO BY MFM”.






I was dazed and confused at first, not until we decided to investigate to find out the truth as usual, oh my God, from our findings, I realised that this woman is a farce! oh my, what a display of crass ignorance.
Typically, Sahara Reporters - her consort in defamation took up the gauntlet and turned the truth on its head by reporting that “a United Kingdom High Court of Justice, Strand, London, (Queen’s Bench Division) has set aside the judgment received by the General Overseer of the Mountain of Fire and Miracles Ministries, Dr Daniel Olukoya, in a case against a Nigerian blogger, Maureen Badejo, over alleged defamation. According to the court order obtained by SaharaReporters, the UK judge in his judgment set aside the March 30, 2021, judgment by a High Court of Justice in Ogun State of Nigeria in proceedings numbered AB/407/2020 obtained by Olukoya”





I would have let this pass and treated it with silence so that she can fully display her stupidity and ignorance, since the truth will soon be unveiled but for the benefit of the discerning public and even Maureen’s blind and misinformed followers, it is pertinent to make this clarification: with these few points below






1. If you recall, Judgment was entered on 9th February 2021 in Suit No AB/407/2020 by the Ogun State High Court sitting in Abeokuta awarding the sums of N250 million each to MFM and Dr. Olukoya as aggravated and exemplary damages for Libel.

2. The two judgment creditors retained the services of Solicitors in the United Kingdom to register and enforce the said judgment against Maureen Badejo – the Judgment debtor – in the United Kingdom. The registration process was completed on 30th March 2021 when the High Court, Queen’s Bench Division granted two orders for the registration of the judgments for N250million each in favour of MFM and Dr. Olukoya respectively.i had written about this in my previous articles about this case

3. From our findings we learnt that, Maureen Badejo filed an application to set aside the registration of the judgment in the United Kingdom and attached a bundle of papers; one of which was a Notice of Appeal filed in the Ogun State High Court, indicating her intention to appeal against the judgment of the said High Court to the Court of Appeal in Ibadan. The existence of this appeal was not known to the Judgment Creditors’ Solicitors until sometime in July when Maureen served them with her bundle. Meanwhile, Maureen’s application had been fixed for hearing on 2nd August 2021.

4. Realising that the Notice of Appeal bore a date stamp from the court showing that it was filed on 4th March 2021, well before the grant of the registration orders on 30th March 2021, the Judgment Creditors’ Solicitors wrote to the Court to suggest an indefinite adjournment pending the determination of Maureen’s appeal in Nigeria. This letter was copied to Maureen herself.
The turn in the enforcement proceedings occurred in light of the fact that under section 9(2)(e) of the Administration of Justice Act, 1920, a foreign judgment will not be recognised or enforced in England if the court is satisfied that an appeal is pending or that the judgment debtor is entitled to and intends to appeal.
This is the very reason why the High Court, Queen’s Bench Division sitting in the UK SET ASIDE THE REGISTRATION OF THE JUDGMENT NOT THE JUDGMENT ITSELF as dubiously announced and celebrated by Maureen and her minions.
HERE IS THE HARD TRUTH AND TRUE SITUATION OF THE MATTER
The undisputable facts remain that:
1. The judgment of the High Court of Ogun State remains extant and subsisting.
2. Maureen Badejo is still a judgment debtor.
3. The same judgment can and in fact will still be registered and enforced in the UK against Maureen Badejo in the event that her appeals fail.
4. The setting aside was a deliberate act initiated by mfm lawyers not by her or the court as she claims
5. She is still in court for contempt
6. The judge only awarded her a paltry amount of 50 pounds which I think is the biggest celebration of ridicule
The kind of misleading report done by Maureen and Sahara Reporters on this issue speaks volume of their credibility as a source. One would expect that those who claim to enlighten the public should themselves be sufficiently enlightened. How can the blind lead the blind and, worse still, aim to lead the full-sighted down a dark slippery path?

Prophet Joshua Iginla Clarifies Prophecy On Zambia Presidential Election (video)

The General Overseer of Champions Royal Assembly, Prophet Joshua Iginla has released series of prophecies about the Zambia election that will be coming up on the 12th Of August, 2021.

During a live service yesterday at his church, he made it known that God has shown that the election will be tough and that the president, Edgar Lungu has very slim chances in this election.

Although he didn’t mention the candidate that will be the eventual winner of the election, he mentioned that Hakainde Hichilema, Zambia’s main opposition will become a president in the country.

In his prophecy, he warned the president to quickly work on betrayals in his camp because he foresees that the chair he is sitting on spiritually isn’t balance, and the unbalance part is caused by those he relies on.



He also clarified the wrong insinuations about his prophecy stating he is not a political prophet that can be bought, rather speaks Gods mind without fear.

The election that is about to take place is going to be a tough one, as a prophet, I am not in support of any party or candidate, I am just a voice that God is using. My opinion is neutral but God’s opinion remain.

The election will be tough, some sensitive stronghold of the opposition might receive cancellation, there will be dispute, and there will be delay in some sensitive stronghold. There will be pressure, early lead from the opposition, we have to pray that the election should not get to a point where we are saying there will be a rerun.

There should be no attempt to manipulate any result, let the will of the people reflect through the ballot paper and let God’s will be supreme. Will people cry foul? Yes but it won’t stop the will of God. The result will be delayed to negotiate behind the scene because of tension but there should be no manipulation.

His Excellency Edgar lungu meant well for Zambia but there are Judases around him, they want to scuttle his vision for Zambia, did he allow them to prevail? If he did, the outcome will be best known at the outcome of the election

If He dealt with his Judas, there will be no need to worry but if He has not, you can tell by yourself that there will be surprises on the day of election

In my vision, I saw a chair where the current president is sitting on spiritually, it was shaking, it was not balanced. I saw people trying to repair it but the more they do, it goes down, I saw the owner of the chair trying to sit but the more he does, it goes down.

The unbalanced part represents the people he trusts that he thinks will stand for him on the day of the election, if he doesn’t work on his Judas, there might be no chair to sit.

For Hakainde Hichilema, I said this five years ago, it is in your destiny to be a president of Zambia, how it’s going to happen, I don’t know and I’m not changing my position about that, I have not met him in person.

For HH, it is in his destiny to be a president, it is written in his destiny, how many times is he going to fail? I don’t know, is it the time? Its left between him and God.

Speaking as a man, with the seasons and things I see in the cloud, as a man, I can tell you it is the time but that is left for God. Don’t give up, it is in your destiny to become president. I want to say it that HH is not the David of Zambia but the Saul of Zambia. Anytime he becomes president, he will be there as the Saul, not the David.’

Serial Child Molester Who Has Defiled Three Minors Exposed In Lagos (VIDEO)





A Child molester known as Amandi Levinus has met his waterloo after an investigation has revealed that he repeatedly defiled about three minors in his compound in Lagos.





Information made available to this publication has it that this young man has been perpetrating this act for many years without been caught, and probably threatening his victims not to tell anyone about it.






The revelation wouldn’t have been gotten if not for the mother of one of his victims who went to her daughter’s school where a counselling programme was held for the students with the parents in attendance.






The counselling session was to educate the pupils about sex and when to voice out whenever anyone touches them in sensitive parts of their body. During the session, pupils were allowed to talk about their experience, which led to her daughter confessing to having been molested by a known face.





When speaking to this publication, the mother expressed shock at the revelation because she never thought something of such could happen to her daughter. She made it known that it was later discovered that her daughter was not the only victim.






Angered by this development, the culprit was questioned and arrested but claimed that he never penetrated with his manhood but makes use of his finger to perpetrate the evil act.

Meanwhile, the mother went to the hospital to do a general checkup on her daughter and it was revealed that the anal and vagina system has been tampered with.





‘’It happened at home, it was not once, I don’t know what he threatened the children with because he didn’t do this with just my daughter, he does it with two other kids. it has been going on for couple of years and according to my daughter, the first incident happened in 2018 when they just moved here. The most recent one according to her happened in June/July 2020.






We just discovered, she has not been feeling fine so I came home because I don’t live here, I had to come because she was sick, immediately I came I decided to go to her school. They invited counsellors to their school and they were able to talk to the kids, a lot of them confessed but I concentrated on my daughter, it’s really bad, I’m yet to recover from the whole thing.

We went to Idimu police station yesterday, they gave us a letter to go to Ikeja hospital to run a general test on her, He’s been claiming that he has not penetrated but from the test, He has tempered with her anus and Vagina, I’ve been crying, still in shock.

The man is still in the police station and we were asked to come back on Friday’’

How I Survived Hard Times In My Ministry Two Years Ago – Prophet Joshua Iginla Reveals As He Celebrates Birthday ( Video )

The General Overseer of Champions Royal Assembly, Prophet Joshua Iginla has for the first time spoken about the crises that He faced in 2019, after he made an open confession about his marriage to his Ex-wife in a live service.







Prophet Joshua Iginla during this period received backlash from several individuals, men of God who feel he has done the wrong thing despite the fact that He willingly made the confession, and had settled with God before coming out.

This period were tough times in his ministry, and for sometime, He was not in Nigeria. In a tell-it-all interview session yesterday, Prophet Joshua Iginla who is celebrating his birthday alongside his wife, Prophetes Stella's own this week stated that it wasn’t totally rosy for him at that time because he was lashed mostly by men of God, and his spiritual sons but appreciated God that he came out waxing stronger.





‘‘Last few years have been stormy, but to me, I see them as blessings. Sometime people ask if I don’t feel pained, I saw it as a process of becoming a solid believer in the Lord, it has further enhanced my passion for God. Every storm, which I call blessing have brought me to a new level, I have kept on going higher and bigger.





My background in the Lord has been very challenging and tasking. when I gave my life to Christ, my father of blessed memory kicked against me, yet I didn’t give up. This helped me have thick skin no matter what I face in life.





A lot of people said so many nasty things about me, some who don’t understand my story, who don’t even know me personally said a lot about me then which is normal but one of the most important thing is when God is with you, every other thing is inconsequential, every other talks are side talks. My joy was that I have touched the heart of God by obeying him to correct errors around my life, I did them, came out strong and have peace today.







God is using me to help a lot of pastors, politicians who feel like giving up because of their crisis due to the virtue of experience I have gotten through the trials of life’’

The man Of God spoke about the lessons he learnt during this period, while explaining how God used his wife, Prophetess Stella to heal his wound during the perilous time in his ministry.

‘’During these trials, I learnt that human beings are human beings, anybody can disappoint you at any time, you don’t put your trust in a man of God. I learnt that the enemy of a man of God is a man of God, your enemies are not too far, don’t allow fear in life to ever consume you, face your goliath, deal with your storm and come out. Always know that you are not accountable to men alone, You are accountable to God, and that is the person you should fear. Every other opinion is infinitesimal to the opinion of God. Men are men, people are entitled to their opinion, you don’t have to stop anyone to think the way they want to think, the most important thing is to be your believer and God’s believer’’

‘’for my wife, Prophetess Stella, she is a divine blessing, and compensation to my wound and pain, as you can see me, I am waxing stronger. This is not to say I am encouraging divorce, I don’t pray anyone goes through it, howbeit, this is how God has pushed my life. Jesus said the only reason to divorce is on adultery grounds, I will continue to say my purpose of coming out to make a confession in 2019 is not to be hard on my ex, it is to confront the ills of my life, during that time, a lot of people took lash on me and they were men of God. I came out to talk, no one forced me to talk, my confession was strictly about doing what is right, the bible says he that covereth his sin shall not prosper. I had settled with God five years before that time so when I Came out to make my confession, it was not to take a lash on my Ex, it was to free myself from what almost took my life, two times I collapsed, two times I gave up, that’s not to say that my Ex is evil, I am only correcting the ills’’

Rights group says Soyinka got It wrong on TB Joshua's trial

May 11, 2021 Nigeria’s leading human rights movement, has said that Nobel Laureate Professor Wole Soyinka got it wrong on his calls that famous Pastor Temitope Joshua should be tried by the law court over the collapse of the Synagogue Church of All Nations.

In a statement on Tuesday, the Nigerian Human Rights Community, (NHRC) said the respected Professor should have been armed with the correct information before making the statement calling for the trial of Pastor Temitope Joshua.

“The trial has been on-going. The persecutors and the defense lawyers have been arguing their cases in the law court. As we speak, Pastor Joshua and his Church have not been found guilty by the law court. We do not understand what other trial the learned Professor is talking about” the NHRC said in a statement signed by its officials, Taye Adeleye and Mark Eke Alozie.

Prof Soyinka had said at a book launch that Joshua should be tried by the law court over the collapse of the building. “We find the position of the Professor Soyinka strange. We wish to remind him that the court in Lagos has been prosecuting this case including using the evidence provided by witnesses”, the NHRC said.

The NHRC established in 2005 is a coalition of 135 civil society spread across the country. NHRC is also member of the Human Rights Network, (HURINET) coordinated by the British Council and the African Civil Rights Network.

According to the group, there are witnesses who said they sighted a flying object few minutes before the collapse of the building. These objects could be a drone, or light helicopter adding that it is left for the court not an individual to investigate and come up with solutions. The officials said given the current state of banditry and violence, those who claimed they sighted a flying object may be correct. Prof Soyinka should be aware that terrorists in Nigeria use drone and this did not start today.

The NHRC said “Pastor Joshua is not above the law. That was why he has been taken to court. What we oppose is what looks like a sectarian plot to draw conclusions even when the legal processes are yet to be concluded. This raises the public fear that Pastor Joshua is a target of some influential individuals based on personal interests. They want to destroy him and all the good work he has been doing especially meeting the needs of the people when relevant authorities have failed.”

The group said Pastor Joshua has made tremendous contributions to promoting the right to life and living by millions of Nigerians and black people all over the world. The NHRC urges Prof Soyinka to visit the Church and the aspect of the Church’s humanitarian services which is the best in Nigeria. The group said all victims of the unfortunate collapsed building were touched by the Church in ways the grieving families will never forget in a country where victims of accidents are left to nurse their wounds.

“He has brought hope to millions of despairing population all over the world. He has brought respect to Nigeria. He has shown that something good can come out of Africa. His worship centre inspires millions of people against violence, gives inspirational speeches in the face of despondency, provides psychological treatment to millions of Nigerians in trauma occasioned by the harsh realities of life in Nigeria. He is one of the greatest phenomenons that have ever come out of Africa. This is apart from the fact that he has provided jobs for millions of people in need.”

The group said millions of people come to Nigeria from Europe, Asia and America for the simple reason of coming to the church .Many foreigners would never think of coming to Nigeria is not for the Church.

NHRC said all these achievements do not make him to be above the law but that they should also be taken into consideration by those bent on destroying his name.

On September 12th 2014, a strange plane circled low around a building within The SCOAN complex four times. Shortly afterwards, the building fell directly on its footprint, causing the death of 115 people - martyrs of faith. In the aftermath of the incident, numerous falsehoods were broadcast concerning the circumstances surrounding it and the cause of collapse. However, CCTV footage recorded the movement of the plane and the manner of the building’s sudden implosion.
