I booked Qatar airways yesterday via Wakanow also, they called me that student are not allowed to enter UK , I told them no that they are allowed but if they insist that they should refund me . After sometimes they sent me my tickets to Heathrow

Bros you for investigate well ooo. Make you no go pay 4000pounds fine for violation. The information I had from the airport was that it is only citizens or people with resident permits are traveling to the UK for now. I have not heard of any Nigerian especially student that have paid for the 2500pounds for 10days quarantine

At ppl talking about not paying quarantine hotel, my advise is- if you can afford it, just pay and enter.
That was how my family was hoping that the review will be in 2 weeks as mentioned previously , hoping to travel on our intended date and boom, the ban caught up with us. Time is of essence in this journey and every second counts.

I was processing Australia work visa around June/July last year before they announced lockdown and till now they have not opened. All money spent on the assessments, ielts, etc gone. Just make hay while the sun shines or all that have been spent so far may be wasted .

It is a game of probability now and it could go either way. You will make back the money in 2 months if you are a dependant and you are ready to work.

My friend and her husband and 3kids just landed this morning. They paid 3715pounds and yes she used her student visa likewise the dependants. The airlines are just moving mad but yes students have resident rights and can travel.

Trust our people now to always think they can beat the system. So many options to consider without even getting to Asylum, Post study visa, another student admission for either of the 2 parties, skilled worker job, HCA route etc but they don jump from 0 to 1000 and won't be surprised if they end up on the "baseless" asylum claim and get stuck same place 10yrs from now.

My brother! We are in it together. Is it true that you will still receive email from them to your bank with you in copy asking your bank to verify your fund with them? Until confirmation before CAS will be issued? Pls I need clarity on this.
