Hello my people, Please I urgently need your sincere advice. I'm about to apply for VISA when my POF is 30 days on the 25th of Nov. However, my TB test certificate expires on the 15th of December but I will apply for visa before then. My questions: (1) Hope my VISA application will not be at risk since VISA may not be out before 15th December. (2) If VISA is out successfully, can I use the certificate at the entry point in UK without issues?

1 year internship is valuable, Some sectors like IT, healthcare your experience is your experience. Networks, systems in Timbuktu, New Delhi is usually the same as those in Derby, Dundee etc minus +- 1 the rest depends on your soft skills and how you present your application or CV

Thought I'd answer the questions in a general post

We started off with buying a 2 bedroom flat in Bristol - as our first home. We'd used all of our savings for the deposit but wanted to save up again so rented one room out to a Mon - Fri boarder. We also made some lifestyle changes - sold our 2nd car (we had 1 each), husband started cycling to work (50 mins each way) and I started taking public transport. It turned out the rent from the boarder not only paid all our bills but also covered our basic food costs. By the end of that year, we had saved quite a bit. We then both changed jobs, got paid more and decided to buy a proper family home. It turned out we had some good equity (thanks to rising house prices) in the flat and with our savings, we could afford to buy a bigger house, went to see a broker who also turned out to be a property investor and that's how our property journey started.

From what I have read and what school informed me. Your dependent can only join you latest 6 months to course end date. If y I your programme finish, you may not be allowed to bring in your dependent during PGR. Someone can confirm that tho
