uber is not desperate to control the market in Nigeria, they are actually desperate to stay in business in Nigeria. they have actually failed to keep their first pool on investors (partner). basically their cars are ruined and they r yet to recover 50% of their investment. so a lot of them actually sold their cars to break even.

until uber comes to terms that its service isnt for every tom dick and harry, it will continue to fail.

uber in Nigeria is luxury and should be for a targeted market.

The Reason for refusal was - others YOUR PROPOSED STUDIES ARE NOT RESONABLE IN LIGHT OF ONE OR MORE OF : YOUR QUALIFICATION , PREVIOUS STUDIES, EMPLOYMENT LEVEL OF ESTABLISHMENT , OR YOUR FUTURE PROSPECTS OR PLANS). Seems this reason is very common as i hv seen ppl with this reason of refusal online. Pls i need the guru to kindly guide me on the next step to go.. tanx

I think you came late for September 2017. Focus more on January or fall 2018.

First thing you will do is Google universities in Canada that offer your interested program, check their requirements and see how you can submit all necessary documents for admission consideration.
Go to few pages back on a comment on supervisor search if needed.
