Period007:Thanks for that. He doesn't have the Dawn's facie. |
cao:The prequels are crap. Hayden was a terrible actor, and some lines had me gaping at my screen. Like some part where he's waxing poetic about his love. Prequels, no thanks, although some of the lightsaber duels were nice. The 'sequels' are where it's at. Once you accept that the effects are from like 3 decades ago, it's actually very impressive. Unfortunately, I watched the retouched form, and the first time I did, I was surprised at how well Jabba looked. I was impressed until I learnt the truth. As a Star Wars fan, it might be easy to give the prequels a pass, but the acting was stiff. I still enjoy them however. |
11Anonymous:Holy crap. I've had this phone for 14 months, and I just learnt something new. Thanks a lot dude. It works. |
Interesting stuff. I'd like to see how this goes. |
I do too, sort of. If I pick it up, I'll play it every day for about a week or two, but eventually I get busy and stop playing for a long time. |
I'd much rather have my darling Hakosuka for that amount. |
I'm pleased at my depravity! I knew like 10 of these already! Well actually just 6. And that's because my older brother used to spring them on me. ![]() |
You can't deny it though. Such heights make for some pretty amazing photographs. |
hyuga:That's right. At this point, all of Nokia's Android phones must stay away from gimmicks, that's if they want to be taken serious. The Nokia 6 seems to be heading in a good direction. A 3310 themed smartphone is too adventurous at this point for the company. And the first Hyuga that popped in my mind was the one from Neon Genesis Evangelion. ![]() |
For those that think she'd survive a fall into water from 1,004 feet, I'm going to say no. She'd definitely die from the impact. She might as well have landed on concrete from that height. "Stone states that jumping from 150 feet (46 metres) or higher on land, and 250 feet (76 metres) or more on water, is 95% to 98% fatal. 150 feet/46 metres, equates to roughly 10 to 15 stories in a building, depending on the height of one story. 250 feet is the height of the Golden Gate Bridge in San Francisco." So yeah... 250 feet would kill at least 95 out of 100 people. Not to talk of 4 times that height. |
Sea horses need lube too? It's a joke, before I'm killed. ![]() |
You're just trying to start a brawl. It's fact. That's how the Microsoft Kinect wasn't able to detect people with dark skin so well after launch. And these Tecno guys found a way to make everyone happy, but you want us to say they're racist? As if you wouldn't be incited if they said black people should illuminate themselves properly before photographs. :p |
RedRubberDucky:Of course! Crash Bandicoot I had heard of, but I played a Crash game for the first time on my GBA SP. Donkey Kong, of course, of course! I even watched the DK show that was out in the 90s! Rayman, I was only exposed to during the GBA days. Don't know so much about the character, but I thought his detached arms were hilarious. :p But I'm not old! :p |
The pictures this week are all amazing. Seriously. Each one. ![]() |
Maybe he has come with economic advice. That is what we need. ![]() |
Hey, what about everything on my internal storage!? ![]() Life isn't a Nicholas Sparks novel! |
I don't exactly believe this.. But 'material things over marital bliss'... Him telling his dad is the exact opposite of marital bliss. He simply made the best use of the opportunity. :p ![]() It's a joke. But he does have excellent taste in cars. His background image is a GT-R! Sweet! |
How was his car still functional after plowing through so many? Does he drive the Tumbler? ![]() |
oloriooko:I know you're pissed, but you do know that you probably misinterpreted the message of the article? They're talking about pro-government protesters. |
I wasn't surprised when I checked the OP's profile picture. :/ |
He thought he had words. He was wrong. And she hit harder with half as many words. |
I don't know about all these prices... 50 naira for a pen? They're sold for 30 where I live. |
That title... Pour each other water. I get the message trying to be conveyed, but in proper English usage, I should have an image of them all pouring glasses of water for one another. :p Sorry. Related though, I managed to dodge when this happened in my first year in my school. ![]() |
I wasn't completely sure like the professionals here, but I was almost certain it was just a replica. |
superbod007:That's the question I'm waiting for an answer to as well. Someone here originally said they told him December 1st, someone else said January... |
I can relate to about half of these... Ocarina of Time, Smash Bros... I've come a long way. |
I love dogs. When i was much younger, I wanted to be a vet. It's great to see the work you are doing. Keep it up. ![]() |
peacesamuel94:I think it depends on everyone personally, but it's not really my interest. I was nudged a bit aggressively by my parents into this course, based on my good performance in school, you know Nigerian parents na, if you're smart, it's either lawyer, doctor, or engineer. I loved biology, and I thought medicine would be nice, but I really had no prior interest, I just kind of went with it. But it's very very very stressful. Sometimes you look at people in other courses, chilling, relaxing, while you have to hit the books for the 3rd time in a day. It gets frustrating especially as exams begin to approach. You'll either be stuck in your room or library for hours and hours reading. And the SRs and consultants don't exactly make anything better with the way the lower ones are treated, plus the whole system is not efficient. It doesn't end with school. I've always loved computers. Since I was a kid. My dad is a systems engineer, so I was brought up with these things, and nowadays I code. I guess if I had really thought about it, I could have made a better choice. |
This is very true. I'm stuck here though so I'll finish up, but I regret my decision. |
Hello. Been a very long time. Good work to everyone. I finished my MB part 2 exams 2 weeks ago, so I'm back until part 3 in May. I should be able to participate in next week's challenge. |
Great one once again Explorers. I remember when I was younger and I watched Ripley's Believe It Or Not. There was a guy who made the largest rubber band ball, and eventually tossed it out of a plane. It was awesome. ![]() |
