Snakes I just can't start to imagine... |
I've been to Osun State(where I used to live.), Oyo, Lagos, Ogun, Kwara, Kogi and Abuja. Abuja is the best place to be!!! |
Yes, I would have said the ban is good but it affects my sister who wants to come so the ban is not good! |
Mercedes Benz does it for me. By the way, there are only two car manufacturers in the world - Mercedes Benz and others. Benz M-Class rules! |
Very funny post indeed. |
seun:That means she's not popular. |
Haha, this is interesting. So one has to go to the bank to deposit money to buy goods online? Instead of going to the bank, why not go straight to the shop/market to get what you want to get? It is even faster that way because you might have to queue at the bank, and the whole process would even be longer! IMO, this is not an e-commerce solution at all! It only ends up wasting time...and time is... And about the subscription, what about those of us that are not in Nigeria? How are we going to pay? You need to find a way for us to pay o, cos u can't just kick me out like that. ![]() |
I've been seeing some online shops that are Nigerian. How do you pay for goods bought there? Is there credit/debit card in Nigeria now or what? I tried to find out with some of the sites but they always ask me to register first and I don't have time for that. |
Haaaaaaaa! This trick is not good for kids. I sent it to my friend who sent it to her little sister. When her sister saw the picture, she started crying! |
seun:And how are you sure Rita Dominic's picture too has not been photo-enhanced? Omotola Rules! Rita's face is even lighter than her body, that means she has Fanta face and Coke body. |
Has anyone seen Motorola MPX and RAZ RV3 phones? Hehehe, I'm sure it has not reached Nigeria. ![]() |
Thnaks guys! I'll go try it out and give you feedback on it. ![]() |
Alright! I see. I just went to check it in google. kbps is kilobits per second and not kilobytes per second which is kB/s. Thamks! |
Computer gurus, where are you Please help a newbie with this.I am trying to make a form for a website. I've finished it but I want to use javascript to validate some required fields before submission of the form. Ok, let me explain better. The form requires a user to fill in stuffs like Name, Email address, etc. But you know some people might not fill certain fields. So if a user tries to submit without filling his name, for example, I want a messagebox/dialogbox to pop up and say "Please enter your name" or something like that. I have tried it but it's not working so please help!!!!!!!! I'm having headache already o! |
Thanks to everyone for the reply. @Seun, I don't seem to get you. Did u say you are getting 8kbps or 8 kilobytes per second? I mean what's the difference between kbps and kilobytes per second? Are they not the same? I thought "kbps" is just an abbreviation of "kilobytes per second". Anyway, if what you are actually getting is 64kbps, it's kind of manageable at least. Although it is still very slow. |
Hi, I'm new here! This is a very interesting site! |
Hi, I know this question is a bit vague. What is the highest download rate possible with Nigerian internet connection? I mean the fastest. Could someone possibly get a speed of say >100kb/s? With what company? |
Or something like Wellcom or Welcom. Since all these telecomms network end in "com" and this also means "Welcome". |
I am a woman. I don't think it is a man's responsibility to give his girlfriend money! Is the girl jobless or doesn't she have parents to demand money from? That is why a man can slap you or shout at you anytime he feels like because he knows he is the source of your livelihood. If you make your own dough and you are independent, your husband will have so much respect for you. As for me, I place respect from my partner higher than so-called smooshy wooshy puppy love. All the independent women who feel me, Holla!!! |
Most Nigerians abroad don't have good jobs, houses etc. That is the fact and Kazey is absolutely right. But the thing is that Nigerians living in Nigeria would never know because the Naijas abroad know how to cover up when they go home. If anybody is actually very successful, he/she wouldn't even think of going to Jand/Yankee to work...such people only go abroad, spend 2/3 weeks there and go home. Except, of course, students who might go there to study because of incessant strike actions in Nigerian schools. Working abroad is slavery! slavery!! slavery!!! Well, there are a few exceptions though. |
I just can't start to imagine...
