It got to a point even the school registrar was confused.

Replacement certificate was issued in 2003, not 1999. Unfortunately, the certificate seal design had already been changed again then. So, Tinubu's INEC design did not look like that of 1979 (understandable) but neither did it look like that of 2003 too.

Bro, if you go to school like CSU to request for your replacement certificate, it will always carry the year you graduated irrespective of the year it was re-issued.

If you follow the case, both CSU, Tinubu, and the Court agreed that he was not with his 1979 certificate anymore and that was why he ordered for a replacement certificate in 1998/1999 when he contested for Lagos governor.

That same copy that was re-issued in 98/99 was the same one he submitted to INEC.

On the document, it clearly shows 1979 on it because your certificate will always carry the year you graduated.

And they couldn't write a date of re-issue or put a stamp acknowledging that? Haba!

Those ones you saw that looked like Tinubus own, carrying Tinubu's logo were all dated 1998, 1999 etc while ALL those released in 1979 carried a different logo (raised fist) and had same signatures definitely different from those in 1998-1999. Tinubu's own is carrying the signatures of the certificates issued in 1998-1999 as released by CSU.
