elipheleh: OP my candid advice is to drop her. She is damaged. And very manipulative.
She didn't cry for those numerous sex partners. But she is guilt tripping you with her fake tears.
Just take your own help and leave her. First find another woman you can love, then leave the girl when you're ready to marry your new woman You cannot advise OP to leave her now? Why later? Or is OP not one of those who have also "damaged" lots of girls? Are the "damagers" okay to start fresh lives while the "damagees" are stigmatised for life? |

UmarSEO: The guy an thief. Confirm one and him no go die well. You really have a serious issue if you don't know. Just keep spoiling someone's name just because of a deal gone bad between both of you. Were you not the one who mentioned me day before yesterday twice that he was willing to pay your remaining 20k? It's not even like you bought anything from him. You are even funny for bringing what does not belong to the Agric section here, spamming the thread with unrelated matters. @wodu89 or @DeeBaDan, kindly pay up his remaining whether or not he gave value for the job he did or whether he deserved the amount or not. There are some things we just let go for the sake of peace. I am sure the clown will never come for restitution after the matter has been settled between both of you. |

Business › Re: BUA Promises To Reduce Cement Price by IamAsiri: 3:34pm On Sep 01, 2023 |
Yugoslavia247: If imported cement is cheaper than cement in Nigeria despite having limestone deposit then it is better we import.
The essence of local production is reduces price and affordability.
In all these years they haven't achieved that.
Funny thing is this limestone has no tie with dollar but they always find a way to deceive gullible people that it is dollar.
Dont forget we import with dollars ooo. And imported cement is cheaper.
Don't tell me is demand and supply because cement has never been scarce.
It is always available. It defies all laws of demand and supply.
Dangote na azaman to yahoo politicians
Let's analyze it
Limestone which is 80 percent of the cement production is in Nigeria. You bag it and sell. If the government give you limestone drilling site and you pay workers in naira and very cheaply.
Why is cement 5k?,
It is a natural resource on our land.
Again in Jonathan administration, all dangote debt were written off by sanusi lamido. Billions of naira.
Which means he had an edge.
Still cement did not become cheaper.
Please make it make sense.
before dangote came into cement industry it was cheaper and competitive
Omoh Imagine limestone being less than 50 naira per kg if you are buying in bits, talkless of now mining it. Only God knows why the government gives these companies free rein. |

FarmTech: Residents in Oyo State please help.
I have someone from the state that claim that he sells beor goats. I need someone to check if it's true. Address is: Location: N⁰.217, Ago Fulani, Tapa, Ibarapa North Local Government Area, Oyo State, Nigeria.
If you can do it pls indicate. Thanks. Please beware @Farmtech. Most of those that use that address are usually scammers. I am sure I must have seen that address before on Facebook by those online scammers selling Boer goats and special sheep, so I googled the address: https://www.google.com/url?sa=t&source=web&rct=j&opi=89978449&url=https://www.nairaland.com/gideonphilip/posts&ved=2ahUKEwj6m8zNo4WBAxW9VUEAHaZ_DS8QFnoECBQQAQ&usg=AOvVaw1ReUNP1XhcK-MbVajZ3sAb (Proven to be a chronic scammer). There are also lots of scammers that use that same address to scam. I would advise you to either forget about it or go yourself without informing the person that intends to sell to you, lest one of the syndicate members confirm the place to you as legit on nairaland. Just being my brother's keeper though. |

Penguin2: Lol!
I’m gonna wait to confirm that this is not fake news.
But in the meantime, if it’s true, then congratulations to Tinubu, ECOWAS and their brainless warmongers. They now have more countries to invade.
After invading Niger, they will invade Gabon. Or are they going to invade Niger without invading Gabon? They have to mad not to.
I’m so happy right now, if this news is true. Because I’m sure ECOWAS was already waiting to congratulate President Bongo for winning Third Time in a “free and fair” election even though the report of the Gabonese Electoral Umpire shutting down their Electronic Infrastructure, like INEC did, and even removing names of opponents from ballot papers has been everywhere.
Another reason I like this is that the PEPT will see what is happening in other countries because of disputed election. People are waiting on them to do justice, failure of which no one knows what the outcome will be.
Democracy is fast becoming unpopular in Africa and it’s because of poor Electoral management. The situation where votes no longer reflect the wishes of the majority of the voters, their will be disenchantment with the people seeking alternative way out.
If a coup happens in Nigeria today, Nigerians will celebrate it because we didn’t vote for the idiot in power.
If the PEPT likes, let it insult Nigerians like INEC did, let’s see what the outcome will be. Gabon is not in West Africa. |

Maryam1234: Dear Diary,
15-8-2023
I harvested my groundnut last week Saturday (11-8-23) I sold the leaves for 15k to one of my customer turned friendship in Abuja. I took the main groundnut to the market guess how much they're pricing it diary Them want buy full bag of groundnut for 8k they'll now sell it for 15k
I told myself God forbid Bad thing, immediately I carry phone come call one of my customer turned friendship from Onitsha Without mincing words she said Maryam abeg send the groundnut come,my people want buy 1200 per bucket.Hausa go say dama dama
I sent it to her at 25k per bag, she'll sell and send me my money.
Diary! Did I hear you say;you send bags of groundnut to person wey you no know?
This life ehn, our lives work with the theory of attraction.I am attracted to only people of like minds, mere phone conversation already showed me the personae I'm relating with
My mode of business thrive well with referral and no matter how busy I may be,I know who refers who In my clique
Furthermore diary, How you take reason this my groundnut matter? Make I gain from selling leave to animal come loose from selling the main groundnut.Olorun Maje o,Impossicant something right?
Lesson:
* Farmers are not the ones directly gaining from their sweat but middle men are; and that's the reason why the farming sector is losing its glory.
* Farmers are not motivated anymore, imagine a farmer hoarding their goods to create artificial scarcity Reason why things are overly expensive even during harvest as epitomize in modern era.
*After calculating money for farm input and output can't commensurate, you become demoralized.More like an effort in futility.
Regardless of this setbacks aforementioned,we keep on thriving and praying it gets better someday in earnest maybe with good leadership and a more dynamic approach towards the Agricultural sector.I foresee An Agrarian Revolution even though I'm just a mere mortal.
Good bye diary, With so much Love, Keju Well done o, my sister. More money in your pocket and more blessings on your remaining farm produce. |

anonymous1759: I don’t know you’re this daft I’ve given you my reasons why CNG is better you’re still saying thrash . CNG burns slower than petro and it’s cleaner to the eco system . The only risk is explosion if accident occurs . But everything has risk , it’s not by force to use CNG ok stop wailing like a frustrated soul .
Some people don’t still take flight ✈️, 🛳 or use cooking gas at home because of the dangers but other people still do it’s a thing of choice nobody is forcing ok stop being bitter . On the long run Gas is still better , because you can Manage it but Petro will pollute the earth which can lead to natural disasters . I’ll not waste time to educate you I’ve done my research on CNG the demerits are high cost of conversion which might go down when competition sets in and the explosion aspect of serous accident occurs but it’s purely optional . The advantage is that it’s cheaper #5000 can fill up a 50 liter tank . https://www.quora.com/Why-is-there-a-perception-that-LPG-CNG-vehicle-engines-dont-last-long-compared-to-petrol-diesel-based-engines-Is-it-true?top_ans=98883521I think you need to read more about CNG and digest it before making comments, so as to make informed comment about the subject. |

fryo4life: My younger brother was born on November 6th, 1996. He became 26 years old last year November. He is worried if he can still apply for bank graduate trainees vacancies in which the criteria for the fresh graduates is that they should be not more than 26 years old. Because he will be 27 years on November 6th this year. Just few months to go.
Can he still be considered 26 years? Or is he above the age limit? He'd better apply. Some banks do waive these rules. Plus, if he is not eligible they'd let him know. |
