So because she's a Muslim, she has no right to join a protest, except if she takes off her hijab to make you happy? Did she at any time complain to you that anybody forced her to wear a hijab? That woman I hear is even from Delta state and I believe an outspoken radical like herself does not need your help to take off her hijab if that's what she wants.

The #EndSARS or #EndPoliceBrutality protest is about human rights and freedom. You claim to support the cause being championed by the protest on one hand, but you on the other hand, do not think the woman, a fellow protester deserves her right to her religious freedom?

I never in any way gave the woman any hype, I only called out some bigoted fellows who openly showed prejudice against the woman because of her religion. But then again, even if the woman gets any hype from anyone, how is that your business? Why does it hurt you that a woman on hijab is being hyped? If that's your definition of being politically incorrect, then I'm sorry, you're wrong, that just hate and bigotry.
You don't understand what he is saying that is why you all are arguing, understanding is key to knowing.

He is right

I won't be surprised if her opposing buhari is all part of their political game. You can't trust in this country, every person has a price.

When dealing with politics and people you have to be a step or more ahead of your people.

If their plan A fails, Nigerians will help them win plan B.

If you understand their moves you will win but if you don't, you will help them win

I'm getting tired of the hype surrounding this hijab wearing woman.

I don't give a damn about the Political activism of any person who is a slave to religion. Politics and religion are intertwined in this country.

It's hypocritical to go about fighting to end SARS fully clothed in the regalia that Hisbah police in some Northern States recommend for women .

Fight to make those women and minorities suppressed by your religion in Northern States to be free first all and you won't have people vote for candidates whose only qualification is being a devout faithful.

The concerns about Arabic writings in the emblem of the Nigerian Army is the same fountain which my worries flow from.

A woman who wears a dress stereotyped as suicide bombs hiding linen by enslaved Middle Eastern Women in bondage of extremism can never be the STATUTE OF LIBERTY of a secular nation that has suffered from terrorism.

I don't fucking do sentiments neither do I subscribe to herd mentality. My signature states clearly the bane of always trying to be politically correct.

CodeTemplar , Iamplato
Intelligent analysis.

I said it earlier but they think I hate her for being Muslim. I don't give a fvck whatever she chooses to worship but she would have problem with Nigeria if she keeps that hijab on.

The east, south and west will stand against her and not allow her lead them.

I also fear the leadership of women because it is clouded with sentiments and not logical wisdom. No offence though

What sort of religious intolerance is this? undecided Are you not aware that Muslim women mandatorily have to cover themselves all the time in public? But you're asking if removing hijab is a sin.

Someone isnt blocking your way, someone isnt trampling on you, but you just feel uncomfortable with the person's presence because they wear a hijab? My brother this is the purest form of religious intolerance.

It's her religious obligation to cover her and face at all times in public. So are you saying for wisdom's sake, she has to go against her religion by taking off her hijab?
Do you want a nation with or without religious segregation?

Is removing the hijab a sin?

Don't you know that something as little as Hijab can divide a country like Nigeria?

Are you not a Nigerian? Don't you know the beef going on between Christians and Muslims?

Do you know how you sound ?you sound like a very weak man, you lashed out at the youth protesting that they should have done so for a long time ok now we are out you're now lashing out at us that we should sit back and see how things works because you don't want to bloodshed and things to get messy
my question is why are you so confused to this extent if you think what the youths are doing now is wrong then your opinion is as stupid as you are
Do you understand the meaning of what I wrote here?

A protest will not win you the government neither will your vote, why? Because these men are masters of the game, to them you were born yesterday.
Where were you when the election was rigged? Did you protest? You said e no concern you.

A protest will only bring you more wasted lives and little satisfying results

You are on track but fighting the battle the wrong way

If you want to win a battle there are two ways to it, it is either you make your enemy your friend or you make sure they don’t see you coming.

Never victimize yourself, protesting is victimizing yourself

If you have decided to choose the later “make sure they don’t see you coming” then you will need the military and law enforcement agents on your side, how do you get them
There are two ways to make an opponent surrender, overwhelm them with violence or give them an offer they cannot refuse.

Trust me you don’t want to try the former because they win over and over but the later is your ticket

I can swear you dont... But don't worry you will get it before you clock 80

Sowore's loyalty has never change and will never change. He has put his life on the line multiple times since he was a student.

His loyalty lies with the Nigerian people and not any government.

That is why from Babangida, Abacha, OBJ, Yaradua, GEJ and now Buhari, he has fought against them for the Nigerians he is loyal to.
If you guys think he is good for you then carry on

You are not wrong. Democracy in Nigeria is growing. At this point Nigeria is the most democratic country in Africa.

The youth have reaffirmed that they are the strongest force to reckon with . To change the status quo our voices must not only be heard criticizing the state of things, our solutions must also do the change.

The protest has no direction because it lacks a leader. The fact is that those who started it did not listen to the voice of reason when we told them to come with a bigger and all encompassing title. They were only interested in fighting what looked like the nearest problem , which is myopic, but when they government granted their wish ,they then discovered that it was not their real problem and if they leave without getting their real problem solved, they wouldn't get another opportunity in years. That's why this protest goes on without a direction.

No one has the boldness to make the real demand the youths want. We have people beating around the bush and seeking validation.
That's the reason I wrote the open letter to the youths on my profile.

I am glad you can see the big picture, the youths are charged you and obviously the strongest force but with this method of approach they will become exactly like who they are fighting.

Watch movies like Hunger Games and divergent and you will see that when protesters take a place they become just like who they were fighting.

Power is strong, leadership is tough... They overwhelm people quickly, but there is always a right approach to winning without losing lives.

The youths are strong but are not ready for what they want to claim, why? Because they lack the understanding of Selflessness....

Who can be a selfless leader? It's a hard role to play.

First I did not vote him in. Never voted for Buhari.

This is not about if GEJ or Buhari is good. They are both disastrous and deserve backlashes from well meaning Nigerians.

Sowore lashed both and also other corrupt government.

Why hate him for doing good for the Nation and risking his life?
I don't hate him, I have no reason to.

He only looks confused and if he continues to jump from one side to the other he will not be trusted but seen as a serpent.

He should find his loyalty ground and get rooted to it.

Who are you referring to as UNA ?

It is the work of govt to provide financial and food relief under a lockdown, not citizens.

U no dey shame ?
The government.... Everybody keeps shouting the government...

I asked a question, why are you providing food for the protesters?

If the government fails must we fail. Nigeria has lots of capable hands that can be put together to help one another where the government failed but no you didn't.

But now you can fund and feed protesters whi are standing against the same president they voted for, helped rig election for, helped scatter voting centers for.

Anyway, carry on, na all of us dey Nigeria
