Hello everyone, I changed employer and updating my kids visa as I already put mine and wife’s application but as I’m completing my kids own , I see among documents to provide, I see this and I had maintainance ticked for me and dependants. my wife’s and my application didn’t ask for any documents. I hope I’m in the right application form.

You can’t confront any one in that manner in Europe. , police go move you.

Not true.....should have contacted them immediately if you have received a successful mail and didn't get your brp within the working days specified.

Oyesquare, stop misleading people. Visa application date is the date the visa form is submitted. Not the day of the biometric. Check google.

Hello, you have been married for 14yrs, marriage certificate and photos from it is sufficient.

The immigration id check is very sufficient.

Pls I have been giving this declaration form for nursary education funding by child's school to fill and return. But I don't know if it has anything to do with public fund as our visas frowns at public funds. The school says it has nothing to do with that, but I know the form will be sent back by the school to the council. I'm afraid o ! Kindly advice pls 🙏.

The only thing they can assist you with is to issue you a CoS and probably tick maintenance if you are less than 1yr in the UK

Hello ..thanks for your response, my prospective employer says they can assist me with the transfer of sponsorship ( it's dormicilary to residential care home ) what are the things they want to assist with, from your experience, thanks again.

You can equally fill in that dependants are travelling after main applicant.

Wakanow ......I have never had issues with buying flight tickets from them and my relatives since 2021,but never had a flight cancelled so can't call them a scam. Just follow a legit way to get back your refund.
