His Hazard shaking a table that has a Belgium striker on it?
cheesy cheesy

He may be be talking of Donkeyoko which is why he said he must see Chelseas new signings before he signs contract. He does not want the experience of last summer repeated. Nothing is more demoralising than wanting to reach the top with your club and they keep bringing Donkeys through the door.

So Davido is telling us he's really worth 30billion naira (30000000000 ÷ 360 = $83.3m). So he's telling us he's richer than Rappers like Nicki Minaj, J.Cole, Wiz Khalifa, Rick Ross? Who hit double Platinums from just Album sales?

Please someone should epp me tell Davido he's mad!
cc: lalasticlala
Davido voiced his aspiration to hit N30bln, foolish Nigerians believe he's already worth that so he might as well string them along, as it only increases his popularity.

On the song Bad, Baddo Baddest, he revealed his true worth (or his hopes as of then) - "I get 2 million dollars, no be asset".

The 30 billion is an aspiration of his, not a reality.

the info you've up there is a bit misleading,he has had a professional career as far back as 2009 when he signed for hannover
He played for B teams in semi-pro leagues his whole career till he was 27. How much do you think he was earning? Anywhere you see appearances for Hannover II or Werder II, that's what they call regional league in Germany or Regionalla. It is the 4th tier of German football made of 3 regional leagues where players earn €500 per week. His career did not start taking off till he was nearly 28 with Darmstadt in Buli II.

And if you check his last 2 contracts, they are 1 year contracts only, that's why he moved on free transfer from Darmstadt to Mainz after one year and left Mainz on free transfer after 1 year to go to Brighton. Same way he was 3 months clubless before Darmstadt signed him. This is a man who is not sure of where to eat from one summer to the next, so he must be over the moon when EPL club came with 2 year contract, never mind talks of waiting till after World Cup.

don't knw why you were in a hurry to sign for Brighton. play at the World cup, show ur abilities, get better suitors with better pay. guy u go soon retire ooo
Do you know where he is coming from? This is a 29 year old dude who was not sure of having a Professional career just 5 years ago. He has only played 70 senior matches at the age of 29, and almost all of them in the last 2 years. At 27 years old, he had not played up to 10 professional matches.

The Brighton deal should yield him no less than £1m per year of which a 3 year contract will sort out his retirement, and you are here asking him to wait for World Cup. What if he injures at World Cup or gets disgraced.

EPL is the promised land and he has reached there. He will never need to work again after football which was beyond his wildest dreams 5 years ago.

With 3 central, do they play 3-4-3 or 3-5-2
Carasco is not defensive enough to play as a LWB.

Playing with 2 midfield will burn them unless they plan to dominate possesion heavily for KDB to control the play. In a 2 man midifield where KDB is one of those might end up overworking the other midfielder

Attack is simply Merter to the right Lukaku middle and Hazard

Defenders: Toby Alderweireld, Dedryck Boyata, Leander Dendoncker, Laurent Ciman, Christian Kabasele, Vincent Kompany, Jordan Lukaku, Thomas Meunier, Thomas Vermaelen, Jan Vertonghen

Midfielders: Yannick Carrasco, Kevin De Bruyne, Nacer Chadli, Mousa Dembele, Marouane Fellaini, Eden Hazard, Thorgan Hazard, Adnan Januzaj, Dries Mertens, Youri Tielemans, Axel Witsel

Forwards: Michy Batshuayi, Christian Benteke, Romelu Lukaku

Look at that midfield, I think its light on markers and has too many guys who offer the same ninny dribbling and stupid ball skills. If Dembele misses a game ot get injured they are exposed
They play 3-4-2-1. Na wetin I dey tell una since. Naingollan has no place there. Dembele is not even a starting player for them.

-----------Aldeweireld-----Kompany-----Verthongen

Muenier-----------Witsel---------De-Bruyne-----------Carrasco

----------Meertens---------------------------Hazard

------------------------------Lukaku

It's actually the best formation for them cos they have 3 good CBs but no good fullbacks. Carrasco has been doing alright at LWB cos he's physical and Verthongen is covering him. Don't be surprised to see Fellaini step in for Witsel though.

Martinez wanted to move De-Bruyne and Hazard far from each other cos they were crowding each other out in the upper 3rd of the pitch. That's when Martinez got the idea to move KDB to DM to control the lower half of the pitch and leave Hazard to it in the upper half. That's where Pep copied the idea of moving KDB to CM from.

I think Naingollan has the ability to start in the Dembele Naingolla KDB midfield, I dont know if there is another Belgian midfielderin better form than the 3
Also Fellaini has his use which can be the life saver in a knockout game. So adding Fellaini isn't as outrageous as some people are making it to be

I feel Naingollan and Fellaini should be joining the team and some of those other useless players loading the team from Chinese league, Chadli or some unnecesary defender
There are only 2 midfielders in Belgium setup. Naingollan is not a good pivot midfielder. His touch and passing are too loose. He can't force Belgium to change formation that has been working for them. Who is he? Pele?

Why is everyone making this about Naingollan vs Fellaini? Is Fellaini the only one in the team?

Belgium picked guys like Kabasele, Chadli(who barely played this season) Januzaj, Boyata, Hidden Hazard(no purpose atilogwu dancer), Witsel and Carasco(both play in China)

The Belgian coach is probably a dumb guy who has personal issues with Naingollan cos both Naingollan and Fellaini could have made the team without issues
The only one I don't understand there is Janusaj.

Belgium play with 3 CBs, and after Verma, Kompany, Verthongen and Aldeweireld, Kabasele and Boyata are the next best to complete 6 CBs. Although I would have taken only 5.

Carasca plays LWB for them. They have no other LWB except Lukakus brother. So Carrasco LWB, Muenier RWB. Carrasco will actually start.

In the 2 winger positions, they have Eden, Meertens as confirmed guys. Then you have to go to Thorgan and Chadli as no 3 and 4. Of all those, only Chadli is a confirmed goalscorer bar Meertens. After that, you are plumbing the depth of Mirallas and Janusaj. Which is why Chadli is a confirmed top 4 winger in Belgium.

The only odd man out is Naingollan who cannot play in a 2 man midfield cos of his loose touch and passing. The formation does not fit him, just like Chelsea's 3-4-3 formation did not fit Zouma even though I would take him over Luiz, Cahill and Azpi in a 2 man centre-back partnership.

It has! Naiggolan has even retired from the national team as of yesterday! It is a useless decision and anyone who actually believes fellaini is more deserving of either a place in the squad or would add more to their play than naiggolan deserves to train with Anthony joshua with out gloves
Calm down. Tournament only last 5 matches or 7 at most, not 50 matches.

Those 10 minute aerial balls to Fellaini could be the difference between getting knocked out and advancing.

You have to have tournament mindset to know what coach is thinking.

It's the same reason Giroud and co go to every tournament not Lacazette, or the same reason Cameroon will call 42 year old Roger Milla from Reunion league just for that 10 mins when he will provide the difference.

Martinez no get time to carry Naingollan who can't be an impact substitute, and cannot start either.

So shocking, Martinez is crazy. Some coaches just like seeing Fellaini's hair.
Martinez has no need for Naingollan.

Naingollan can only play in a 3 man midfield and Belgium only deploy 2 CMs in a 3-4-2-1 formation, being Debruyne plus Witsel which has been working for them. They have Tielemans or Dembele to call from the bench as Debruynes replacement and Naingollan cannot play Witsels position so he is a spare leg. It's better to throw on Fellaini for aerial balls in the last 10 mins than carry Naingollan who you would never use.

Bar Mbappe or Dembele when he is on form, none of the other guys picked ahead of Martial can lace his boots.
On that left wing, I will start Mbappe with Martial as my sub and not Lemar...
In the absence of Payet, Lemar is the only set piece specialist left and I will find a way to play him in the 1st 11 by force.

I only see 2 strikers in the squad and cannot understand why Martial has not been taken as the 3rd striker/back-up winger.

I don't understand Thauvins inclusion at all.

That may be Deschamps showing his Marseille bias.

maguire better than smalling? Wtf? He's the worst and the most overrated of the bunch. Fvcking wannabe ball playing CB.
And when does been comfortable on the ball makes a better Cb? Ffs smalling is a guaranteed starter under one of the GREATEST defensive manager in world football.

most of them are not even that good on the ball, only stones is light years ahead of smalling in ball playing. Its not like smalling can't pass to his team mates or something..
Smalling dey spoil match. It's not just about misplacing a few passes but about disrupting the flow and rhythm of a team.

Smalling always passes the ball very slow and behind the player whereas a good defender should pass fast and in front of the player so he can take it in his stride. Smalling will pass the ball one step behind you so you have to stop your forward momentum and take a step back to collect the ball. This disrupts the build-up of a team immensely and also allows the opposition to stay in shape without being disrupted at all.
